The receptionist Lindsay was very nice and informative which made my decision to work w them even easier. They arrived earlier than the appointment time, after they texted to make sure that was okay, Dennis and his son were the technicians on that day. They were very polite and professional, explained everything before they started, and we ended up adding in the carpet cleaning since the furniture was already moved around. Which was great they could accommodate that last minute! I highly recommend them for their services, and the pricing was more reasonable than others I had called. Thank you On The Spot!

I've gotten it much cleaner on my hands and knees with Pinesol. The attached photos were taken 30 minutes AFTER the grout was "cleaned." Also, the living room carpet under the furniture (where the furniture legs contact the carpet) did not come clean. We've cleaned our carpet every other year and never had an issue with it coming entirely cleaned in the past. This is the first time we've used Stanley Steemer . . . and evidently, the last time, as well. Why pay for a service that can't get the job done?
Jesse rated it 1/5: I used Stanley Steemer to have carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago to satisfy a rental agreement. During scheduling I gave them my credit card information upfront & was clear that I would not be available during the day that the cleaning was to take place. The key would be available in a certain location at the property.
Therefore I wanted to pay upfront or give them permission to charge the account when the work was finished. Which was supposedly all set up during scheduling.

On the day the work was carried out, both my wife & I received separate phone calls/texts from the employee's requesting that we come to the address for signing & payment, that they couldn't leave until we did so. One of the employees was very rude in their messaging and even requested a tip for "inconveniencing them". I work in services as well and I have never requested a tip in my entire working career. If I receive one, that is nice, but I never would ask someone for one. My wife did show up to make payment and even tipped the workers, one of whom decided to sit in the work vehicle & was frustrated with my wife for making them wait at the residence. The next day I contacted Stanley Steemer and was told that the manager of the crew who cleaned our carpet would reach out to me within 4 to 48 hours. That call never came. I never heard back from anyone at Stanley Steemer.

I don't know who dropped the ball on this one, but my experience was completely unprofessional and I will not be using Stanley Steemer for any future purpose.

I had to wait around an hour until the cleaning lady came over. Overall I would highly recommand Five Star Cleaning Services, as I would definitely use their services more in the future.

He worked with us to prioritize and get a ton of work done in a short amount of time. When the movers arrived I was able to simply unpack without worrying about the cleanliness. Malik was motivated and efficient. He was polite and got right to work! I would recommend him to anyone!

A small improvement to professionalism and this would have been a 5 star review. Overall I’m happy with our experience and would use him again.

He heard (and saw) what a tough time we were having with contractors and selling our home and went well above and far beyond the call, to give us the most incredible deal on our window cleaning!! Chuck and his son came, super quickly I might add, and cleaned all of our windows, inside and out. They were IMMACULATE! I'd like to mention, given the deal he gave us, had they done a half a**ed job, I'd still have been thrilled, lol. But nope. These guys brought their A game and we (and the buyers of our home) couldn't be more ecstatic!

Barbara Quinn rated it 5/5: I called DaChrist out of the blue one day to clean my neighbor’s house. She was returning from weeks in the hospital and rehab and her home needed a thorough cleaning so she did not have to worry about that. I called on a Monday and Christelle was there Tuesday and spent 4 hours there. A colleague joined her but had to leave due to an emergency so Christelle ended up doing the work herself. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend her for all your cleaning needs.
