He explained that he was training a new employee and showed him how to locate the lively sprayed of urine my male dogs leave for me. He explained to him the different ways to eradicate the urine in the carpet (topical vs. flush) before he showed him how to apply the topical for my particular situation. He was a very thorough trainer and the new employee seemed to be taking it all in.

It was nothing new for me since I’ve used Zerorez over the past 10 years. This time the carpet needed less than before since I’m on a 6 month “call back” schedule so I don’t let it get so bad again.

It took them about 2 hours and the carpets were beautifully fresh again, without the typical chemicals used by other companies. This is a fresh, Zr Water cleaning. It leave the carpets smelling great, and once they’re dry they are super soft.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

They left no mess and the carpets turned out beautifully. There was no long wait for anything to dry either with Zerorez. This time they cleaned an older sectional we have, and it literally looks brand new now! We would HIGHLY recommend using Zerorez. We didn't mind the cleaning smell either. Our carpets look plush again and we have a big family and 2 Boston Terriers! So, the carpets really DO get a workout. Our technician Jordan was amazing and worked SO hard!! J Y rated it 1/5: I don't know how the positive reviews were from. I trusted review on this site and hired them to clean my home. After two cleanings, I cancelled the service. It was terrible. The first time was a little 'better' (comparing with the 2nd time), even though there were many missing spots, at least they did vacuum and spend time to clean. The second time was horrible. It was like they needed to get to the next job or something and did everything in a hurry. I had to ask them to come inside again to clean the lighting fixtures, wipe the surface of the cabinets (kitchen), mopping one bedroom floor downstairs, and also the stairs. After they left, I noticed more work needed to be done. For the cleaning service agreement, we had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room and also the hallways plus stairs. There were 3 ladies, and it took them less than an hour (I paid $295 total) to finish. I don't mind paying the $ if the service was good but their cleaning was way below standard. I wish I could give 0 star for the poor quality of work they have done. BTW, when I called to cancel and report what happened, they didn't even care. I was speechless…

He and his team came in and covered everything before the pest control sprayed and then came in, washed everything and put it away. When they were there they noticed the bathroom needed to be deep cleaned as well and they did that, too. My brother is blind and needed help organizing his apartment. They did a wonderful job! They could have easily charged more for the service they provided, but took pleasure in helping someone who really needed extra help. Great service, great team and great prices! I am so grateful I found them!

I called them, and Susanna was very professional to answer all of my questions. I absolutely loved the online booking from their website. I have been searching around for a cleaning service, but most of the cleaning services won't list out their price online. What impressed me the most is how professional the cleaners are. They wore gloves and shoe covers when cleaning. Also, they steamed my floor and made it shine like a new home!! I really appreciate the hard work they performed. Overall, I had a great experience with them. I would book 916 cleaning service again!!

Had 60 years of stuff in the house we had to get rid of as well as 60 years of grime! Lita with her husband and two grown kids rolled up their sleeve’s hauled and cleaned all! Will use her again highly recommend using her services, love that they are indeed a family affair!!

They did very poor job..I bought house and wanted to clean before I moved in.my house was completely empty no furniture means nothing..they spent 3 hours and all they clean was my bath room and kitchen and dust kinda some walls and vacuum all house..they left so much dust in my wardrobes shelves..windows was not clean..kitchen oven and cooking range was not clean.microwave was not clean properly..I asked her to clean my refrigerator it was empty too she said I will charge 20$ I said ok but my refrigerator was not clean either..I asked her wipe my kitchen cabinets she said I didn’t quoted you for this..she quoted me 200$ for everything but additional services which is refrigerator and wiping shelve I paid her 240$..
I would like to mention house was not that dirty it was clean like everybody who buy house it’s kinda clean but if it’s not open for certain time it need some dusting but if someone can’t dust properly an empty house which is kinda moved in ready I will give that person 0 stars and not recommend her services
And whoever choose to have cleaning services from her make sure you get exact quote from her because if you will ask her to do something like wipe the shelves or something she will say sorry I didn’t quote you for this..so for me big no no..
M not expecting that clean corner to corner but at least don’t leave dust behind which is basic and clean the appliances
