I also LOVE how easy the customer service communication with Ethel has been. She responds so promptly, is always so kind and makes every interaction effortless. Finding a reliable, great cleaner can be difficult and I am SO grateful I found Aloha. Everyone will always reach out when something goes wrong but not enough when the service is incredible. Worth every penny!!

Kiran personally called around to OTHER carpet cleaners to help me find one the day of move out!! I was so impressed with her dedication to help a customer in need! What I really needed help with was deep organizing. My pantry, bathroom storage areas had become cluttered and a jumbled mess of things that had gotten crammed in. “Out of site-out of mind” until you opened the cupboard to find something.

One of the crew was more efficient at organizing than the other, but both were great. My tiny kitchen and bathroom now have space. Space that my husband and I didn’t know was even possible to find!

My kitchen was shining, my floors and carpets were clean. My baseboards were dusted! Did I mention we have counter space???? It was worth every nickel. I will be hiring them again.

Russ Price rated it 1/5: Buyer beware. I have used Got It Maid before, and the cleaning was fine, nothing to write home about, but certainly not terrible either. For the upcoming holiday, we wanted to have our house cleaned, and the only available times were when I was at work. I booked two (2) cleaners for two (2) hours, and gave them a code to get into our house. They called when they arrived, and when I got home, the house had been cleaned.
The next day I received a charge for double what I was expecting. I called to find out what had happened and was told that the team had stayed for twice as long as I had booked (so two (2) cleaners, four (4) hours). When I protested, saying that I had clearly booked only two hours, I was informed that I should have communicated to the team that they needed to leave at the end of the booked time, and that it would have been impossible to finish the job in the two hours I booked. I inquired as to why I didn't receive any notice that the team would take more time, and get my OK to stay for four hours instead of two. There was no good answer, only the company stating that this was a customer error, not a service error. I asked what would have happened if they had stayed for 8 or 10 hours, and was told in that case I would have been charged for 8 or 10 hours.

If you want a decent cleaning, Got It Maids can make that happen. Just be careful that someone is home or that you check and double check that they will only be staying as long as you signed up for.

Edit: ~20 minutes after making this review, I received a threatening text message (in the attached photo). I am sorry they feel as though I am trying to withhold payment for services rendered, but I never agreed to additional time. I don't think I'll be using the company again at this point…

I’ve had the services of Juniper over 4 years. I retired last year and thought I should be able to clean my own house. However, I don’t always want to, so I’m back with my ladies. I could never clean like they do! Everything is touched and done perfectly with great care. Never have I experienced an issue. They are fun and happy and we have developed a nice friendship. They care for my things like I do! See I can’t say enough! They are truly the best! I love them! Dulce always responds and takes great care to get you on schedule. I appreciate her so much!

They told me they will charge $100.00 for 2 people for 2 hours, and I was told that, their people are professional, and will bring all cleaning material with them. My condo was not in bad shaper at all. They started at 3:00 PM and when I came back to check how they were doing at 4:40 PM. They forgot to clean the oven. When I showed them that Oven is dirty, they used AJAX to clean the oven. When I looked at their cleaning supply, they had Ajax, 409 and cheap vacuum cleaner, nothing else. As Apt manager, I have used several service, this was one of the worst. And when I told their boss what kind of horrible service I was getting, she refused to believe me and stated arguing instead of apologizing. I will never use them or refer them to any one.

With this service I can get someone out whenever I need for a great price. And it's an added bonus that everyone is bonded and background checked.
