Parra was able to fit my request into his schedule, clearly and effectively communicated about setting up the job. Michael, one of the techs, and Parra did a great job cleaning the windows. Although one window was missed, it was very hard to get to and see from the street. Upon letting Parra know, he took responsibility and set a time to finish it the next day. We are all human and make mistakes, but it’s how you show up that makes the difference. I am 100% satisfied and will use Streak Patrol in the future. Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Overall I’ll use them again!

Immediately, after meeting with Bernice I realized that Pinnacle Peak does not compete with the low end priced competitors. What they do compete with is the highest quality services available.

I have been disappointed with three other post construction cleaning groups in this past year and I have to say Pinnacle Peak was everything they said they would be. Both myself and my contractor friend, who referred her to me, strongly recommend this company for any type of cleaning service you may need.

It is so worth paying a little bit more money to get the best service the first time than to continuously chase the companies that do substandard work in order to try to get your moneys worth.

The owner was also supposed to come to the first cleaning to make sure things went well, but she never showed up after they kept saying she would be there soon. We asked them for a regular house cleaning but they instead did a deeper cleaning without asking us for approval and sent us a bill for 3x what we were expecting.
They also advertise that they use high-end cleaning products, but at our house they were just using regular cheap cleaning supplies. One of the workers (who was on her phone most of the time) left early causing the whole crew to leave early, and after they left we noticed some prescription medication we had out on the counter in our bathroom was missing.

**Update based on owner’s response:
No, one of your girls definitely left early, she said she wasn’t feeling well. You might have known that if you showed up to the cleaning like you promised.

We already had a post-remodel cleaning done, your son took pictures of one door in our house that had dust on it, and you think that entitles you to triple the charge to us without authorization? The crux here is that YOU NEVER ASKED, you rescheduled on us twice, and lied and said you’d be at the cleaning.

If you want to work in high-end homes, get a real company van and a professional crew that are wearing clean clothes.

Dousing yourself in gasoline and lighting a match after getting a client complaint and being rude is NOT how you get more clients in 10K foot homes. I can’t wait to tell everyone in North Scottsdale to avoid you. Maybe you clean well but you’re a terrible businessperson.

And no one else in the house that day was in the master bath, I walked in and noticed pills missing and one of the girls gave me a sheepish look.

SHAME ON YOU. Please no one use this liar.

She did a good job although it took quite a bit longer than I thought it would. I would recommend! All in all I give them a 7 out of 10 just because it took so long to do the cleaning.
