I new instantly when they looked around they didn’t want to do it. They are lazy and said I have too much trash also while asking to use my trash bags but they are the cleaning service. If you want their services your place house, apartment, etc might as well basically be clean. I even offered to help with the trash although they were still going to get paid. Their only response was they don’t make the rules. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Carlos is very polite & friendly and finished the job quickly. Carlos also used his room deodorizer on my carpets and everything smells fresh & clean now. I am very pleased with Carlos and his method of cleaning carpets.

The Serrano’s came in for one very full day to resurrect the house. They removed broken furniture and other trash and they thoroughly cleaned walls, windows, floors, appliances and lavatories. The house was once again fit for habitation. The Serrano’s were dependable and professional. They certainly worked hard and gave me high quality work for good value. Best of all, they have a passion for cleanliness and they are eager to please their customers. I would certainly hire them again!

Isileli Music rated it 1/5: Horrible, unprofessional service. Put dirty dishes in moving boxes and tried to hide them in bags with my children's belongings. I also specifically asked not to put any food in moving boxes but they did anyways. They broke my Christmas ornaments and did not attempt to organize anything at all. Then when I called to complain understandably upset they refused to take any responsibility for poor service, blamed me for not “clarifying” that I did not want dirty dishes packed with my children's belongings. The manager on-site even yelled at me over the phone because I was upset, she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.

I have been texting her for five days and was told the work would be started within a week and a half. I said fine, please get me a bid first. She said she would right away, five days ago. Now she texted me this evening that she can’t start for three weeks and there is still no bid.
I don’t have the same issues with our other vendors. We are in a business where every day costs the property owner money. She is a nice person and they do a decent job, but if you need a quick turnaround on a vacant property, do not use this company.

Scheduled a cleaning on 4/5/21, but had to cancel due to a last min work engagement. Advised them that I had to postpone. Communicated with Ashley Thomas and she was very responsive and accommodating. Fast forward to 5/15/21, reached out to Ashley to reschedule the cleaning for 5/27/21 at 3:30pm. Ashley, responded quickly saying “ Yes, that works for me. I will put it on my calendar. Please let me know 48hrs in advance to cancel.”

Once 5/27 comes around, cleaners never showed up. I emailed Ashley to see what had happened, and no response. Called the number on the website, no answer. Immediately called again, and a gal answered and stated that I was never even on the schedule for that day or time. She tried to accommodate and say that she could have someone to my house by 7pm that evening. I had to declined because my daughter was graduated that evening at that exact same time. The gal then said “I’m so sorry…we can come out tomorrow morning at 10:00am. Does that work?” I assured her that it did. And, she advised me to text my address and scope of work to the number I had just called. She promptly responded with a text saying “Thank you. We’ll see you tomorrow at 10!” GREAT!!

10am the next day rolls around, and no sight of any cleaners. This time, my husband calls to see where they are…whoever answered the phone this time told my husband “you’re not on the schedule and we have no one available” even after my husband told them that we received a confirmation text the afternoon before.

Obviously, the left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing. A feeble attempt at trying to rectify their error, but ultimately fell flat at the end. DO NOT HIRE…a waste of time and stress from my life that I can never get back.
