They understand that it begins with the attitude, expectations and culture that they establish as business owners and keeping clients is easier than getting new clients. I have used a number of services in NW Ohio for decades. They start out very good and it all goes down hill from there. I have used this company for two years at least. Today, Lisa, Jani, and Arielle provided my biweekly service.They did an awesome job! Lisa took time to give extra cleaning of my white kitchen cabinets and it shows. It instantly looked brighter, lively and fresh! She scrubbed my dishwasher and wow! What a difference. My white banisters and stairs were well done looked very super. The 3 bathrooms sparkled. The extra time and attention to detail shows. Like other service companies staffing has been a challenge. But for me hanging in there with the company and having Lisa, Jani, and Arielle as my team is worth it. Great team and great job done!
And on the off chance a concern arises as it did with another team once, Chris the owner returned my call and sent a new team to complete the service the following day. I understand that they may run a bit late but they arrive within the window specified. I know it's inconvenient for planning but if I am getting the service I expect and agreed there is a give and take. They have assigned extra teams when I needed special services on short notice. The second time they told me they would come out some time between 12-1pm. No one ever came. I called the office and left a message and someone called me back around1:45 saying that they wouldn’t be able to come out for another 45 minutes. I told them that it was very unprofessional to be over an hour late and not gone you client the courtesy of at least calling to say you’d be late. My family would be home around 5pm and those of you with kids no that there is no cleaning when the kids are back home. Then when I asked about another date, the office just said they didn’t have anything available. Which leads me to believe they don’t care much about customer service. If my business does not go as planned, I try to offer free services, discounts and anything else that would be pleasing to my customer and keep them coming back. I was already a returning customer and would have continued to come back if I had been treated professionally.

On top of all that rhe womens husband Ron gets in my face in my grandfathers house.. i pleed do not call this place.

I have had the SAME two ladies from Cleaning Genie ever since I started. They know what to do. If there is something special needed that visit, they will do it.

After their last cleaning, I called to schedule monthly appointments ahead of time. Their receptionist said she would get back to me for scheduling. Not only did she NOT get back to me, as Anita Crane stated in her review, below, I received a letter from the company telling me they could no longer accommodate me as a client. I was very puzzled by this, as they stated they will do monthly cleanings. I emailed the owners to ask what happened. They told me I don't get to pick the times, or the days for their girls to come clean. REALLY? For $57.00 an hour? Well, things worked out in the end. I have the BEST housekeeper, who does much more than most and charges much less. Also, she comes on the days and times that I want her! Cleaning Genie Staff needs to be more organized and friendlier. What a disappointment.

It took them 6 hours?? Are you freaking kidding me?? Of course we were not there so it is their word we are going on. When I questioned them for details as to what took so long, they beat around the bush and made excuses about our fridge shelves. We will not be using their services again. Unbelievable.

Bob Lubell rated it 5/5: I worked recently with Brian on an exterior project. He was very professional and polite. He always wants to serve. As we got deeper into the project, he and I agreed that it was better fit for a different team; one who has more advanced skills. We decided to stop work and I’ll be looking for the correct talent to complete the repairs.
Brian was gracious and I’m happy that I tried MVP. Even though this project was not a fit, I hope to use other services like carpet cleaning and gutter cleaning. I takes a real professional to know their limitations and be honest.

I think MVP is a good choice and recommend them.

Between my carpets, my rug and my sofa everything was left perfectly like new and soft even my basement stairs that were a bit rough. Totally 100% doggie approved!
