Levy & Son were able to add me to the dispatch list and shared they would call 30 minutes before arrival. I was very happy with the communication, the dispatcher called 30 minutes before and the technician called me immediately after to understand the issue and give me a quote of the cost.
I appreciated the quote of the cost to know what to expect and it was reassuring hearing the plumber, Manuel, was prepared. Manuel and Nick were very polite, professional and patient as I explained the issue and they worked to resolve my issue. I was impressed how well Manuel could explain the issue and resolution to me (someone without any plumbing knowledge). After Manuel and Nick completed the repairs they ran multiple tests to confirm everything was working as expected for me.

I had a room in the house that never cools. My upstairs always struggles as well. My current AC units worked fine but I was on borrowed time. Lex air had very fair pricing and a great plan of attack. After agreeing to their quote they came out at 8:30 am and replaced our entire system including outside, the attic + duct work. It was flawless. 2 weeks later we got this crazy heat wave.

All of their employees were wonderful. A++++++ all the way.

He also took the time to thoroughly go over and explain what he did and he went over all of the info criteria that I needed to know regarding the device settings, and the preventative maintenance procedures. He also informed me of his company’s maintenance package for service and upkeep on my system which I am signing up for as well! I took his card and I feel really comfortable knowing that I’ve got a professional company and technician that will watch out for my best interests when any future issues arise!

I originally called because I smell something bad coming out from vents upstair. I also requested for air re-balance because some rooms are too cold during Winter. We were still covered by the warranty.

None of them were fixed!! It didn't take couple minutes to answer problems I had. The guy didn't bother to check anything. Terrible company already.

For air balance, they are gonna check with their way. They will always be right because its always honna be near the vent to check the temperature.

They will fix it only if you pay additional fees. No point of having warranty with them.

I asked for it smells bad. A guy came and said it's normal without looking at the system. Just recommend cleaning with additional fees. They won't fix any. They won't admit what they did wrong.

Amanda Reineck rated it 1/5: Made an appointment and technician showed up four hours late (timeframe was 8-12, showed up at 4). When he finally got there, he didn’t have the right tools for the job so had to reschedule. When he came back, he couldn’t repair it and recommended a leak search. Said he’d send a quote but never did after 2 weeks. Called office again and finally got a quote, when I asked what kind of search the quote was for they couldn’t answer, said they’d call me back with more details but never did. So every part of my experience was pretty much terrible, my AC is still broken and I’m out $50.

They responded quickly to all of my calls and emails, and they made it out to my house quickly (same day) to inspect the issue and fix it promptly. They were incredibly professional and efficient. Shahid Ahmed rated it 5/5: High quality Service. Even though we called on a Friday morning about 930am on a super hot triple digit day, this Company gave us a appointment. The Service technician showed up at early. He let us know he was on his way and later when he arrived by text. He was very polite and professional. He told us what was wrong. When given an okay to go ahead repair, he pulled out his 30ft ladder and went to work. He was done in about 35 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. We will definitely keep him on our speed dial for the future.

He was polite, professional, and determined to help the customer. He gave me the best pricing and I would have used the company if I had received the information a little sooner. No delays on Zach's part, just that I already had set up an appointment half an hour earlier. I will definitely call on Zack and Quality 1 again!!!

Frank got me an appointment the very next day. The service man who came out was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgable. They are a "legitimate" business. Confirmed appointment via email, provided updates via text, and took payment via credit card. All went very smoothly. We will be using them again!
m pearson rated it 5/5: After "successfully" installing my own thermostat this summer I discovered a little too late (first cold snap of the season) that I wasn't as successful as I thought as the heat didn't work. I called Unlimited on Sunday & they scheduled me for first thing on Monday morning.
The tech arrived on time & worked through the issue quickly.
Great price & speedy service!! Highly recommend & will definitely reach out to these guys the next time there is an issue.

They took the time to explain the work they would complete, provide options for various solutions and prices, and their suggestions for on-going maintenance were valuable. When they did the initial diagnostic, they provided ample video and photography of the system for me to understand what was damaged and why. Additionally, they provided licenses electricians and plumbers to complete the work needed to add a gas system in my attic, so that I did not have to coordinate multiple technicians. I recommend Unlimited AC and Heating for their cleanliness, efficiency, promptness, quality of work, financing options and communications!
