They were very pleasant on the phone, and they immediately schedule someone to come fix it. Within an hour, Calvin came to fix our toilet. Calvin was pleasant, professional, and explained what he was doing. He had very positive attitude. He fix the toilet immediately. I was very pleased and happy with his service. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Snyder and would definitely hire them again for all my Plumbing and A/C services. I highly recommend them.

Steve was fantastic going over the options and what would be best for my space, while being considerate of budget concerns. I then had the pleasure of having Zach and Nate install the new AC system. Both were very professional and demonstrated their knowledge by being very thorough with the installation. Zach also took the time to go over the new unit and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have. He provided answers to all of my questions. All three even put up with my little dog, who likes to bark at strangers. I think my wife and I were more annoyed with the barking than they were. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. All three employees were great, price was good, and installation was done in a very timely manner. The price was right and they answered the phone every time. This review is for the awesome service technician who came to the house. Christ Rosario was the tech who came out and gave me the wow factor. He was honest, and very straight forward with anything and everything. He listened to my concerns and helped me with any and all questions. He had to tell me that my ac unit was on its last leg, but was humble about it. Gave me hope that there are still genuine repair service people out there. I never once felt like he was pushing me or talking bad about my 26 year old unit. Instead he was professional about the entire situation and it made him feel like family. I will forever call J&W Heating and Air for all of my a/c work from now on just because of Christ Rosario. My service tech Dustin and JW , the Comfort Advisor worked great together. They make a great team. All questions were answered and the installers Ian & Nikita were great too. Not sure if they are set as a team but they all worked great together. Everyone is very professional and I would recommend the service.

First thing I noticed that bothered me was the fins on the air handler were bent right out of the box. I noticed because I inspected them prior to installing. The installer did what he could to straighten them. Thank you installer!
After installing the units I noticed the UV light wasn’t installed. I called the company to report the mistake. The guy on the phone told me my unit doesn’t need a UV light, (but didn’t say anything when I told him I wanted a light at time of purchase). I told him I wanted it anyway. I was told several times they were bringing it to my home. I took off work with no shows and no reason why the UV light wasn’t delivered. I even volunteered to install the light myself. Purchased units in September 2021; writing this post January 2022. They did reinstall the light I already had in the older unit, but ghosted me after several failed delivery promises. They will not answer my calls! They had every ability to earn extra stars and my recommendation of the use of this company, but failed without explanation. If the light wasn’t written into the package, just tell me. 16k investment $300.00 light missing. The UV light has been installed.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We also wanted our ducts cleaned. On Thursday David and Charlie dismantled the old system and installed the new one. Excellent and cleaned up everything!! Ryan and Nixon covered everything, took the vents off and washed them too. The ducts were cleaned and we are happily cool and comfortable too. Matt even came back and helped me hook up my phone app to thermostat!! Great experience all around!! Thank you

Keith Douglas rated it 5/5: I needed an air conditioner to replace a nightmare Trane unit. Ryan O'Conner came to the house, made an estimate and sold me a Carrier unit which was installed two business days after I first saw Ryan.
One of the reasons I felt comfortable using Buehler was that several of the people who have installed units for me or serviced my HVAC units over the years have left their place of original employment and gone to work for Buehler.

The installation was completed in a matter of 7 hours. Everything was done EXACTLY to my specifications, and the installation crew worked hard to make everything look like the original installation. They even added some touches to make new and remaining air conditioning unit look exactly the same.

In this day and age of hearing "we can't do that," it was an extreme pleasure to work with Ryan, Louis, and David during this purchase and installation because they had the attitude of WE CAN!

Scheduled the work 2 days after providing the estimate. Sent two crews to the house and had it done by 2:30 in the afternoon…BOTH UNITS. They cleaned up so well that I couldn't even tell they had been there. Buehler is worth every penny. Dillon was prompt and personal in his communication about the process every step of the way. They arrange follow up to make sure things are to my satisfaction.
Don't waste time calling any other AC company. Buehler is the best!

Explained exactly what they were doing, advised on ways to help maintain and understand our new system and were done in no time. Left no trash and everything is clean and running great! Anthony and Hector replaced all the copper tubing and a complete new wiring. The job was done in a timely fashion and excellent attention to detail. Luke #611 installed the hot water heater and recirculating pump so that we have on demand hot water, especially on the far side of the house. Happy wife, happy life. Great job on the cleanup afterwards. I’d recommend them to anyone the comes my way.

We called McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning who the whole house system was bought from and installed. They’ve been down to service once before and it was still under warranty. Early Christmas Eve morning they scheduled a tech to come out same day. Around 2pm I called to confirm time and was told he had one more stop and would be there after 4pm. At 5pm with a house full of people bundled up I received a phone call from McGowans stating…I’m sorry to inform you. We we won’t be coming, manager said you are now out of our service area.”
…I was floored and speechless. I said…hold on, are you telling me that you just made a decision on Xmas eve close of business day to leave me hanging after 8hrs of waiting? You realize with the holiday I now have virtually no chance of finding someone else? Yes sir, we are sorry. I said…you realize tomorrow is Christmas and nobody is coming to help me then either so Monday would be soonest till we have heat in our house? Yes sir, we are sorry. I said…but we spent thousands of dollars with you on this system you aren’t going to honor the work or warranty now? Yes sir, but it’s now just a parts warranty anyways and you’ll just have to find someone closer to work on it. I said…literally how are you as a company good with that decision? How do you sleep at night realizing you just ruined someone’s Christmas like that. I have a family people, they might want to open gifts without seeing their breath in the morning! Sorry sir, manager made the decision. I asked to talk to said person, wasn’t allowed. Was told they could give him a message and it would be up to him to return the call. (As of Dec 26 still haven’t gotten that call) I laughed, and said…please do, I would love talk to someone that can’t tell me to my face that your company that we bought this from, doesn’t stand with their customers and has decided on Christmas Eve to say you’re on your own. Knowing full well North Central Florida is getting a hard freeze and we aren’t gonna have any heat for 3 days to deal with it. What a Christmas present you guys are giving us. God help me, you people have some nerve. Sorry sir, they said. We agreed just to end the call a few min later because nothing was going to change the decision.

This isn’t a company worth your time or money. Don’t support a company like this. Don’t be fooled they value you.

…note…our heat problem was solved by the owner of a smaller company Xmas eve night when he agreed to come over when his wife got done last minute shopping! Now that’s the Xmas spirit!!!

Our outside unit had melted and the whole system required a replacement. The tech had me a quote that night. The tech was able to talk with me the next day (Friday) about the options so I could make an informed decision. They came out that day (still Friday) to replace my system. My family is so happy they were able to get our unit replaced with such great speed. Everyone was very professional and courteous. No one left a mess. They scheduled the follow up inspections with the city.

I said…you realize tomorrow is Christmas and nobody is coming to help me then either so Monday would be soonest till we have heat in our house? Yes sir, we are sorry. I said…but we spent thousands of dollars with you on this system you aren’t going to honor the work or warranty now? Yes sir, but it’s now just a parts warranty anyways and you’ll just have to find someone closer to work on it. I said…literally how are you as a company good with that decision? How do you sleep at night realizing you just ruined someone’s Christmas like that. I have a family people, they might want to open gifts without seeing their breath in the morning! Sorry sir, manager made the decision. I asked to talk to said person, wasn’t allowed. Was told they could give him a message and it would be up to him to return the call. (As of Dec 26 still haven’t gotten that call) I laughed, and said…please do, I would love talk to someone that can’t tell me to my face that your company that we bought this from, doesn’t stand with their customers and has decided on Christmas Eve to say you’re on your own. Knowing full well North Central Florida is getting a hard freeze and we aren’t gonna have any heat for 3 days to deal with it. What a Christmas present you guys are giving us. God help me, you people have some nerve. Sorry sir, they said. We agreed just to end the call a few min later because nothing was going to change the decision.

This isn’t a company worth your time or money. Don’t support a company like this. Don’t be fooled they value you.

…note…our heat problem was solved by the owner of a smaller company Xmas eve night when he agreed to come over when his wife got done last minute shopping! Now that’s the Xmas spirit!!!

Annely Karron rated it 3/5: I just spent a lot of money for a new ac unit and had them install it. I started having issues with the ac braking within first two weeks. When I called a technician, he came and told me that the wiring was all wrong and no wonder my ac was blowing 24 hours a day but it was not cooling. The unit had missing pieces, was not installed per code and there was a whole lot wrong with it. When I talked to the Manager, Brandon, he said he will come out in a week and fix it. Did not hear from him or see him. His voice-mail is not set up and he does not answer his phone. When I called the office, trying to find out what happened or when my ac will be fixed, they said they will send him an urgent message and he will call me back. Still nothing. Now they put a lock down on my property and refuse to come out and fix the broken ac, because they failed to pull a permit before installing the unit. I would not recommend them to anybody. They take your money and install broken units, then leave you hanging and ignore you.
This is an update after my negative one star review: Mark contacted me and promised to make up for all the shortcomings for a 5 star review. Soon after that Brandon came out and sent my family to a hotel while they were fixing my ac. Ac got fixed within a few hours. All this time of the ac not working properly and two extremely hot days in the house with my family and pets, were not necessary. They did reimburse me for the hotel stay.
The ac unit has been working so far, however, I wish it would have been taken care of much sooner and smoother. Raising the stars to 3 stars, because of all the headache I had to go through.
Troy LaChance rated it 1/5: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company was contracted by Lowe's to install a water heater. The technician accidentally broke the incoming PVC pipe which then flooded by garage. Water got everywhere and it made a huge mess. I contacted the company and they were unable to resolve that day. As a result, I had to take the afternoon off to clean up the mess. This required the destruction of a workbench because the new heater placement prevented me from being able to pull it out. I had to literally cut it in half. This was required because there was a half inch of water sitting under it and against my wall. There is NO way this should sit. Further, water splatter everywhere, mixed in with sheet rock dust and made a mess on my rubber gym flooring that had to be scrubbed.
This required many hours on my part and was a complete inconvenience . They took no responsibility except for sending a tech out the next day with some industrial fans. They didn't help clean; they didn't fix the hole in the wall they left. And they expect full payment!

Lowe's now is offering a $100 discount, but that's not even enough to pay for the workbench I had to tear out, let alone the day and a half I had to take off to deal with this.

What a rip off!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM…BEWARE do your homework and research before using this company!!! I was stuck useing them due to my warranty.as.. My Husband is a USN 100% disabled Vet..currently in the VA hospital.

L S rated it 1/5: Over 30 days ago I had someone come look at my ac unit not cooling. I was told it was some board that would take several weeks to come in which was fine. I paid the large sum of money and waited. When they came to install, I was then told it’s not the board, it’s the compressor. I then waited a week or so for the compressor to come in. When they came to install the compressor I was then told it’s not the compressor either. That both the board and compressor are good. Then I was advised that a senior tech would come out the same day which then turned into the next day. The senior tech advised that it was indeed the board and I was told they ordered it yesterday and should be in today. It’s today and I haven’t heard from anyone and I’ve called and spoke to two different contacts advising on the history of the issue and service and here I still wait…. I just want it fixed and 30 days later nothing has changed…. To be continued I guess…

None of that "salesman" pressure I get so sick of from other companies, just honest communication. Dakota and David did the install they were respectful and answered any questions I had. 5 stars all around.

I left a message and was called back within 15 minutes, Josh asked me when I was available and I said now and he was at my house within the hour. Josh is one heck of a representative for the company he went over every aspect of the AC units and their different features. After his presentation and us even talking to the Owner of the company my wife and I decided to make them our choice for our new AC unit. We had prior quotes from other companies but their representatives didn't hold a candle to Josh and how thorough he was about the AC units. The installation team showed up this morning at 9am and went right to work, very clean and professional. A couple of hours into the installation another crew showed up to do my duct cleaning I opted to get this done since I've been in my home 16 years and never had it done before. Both crews were outstanding they worked together on both the installation and duct cleaning. If you've never had your ductwork cleaned I highly recommend it. The workmanship of the installation is second to none, you can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in every aspect of their work right down to the clean up. My neighbor had Cool R Us replace their AC system and recommend them to me and I can see why.

Ena was friendly proffesional and listened to me. He checked out my sytstem that was dead. After a discussion I decided to purchase a new unit. Ena contacted the owner Lek and we talked about a few aptions. He offered to have a team out the same day to install. I had dealt with this company in the past and new they would just that. I agreed on a unit and within an hour they were at my home the the new ac unit. Aldi and Enon were very proffesional and took pride int he work they did. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Their service is above and beyond what you would expect. Lek the owner talked to me before the technicins left to make theI was happy with everything. How could I not be, First call Saturday evening and Cool Air by 2:00 Sunday. Now that is gret service. My system quit working and I was at the crossroads of either calling someone to come take a look at it to diagnose it or just give it up as a total loss, as it was 15 years old. With my first phone call I knew I found the company to replace my system. I talked to only one person, so I always knew what was going on. Josh offered a next-day service of inspecting the work needed. After he finished his inspection, he walked me through all my options, with all their pros and cons, and the costs. The financing that they offer was a bonus! I was able to finance the cost at no interest for 18 months. A detailed print out of each system was provided, which made making a decision more informed. I finally decided on one, and they were able to get the installers come on a Saturday. The installers were super professional and efficient. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. It only took four days from my first phone call to a cool home – I called Wednesday, Josh came Thursday, and the AC was installed Saturday. Highly recommend to everyone.

It first started with a call from Josh. Our air conditioner had a leak in the outside condenser. It was a cheap 5 ton by Goodman that cost us $2500 for both indoor and out door units. Our regular maintenance AC company told me it would be $3k just to repair. They wouldn’t be able to work on it for over a week. My mind began to consider all of my options. Our regular AC maintenance company introduced me to Josh with Cool R Us. He felt I might need/want some other options to consider since our home now has spray foam in the attic and our needs shifted towards a better unit than what we were used to before.

Should we repair or replace? Should we get a cheap unit? Should we get decent unit? Should we get a high end unit? UGH!

There are lots of choices to consider choosing air conditioning. Josh arrived just 30-45 minutes after our first phone call. I instantly felt that with Cool R Us that I was in good hands.

Josh arrived, he asked us our wants and needs and began to make a system that would work extremely well in our home. Trane it was. We chose Trane’s top of the line variable speed units- indoor and outdoor.

Cool R Us notified via text message when they were arriving on both the removal and installation day. On 1-7-2023 the technicians were prompt on a Saturday morning, coming 30 minutes early. 👍🏻

The day prior to the new unit being installed Cool R Us came to remove just the air handler so we could do make some repairs to the closet it was in.

This company went above and beyond my expectations with the install and how it looked in my closet. I honestly feel NO OTHER COMPANY would have went as far as they did with the install. Even the owner came out and worked his but off out in my attic making sure everything was perfect and I mean perfect.

We can’t say enough about how good this install went and we are glad we had the pleasure of doing business with CoolR Us.
