Pricing was a tad higher than other quotes I received, but for the quality of work they do and for how awesome the people at Capital are, it’s worth paying a bit more. Capital Heating explained the entire process, assuring I was comfortable with the job they were doing. Carl and Jacob, the installation team were informative, friendly and very particular to make sure the job was done correctly, including showing me the test results after installation. Even their sales person Ryan made sure I understood the process before having me sign any form.
This is not the cheapest company to work with, but the pricing was fair. When you work with them, you are getting an entire team of people making sure you are satisfied.

This was during the hottest part of summer and they were crawling around in our attic for several hours without any complaints and were very thorough explaining how our new system works. True professionals all the way around. Cory was also great to work with during our consultation and finding the best option for us. Great communication throughout the process. We are very happy with our new system and I would highly recommend Capitol Heating to anyone.

The technician who came out to troubleshoot the Problem was knowledgeable and professional. Then when the two men came out to install a new fan, there were also great. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the last three people. But everyone from Capital Heating and Cooling was timely, knowledgeable and professional. The work was done well, and the cleanup was perfect. Thank you to all who were involved!

Wow – truly and outstanding experience. The guys over the phone were great – communicative and informative with no used car salesman pushes or anything then Kyle showed up at my house and was one of the most polite and accommodating service providers I've ever worked with. Absolutely impressive.
Kyle had another man with him – Bradley who was being trained. Also very polite and friendly – and it's great to see that they do in the field training such as this.

One of their representatives, Elliot, came out the same day I called to take a look at our air conditioner. He was very thorough in his assessment. When it looked like our best option was to replace the furnace and the air conditioner (both of our units were nearly 25 years old), he ran through multiple options for us and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive option. Elliot was very trustworthy and we felt extremely comfortable with our options and the choice we made in the end. Elliot had a good sense of humor and we appreciated the fact that he treated us genuinely well, and was not just trying to make a sale. Because I had called on a Friday, the installation was going to be the next week, so Elliot took it upon himself to troubleshoot our air conditioner problem to try to get us through the very hot weekend. (He saw that we have 2 small children and he wanted to make sure we were as comfortable over the weekend as possible until we had our new appliances installed.) He even gave us his personal cellphone number and told us that if our a/c went out again over the weekend, he would walk us through the steps to get it working again.
We were able to schedule an installation for our new furnace and air conditioner for the following week, which was great to get it taken care of so soon. The team that did the installation (Troy, Marc and Joe) were fantastic as well – they showed up on time and were very respectful of the property. They finished earlier than anticipated and really left their working area just as if not cleaner than when they arrived. Troy, Marc and Joe were all very personable and were able to answer my questions throughout the installation process.
Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from the Burkhardt team. We strongly recommend them if you or anyone you know is having a heating or cooling issue.

Jacob had performed the troubleshooting on what was an extremely old AC unit on the roof of the condo complex. Elliot provided me an accurate, good-faith estimate of the job. Aaron and Dean carried out the installation of the new AC and were able to complete the job in 6 hours despite the complexity of the installation.

Everyone I worked with at Burkhardt was so nice and helpful. Elliot was knowledgeable about the products. He answered all my questions, helped me understand the various components, and helped me select a system right sized for my little house. Jessica and Dillon in the office were on top of my situation and got me set up with the appointments I needed. The team that came to install my new system was great. Troy, Joe, and Marc were right on time, they had everything
needed with them, and they cleaned up after they were done. They answered my questions and gave me a walk-through on my new system.

They were friendly and flexible with scheduling my service appointment. Additionally, the technician (Joe) who came out to diagnose the issue was on-time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was honest and transparent about the issues and aging condition of my AC unit. Unfortunately, my repairs would have been costly and possibly only a temporary fix, so I ended up going with installing a new unit. Not exactly how I wanted this visit to go, but I felt very comfortable with Joe’s level of knowledge and straight-forward approach, that I was going to get exactly what I needed and there was absolutely no fuss or overselling that you sometimes worry about in these types of major purchase situations. Joe recommended the right sized new AC unit, as my previous unit was a bit oversized for my home and he was able to schedule the installation within a week. I thought a week was an extremely reasonable time frame given all the scheduling issues which have occurred over the past few years with access to products or availability of technicians. What was even better, was the call I got the next day letting me know that there was a cancellation and my install could get squeezed in even sooner. The great time management and communication really exceeded my expectations. On installation day, the installing technicians: Tim and Trystan were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The installation was done with precision and in a timely manner, taking a little under 4 hours. I also greatly appreciated that any dirt or debris from the installation was cleaned up. While Trystan finished up the install, Tim took extra time to show me the “basics” of how the new control panel worked and let me know that the product registration for warranty coverage would be taken care of for me. These were two additional things I appreciated and saved me time. Overall, I had a great experience with West Allis Heating & AC. I would definitely recommend them and especially the team I worked with directly. With how difficult home services can be sometimes, I really appreciated the no-hassle scheduling, quoting transparency, great customer service and easy installation I received.

I've had great experiences with Mario and Matt for my furnace and Noah today for my AC issues. The installers, Dustin and Kraig, did an amazing job removing our 28 year old HVAC and installing our new Carrier Infinity system. We also replaced our 1" filter with an Aprilaire 4". On the day of our installation, it rained all day. Dustin and Kraig were very professional and answered all my questions during the installation and made a special effort to keep the outdoors out. Our old system was hauled away and everything was cleaned up. We have been using Nest thermostats since their first year in business and although Nest has several features that beat all others, we opted to switch to a Carrier Infinity System Control (thermostat) to take full advantage of our new Carrier Infinity furnace.
We are very glad we went with D&M Heating and would highly recommend them.

It makes a huge difference on these hot days. I cannot express how happy we are that we chose Nimmer.

They scheduled us for the first appointment of the day with an arrival of 7-7:30am. The technician Blake pulled up to our house promptly at 7am. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked super quickly. Our house has a pretty wonky set up for the AC, and explained how it works and why it working in a way that was easy to understand.

He got our indoor and outdoor units cleaned up and pumping cool air in no time, perfect timing since it'll be in the 90's again today.

Service was affordable, and they charged exactly what they said they would.

Blake was awesome, will for sure be using Nimmer again for our heating and cooling needs!

Blake and Pat, the technicians who came out today, are outstanding, so I wanted to jump on google and write a review. Blake has worked on our boilers before, and he knows our system. Both Pat and Blake are friendly, professional, efficient and squared away. I have the boilers checked in August because I want to go into the heating system confident that we're all set. The technician, Jake, was delayed arriving from an earlier repair job, but the communications were good and the team seemed flexible to adjust the visit as needed to meet my afternoon schedule. Jake arrived and diagnosed the issue. It was a somewhat unique situation, so he was attempting to get additional support from the manufacturer, but they had him on hold for an extensive period of time. While waiting, he used the time constructively to check that the other parts of the furnace were all working properly. We then discussed the issue and his concerns. He thoroughly walked me through what was happening and we agreed on a course of action. I was very pleased with his honest analysis and the time he took to find the best solution, while not wasting time or money. No pressure, honest, professional. Excellent service all around!!!

Shane rated it 1/5: Called to have water heater replaced. Called O&W. Sent pictures of the water heater and they were unsure of the ventilation system of the heater. Scared me into thinking I had a real situation on my hands. Told me I had to hire a chimney specialist to look at my set up. To add insult to injury they refuse to do the job. Contacted a chimney specialist and sent the same pictures. Told it was perfectly fine and tell A&O this. The specialist had worked for the company in the past and knew them. Told me to give his name and that they could called him. I called back, left message, and information. They blew me off and never called back. Called another plumber, sent same pictures and was told no problem. Came following day had job done in 1 1/2 hours. Either this company does not have enough experience, or they are only interested in the easy quick buck jobs. This would make me nervous if I was going to use their services.

Andrew Aquino rated it 5/5: We originally hired them do maintenance on our AC. We have an older unit that uses R22 refrigerant. All the other places we called said we had to replace our AC unit because R22 was not available or too expensive to maintain. The team at 911 took the time to explain to us what they could do and what our options were. We decided to have the AC just serviced instead of installing a new one.
While servicing the AC unit they found that our heat exchanger had cracks in and was leaking deadly CO2 slowly in house when we had the heater running. Luckily for us they found it and in my opinion saved our lives. So we had our whole unit replaced and the AC serviced. The AC serviced was set to switch to the update refrigerant if needed but we should be good to go for a long time.
We are very happy with their services – knowledgeable, showed up on time, great responsiveness, warranty that covers the HVAC system, and the unit itself. They also helped with our claim with State Farm and came and looked at the AC the next day when we had an issue with it – a loose wire.
I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

We have a 1 year old so we couldn’t stay in an 80 degree house! He made such a quick turnaround in a few days to come out on Saturday and get everything installed.

Matthew Lester rated it 5/5: Not only do we have an amazing new boiler, 911 saved our Thanksgiving! The system Alex installed is a Navien boiler that is 97% efficient. It's a hot water (hydronic system) so it heats our house so much better than old steam boiler we had, and the system provides almost unlimited domestic hot water (e.g. no more running out of hot water in the morning even with everyone using the hot water at the same time!) I couldn't have asked for a better system. On top of this, Alex was able to obtain the equipment and install the system faster than other heating companies.
Our story started with our steam boiler dying in early November. We got quotes from other companies. Two companies told us they were too busy to even come out to provide a quote. Alex came the same day and provided a quote that afternoon! 911 is right! Of the four quotes we received, none was able to convert the steam system to hydronic. Hydronic IMHO provides a better heat since the boiler varies the temperature of the water from 110 to 170 depending on how cold it is outside. The benefit is that our house is always the right temperature Steam is great, but it has to cycle on then off, which causes the temp in the house to fluctuate and it creates hot spots (near the radiators). Actually one vendor said that with their 20+ years of experience a conversion to hydronic could not be done.

Alex from 911 was able to make remove our 30+ year old boiler and got us up and just in time for Thanksgiving (a little over 2 weeks from when we signed the contact!!)

Not only that, there were a number of small but important things that really made a difference. First, Alex able to vent the boiler exhaust through the chimney the old steam boiler used. Therefore, we don't have the cloud of exhaust gases blowing our our back yard where our kids play. Again amazing!! Second, he installed a high efficiency filter on the system to catch any debris and gunk in the pipe. I was really surprised at the amount of stuff the filter caught, which would have ended up in our new boiler! Third, Alex used large diameter copper to connect to the old steam pipes. I did a bunch of research online and while it costs more, this approach ensures the optimal water flow. Not necessary, but another example of the quality of work and expertise.

We love our new system and it's so wonderful to have a house that is always the right temp no matter how cold it is outside.
