Made an appointment for service between 9-11am (I called before 8am) as my a/c stopped working entirely. I had to call several times for updates only for none to be provided, the girl I spoke to stated she could not provide me with an updated service time and that it could be at anytime. The technician did not arrive until nearly 3pm.
First time using this company and the last. If an appointment time is given to a customer it should be honored or at the very least an update provided to them without them chasing for one. I was still charged the service fee of $99 even though they were several hours late.

In today's world it is not easy to find people that are truly proud of the work they perform to please and have a happy customer for life.

veronica fascie rated it 5/5: I would like to say first that I am grateful to Cool Service for the the good service, for been responsive, work responsable and their amazing customer service. When I called them I was tired of waiting months for my AC Tech. I found Cool services online and I decided to give them a chance after I read their reviews. From the beginning when I spoke with the service manager I knew that with them would be different. They came the same day I called, they did a diagnostic and they fixed it temporarily the air gap on my unit, the next day they came again to permanently fixed. When I came back home I noticed was a still a little cool air coming out they come back the next day and they finished sealed promptly that little gap.
With the invoice they sent me detail pictures of all they have done on inside the unit to seal the gap. I have never had such a great service with another company, they make a difference!!!
Thank you again and please never change we need more companies like Cool service in South Florida!

1. Condensation on our filter was diagnosed as a misplaced panel (by another company). NO more leaks.
2. Occasional non-starting of the condenser unit was diagnosed as a failing capacitor. He carefully tested and compared it to a new capacitor before replacing it.
(not only should this fix the intermittent problem, but should reduce energy usage.)
Radael was courteous, his explanations clear, he did a thorough inspection of the system – leaving us confident and sure to use this company again.

Richard H rated it 5/5: My AC broke down and the first company to inspect told me it all needed replacing and asked for 4,800 USD plus tax – the second company after inspection asked for 3.500 plus tax. At that point Henry's team arrived -the AC was back on within 20 mins and it cost 250 bucks.- it was burnt out cables- i was shiocked when they had teh AC back on after being told the entire unit was toast a few hours before, I have only ever used Henry previously in the last 10 years in both my appartments on the beach and it was my mistake to have called others i should have just waited until he called back – you can trust this company 100% to always give you the truth about what is actually wrong. Don't replace a unit until Henry tells you it needs replacing.

Due to the intense Miami heat, I thought that I would have to purchase another vehicle just to maintain comfort. Considering I have two kids traveling with me, on a daily basis. I finally took it to Mr freeze, where the situation was resolved, and I can now continue to drive my Honda CRV without purchasing a new vehicle! The owner also seems to be a wonderful individual! He explained to me in detail what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.

They showed up at my house the next morning at 9am with the replacement fan which fortunately was under warranty. They charged me a very fair price for their labor. My house is now cool. Excellent service. I will be using this company again for sure.
