She let me know EXACTLY what to expect and asked if I had any questions. Then Ray came for the appointment on time and was again friendly, polite, and professional. He asked what I wanted, knew exactly what my laundry room light fixture needed and offered me CHOICES as to what he could do and the price it would entail. He then suggested something to make my life much easier whenever the electricity goes out. I absolutely loved my experience with this company and will definitely use them again!

I was not pressured to do any additions, repairs or cleaning to my system. I chose to have the following done in addition to the seasonal maintenance: blower cleaning, installation of a surge protector and installation of a compression booster. Before and after pictures were provided, and he showed me the location of everything he did. Islam even showed me some maintenance tips to make the unit last longer! I was very satisfied with this service.

They also cleaned everything up when done. The customer service at the Harvey Louisiana office was not very good. You hardly could get ahold of anyone, or they wouldn’t call back. It also took them 4 extra weeks to get it installed when we were quoted only a 4 week wait. I would rate the workers at 5 stars and the office service at 1.

The short story: Keefe's buried a bare live electrical wire just 3 inches underground spanning from my house through the garden to the generator located at least 8 feet from the house. There was no PVC conduit covering the wire the entire span it was underground. Anyone using a shovel could have been electrocuted.

Long story:
Keefe's installed my generator in December 2019. They returned 9 times in the next year to repair it. Ultimately, their final repair that worked in October 2020 involved separating a wire that had been in the main conduit and running it in a separate conduit. The generator worked until 3 days into Ida. The starter began repeatedly triggering until shards of metal began flying from the machine. After they replaced this but did not address the abnormal sound of the generator, I hired a better company.

The new generator company immediately identified two gas leaks that were responsible for the abnormal sound and replaced a faulty (and newly replaced) starter.

The final straw was when my electrician, who was relocating a buried landscape electrical wire, came across their bare electrical wire just inches deep in the dirt. If you look at the photos, you see they had conduit covering the wire as it entered the ground by the house and again as it emerged at the generator, but clearly to save time or money, did not have a continuous conduit where it was most needed: to prevent someone from accidentally cutting into bare live wire with a shovel.

I reported them to the BBB and they never responded. I suspect because there is no excuse. Incompetence at generator installation is one thing. Knowingly putting lives in danger is criminal.

It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. Customer service was fantastic, and Devon was very friendly, professional, and efficient and even gave some love to my 14 year old dog! I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. Ben Milster rated it 5/5: I have an American home shield warranty, and for the past several years they send out Express when I have an AC issue. They do good work and I would use them even if it was not under the warranty. Jimmy especially does A+ work. Had our 24 volt transformer go out in the air handler. It was at the bottom of the unit and was getting moisture that was collecting on the bottom (visible rust on the bottom half of the transformer). Instead of installing the new transformer where the old one was, he relocated it up out of the moisture to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. Thanks!

Living in SE Louisiana, AC is a must. And when my AC started blowing hot air, I knew the heat that was outside was encroaching on my private space indoors!!! And it was time to make a call.

Mr. Marin and his staff were swift to assess the situation and render a solution.

A day after the call to Mr. Marin he was replacing and repairing components on my outside AC unit. Severa hours later and my space was onceagin COOL & I was ahappy camper. What was most pleasing about this situation is even after the repairs, Mr Marin checked in with me to see if all was well.

Unfortunately when I called to schedule an appointment they said they would arrive between 10a-12p and verbally gave me the minimum cost up front. I was told to text my contact information and address. After doing so, I never received an appointment confirmation. I took off a day of work and texted again for confirmation. I finally got through to someone around 12:30 and they said they were running about 3 hours behind from a different job.
I would have appreciated a heads up they were running behind, but I understand things don't always go as planned. I continued waiting for the remainder of the day and no call, no show. Highly disappointed.

He has no skills in this department. He doesn't take care of his customers who have spent over 20K on AC and Heating units. He is a right fighter. A few years back I call and the tech broke a part trying to take off the fan motor. He didn't have the part HE broke. I was 4 days without AC in July AND I got charged for another service call and the part the tech broke. The company called me to ask what I thought of their service and I gave them feedback on how I was disappointed that I had to pay for a part they broke and another service call and without AC for 4 days, hoping it would help. Just recently I had to call them again for a service call and the owner just ARGUED with me, interrupted me, and was simply rude. I tried to explain the tech was to be there at 2-3 and never show until 5 and I paid for emergency service instead of waiting. He wanted to charge $800-900 for $25 part. My son fixed it the next day (because the hardware store had closed by the time the tech got there) getting the part at a local hardware store for $35. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and owner is simply a very rude person.

I have a PM yearly contract with them, so of course this is who I called for the emergency. They answered the phone within two rings. I must have caught them between calls because the A/C technician, Matt, was here in 30 minutes. He must have ran out the door and rushed here. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it in another 30 minutes. He ran the unit and waited to make sure it was working properly before he left. He cleaned up the mess, offered to take wet towels to my washing machine, and offered to empty my wet vac outside. My A/C was working and fixed before the internal house temp got above 82. This is superb customer service. Now, I know I chose the right company to do business with. I feel the emergency fee was super reasonable, especially given this level of service. These guys rock.

After Matt checked out our unit it was evident that we needed a new system. Matt explained to us what was wrong with the old unit and the pros and cons of fixing and replacing. We decided to replace. He called his boss Eric and he came right over to talk to us about replacement. Eric offered us three options. A good, better and best option. We opted for the best option. Matt was able to fix our old unit to get us through the weekend and the installation guys were at our door first thing Monday morning. Everything went smoothly and we were back in business Monday evening. We had a great experience with Taylor and Tyler and will recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Maryann Parker rated it 1/5: NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE CALLS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! Horrible company for customer service including owner. He has no skills in this department. He doesn't take care of his customers who have spent over 20K on AC and Heating units. He is a right fighter. A few years back I call and the tech broke a part trying to take off the fan motor. He didn't have the part HE broke. I was 4 days without AC in July AND I got charged for another service call and the part the tech broke. The company called me to ask what I thought of their service and I gave them feedback on how I was disappointed that I had to pay for a part they broke and another service call and without AC for 4 days, hoping it would help. Just recently I had to call them again for a service call and the owner just ARGUED with me, interrupted me, and was simply rude. I tried to explain the tech was to be there at 2-3 and never show until 5 and I paid for emergency service instead of waiting. He wanted to charge $800-900 for $25 part. My son fixed it the next day (because the hardware store had closed by the time the tech got there) getting the part at a local hardware store for $35. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and owner is simply a very rude person.

Not only did Duggan's give me a price that was significantly lower than other quotes, they were extremely professional in all respects. This became a more complicated job than anticipated and took much longer. I had total confidence that I was receiving the highest quality service and that the job was being done right. And Richard and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. I cannot recommend a company more highly.

Other companies like to charge $125 or so just to go out to the house to tell you what you already know- and refuse to simply do specific work without trying to run up the bid. Honest and straightforward.

Contacting them was no problem and actually they were showed up before the scheduled appointed time. Would give them 6 stars if possible. Will tell all my neighbors about their service.

Another well known company offered to replace parts and charge me much more. And never seemed to have a clue what the actual issue was.

Their service techs have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and able to solve the problems we've experienced so far. When we ask questions the techs take the time to answer to our satisfaction. Just today Ron was dispatched to help us with our furnace. He explained how the furnace cycles through its startup which helped us understand what we were experiencing.

My technician, Ron, is always professional, pleasant and genuinely concerned that our system runs at maximum capacity for maintaining our comfort. He always calls and arrives when scheduled, is very helpful when explaining what needs to be done and why, and always proactive to try and avoid possible "emergency" issues down the road that would keep us without our cooling system due to mechanical breakdowns. Overall we are very happy knowing Ron is taking care of our systems so our systems can take care of us.

Precise Comfort and Climates website has an emergency request feature, like many do. However, the difference here is I actually received a call back as promised, within 10 minutes.

The person that called me back, to my surprise, was a local boy. Not a call center routing my request to various unknown people for the first taker.

I recieved patient listening to my hyper anxiety, brought on by past experiences. He calmed me down, gave me a time, a promise the Tech would call when In route. I received it all.

They gave me respect that my time is valuable.

The feeling that thy fit me in, or keeping their schedule superceded my problem was never experienced. Unlike others.

I felt comfortable in HUMBLING my financial situation with the need to keep my OLD system going as long as I can.

PC&C has the complete understanding of the entire workings of old and new systems. They have been great listeners empathizers and willing educators.

I've been given a structured plan with the ultimate inevitable later than sooner.

My AC is running and cooling my home great. When it is time to install a new system, PC&C will be my guys. I trust them.

I've been given hope that their are still company's out their founded in integrity, There is someone i can count on to have my back.

They were on-site within an hour and the AC was fixed within another hour. They explained the issue, showed me pictures, and charged me a very fair price. They will be my go to HVAC repair and maintenance team for my New Orleans home.

I called Precise at 7pm on a Monday night with a need for troubleshooting for my A/C system as it was no longer cooling and the condenser unit was damaged. They were very responsive and scheduled me a tech first thing the next morning. When I called they immediately answered my call. I called a number of other big name ac companies in the area and they all were answered by an answering service that could not even give me an estimate for when I would get a call back let along get a tech out. Precise approached my situation not by looking at how much money they could make off me but by what I actually needed. After troubleshooting, they noted I needed a new condenser unit as mine was cracked. They also leak checked the system to make sure there were no other leaks. They were able to diagnose the issue, install a new condenser unit, and get my ac system fully operational same day. Finally pricing was extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and would recommend them to anyone for their ac needs!
