Unfortunately have very low clean standards, two people 7 hours and didn't even do 70% of the house what was agreed, but yet they did called me around 12:30 to tell me they needed more time, so I agree …when I got to the house were they were supposed to be doing a deep cleaning on, they had not even one room 100% cleaned… This was 7 hours into the work… So I asked one of the ladies if she could show me what had been completed so far, they stayted it the kitchen was completed;- counters were only wiped out, some cabinets hadn't even been touched, light fixture and range hood wasn't even touched either and the living room they only kinda clean a fireplace and based boards nothing else was done, when I questioned if that appeared to be clean she mentioned they were trying to complete it, they couldn't cleaned the fireplace more because there's carpet… so I then proceeded to asked if she believed they were going to be able to complete a deep cleaning into the rest of the house within the 4 more hours they had requested if they hadn't even completed one full room, she mentioned they were going to try to… ( at that time they were both working on cleaning the bathrooms) I walked outside called them back spoke with Barbara and asked to have them stop the work because of the above mentioned the rest of the house hadn't even been touched and that I was very disappointed with the cleaning standards so far… She mentioned she was just getting to the office and was gonna talk with Gerald about it… Long story short Gerald offered a $200 discount .. they charged full price into my credit card…and 22 days later still yet to see the 200 discount applied, so NO I would Not recommend their service at all, it's unfortunate.

He said it extracted lot of dirty water . The carpets don’t smell like fresh no scent just plain water. I don’t think was worth the amount I paid .

When I call Al, I know who’s coming to my house and the quality of work I will get. Every time! In my experience, good work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good.
I let this bonus room carpet get way too filthy and told Al I didn’t even expect the stains to be removed because they were there so long, I just wanted a ‘once over’ to maybe get another year out of this carpet. I still can’t believe how clean he made it!

A few months ago we received notification from the landlord that a new janitorial company would be cleaning our offices. No big deal I thought… they all kind of come in and just wipe down the desks. I often question whether they actually do it that often.
A few days in to the new service I started noticing a difference. Our office smelled FRESH! Carpets vacuumed and my desk was noticeably wiped down and cleaned each evening (I know because my mouse is moved, and I set it in a certain position when I leave each day). The bathroom floors were shiny and much more inviting to use then before. Then one day, out of the blue, I arrived to my office and found a nice stone coaster on my desk. Why is this on my desk and who left that? I was left wondering… Then I realized I could use it because each morning I stop by Starbucks for an iced coffee, it usually sits on my desk all morning as I work and leaves a a wet ring in each position I place the cup. I was wondering who in my office noticed and bought me a coaster, was it an office gag? Then the next day another co-worker received a stone coaster for their desk. Together we realized it must be the new janitorial company leaving these for us because we keep our drinks on our desks and leave rings from the cups. Very observant on their part and also a nice gesture.

One recent evening I had to stop back by my office to pick up some papers. When I arrived the cleaning crew was inside vacuuming and cleaning. I noticed on their shirts it said "OctoClean" with a catchy orange octopus. I asked one of the crew members “By any chance did you leave this coaster on my desk?" and he replied "Yes sir, don't want you to ruin your desk!"

So here's a good review for going above and beyond what is necessary. Thanks Octoclean! (and the photo is the coaster they gave me!)

I worked with several employees, and realized quickly that not only are they a second generation family owned business, but they treat EVERYONE like family- this is such a refreshing change. They have a new office (I will post some pictures below) that really allows for easy meetings and a warm, welcoming feeling for clients. Aside from the general stuff- they are informed, courteous, professional and responsive (I assume this is obvious because I gave them 5 stars)- they actually go above and beyond by involving themselves and contributing a lot to the community here in Riverside. This is one of the primary reasons I try to support local, family owned businesses- not only do your tax dollars stay local, but you get to contribute to time/effort/financial support that is making the Inland Empire a great place to live & work. It's not often that I am this impressed with a company's work ethic and treatment of customers, so I had to take a minute to give them some well earned kudos. I can't recommend OctoClean highly enough!

They left us hanging and had no replacements . How can they figure that all out 15 minutes before . We rushed to find parking for our guests and missed half the party . So disappointed . The pricing is very fair, some of the other housekeeping services that I have used were very expensive and didn't do a very good job. I will always stay with Dana's because of the friendly service and the great housekeepers that they employ. I was greeted and helped out by Armando who was excited to show me what they have in stock. I purchased car shampoo, tire shine, and a ceramic coat. For a person who just wants a regular wash this is all you need. The tire wet can also be used as a vinyl to shine your interior. In the pictures below you can see what a difference the ceramic does to your paint. On the red driver door, i used the ceramic coat after a wash. You can see the difference between the front and back door. I did the same thing on the black car. The tire shine dries quick so it won’t spray the side of your car when you drive, but it still leaves the shine. Thank you Armando for providing me with these products. I will definitely be coming back to restock on these .
