Besides that the washer time varies even though it's literally the same setting on each. Not a good idea whoever changed paying for dry time! Other than that the employees are pleasant and the facility is clean.

It’s clean-but Customer Service SUCKS.

The young girl in there rolled her eyes ..seemly every time I come in. I asked her if she knew me -“ no” -so why rolls your eyes. She lied and got so disrespectful. Racist was my conclusion.

If you enjoy going wash and satisfied-keep coming. However there are other places in Irving that allows you to dry free. Not sure about their customer Service either -however I won’t spend anymore money here.

Every time I come in, Ms. T is cleaning, walking around speaking to everyone and always ready to lend a helping hand! The staff has always been constant and friendly! In Almost 5 years, there has only been 2/3 employees and that speaks volumes! Last time I visited, a few changes has been made and I would’ve been inconvenienced, however Ms.T offered to restart my dryers, making it easier for me to leave and attend to other business.That was extremely nice and selfless! Even with the price increasing and new procedures, I’ll remain a customer because the experience is priceless!!!

So, for hot water in 'Deluxe' or Ultra mode it's 50-75 ćents extra. It's 6:30a.m. I'm the only person here washing. I just happened to touch the water and the temp was ice cold. I informed the attendant, she replied "I'll call my boss". I told her "No ma'am, give me my 50 cents per wash difference since there's no hot water. CHECH THE WATER TEMP. This is so wrong.

The dryers are no longer free like the website states (now 20 cent for each 15 min I believe). The attendant was helpful with showing me how to load the card which was kinda confusing to not only me but others that came in after me. If your going on a weekend go early as it can get crowded. The snack machines are super overpriced….who charges $2.60 for a 99 cent Arizona 😂 so stop by a dollar tree and bring your own snacks if you plan to be there a few hours.

All drying machines are .25 cents a load.

The place is very clean, air conditioned, with bathroom and snack/drink machines, including ice cream.

Down side is. No ATM, so bring enough cash. Their change machine accepts up to $20 Bills.

I was highly impressed with everything there including the staff..they were polite, professional, and get this…they cleaned and sanitized the place the entire hour and a half I was there. There are 2 restrooms available for public use and they both were immaculately cleaned. The facility was really big with plenty of machines available for use..didn't see a lot of out of order signs. It's kid friendly also…there was a play area, vending machines, games, and 7 large screen tvs. There were 2 large massage chairs available, of needed. There's a place to buy detergent, fabric softener, and get change, if needed. Will definitely be returning.

Jay Juarez rated it 4/5: Nice clean spacious facility. Not standing shoulder to shoulder with anyone. Washers and dryers work well. And all the places I've washed clothes, this is the only place where 25 cents gets you 20 mins instead of 10-12 mins. As long as I live in the area I'll be going back
