J McIntosh rated it 1/5: This is my second review. I normally go by reviews but was in a pickle and had to use this laundromat. This was my first and last time going here. I used about 80$ today at this place only to be greeted with rude hood mentality; from the young lady to the young man attendants. U gave my card away to a young lady. I will NEVER use this establishment again. If you can invest in a washer and dryer for your home. You will save money, the disrespect and the headache.

They don't let you pay with cash or a debit card, only with their own laundry card which you can only load $5 at a time minimum. But none of their services (wash, dry, anything) are sold in $5 increments.

The wash might be $6.75 the dry might be $2.05. That's 8.80, So you're stuck loading five at a time (or doing the calculations ahead of time, but good luck since they nickel and dime you for things like extra rinse or extra spin) trying to pay for all your loads but if you do multiple loads of laundry there's no way to accurately assess how much money you want to put on your card. You always end up overloading the card.

This would be annoying but ultimately fine, except that the card expires after a certain period of time meaning if you left $3 on your card at the end of your trip there's no guarantee you'll actually be able to use it on your next trip. It's a con.

They're just stealing money from people in amounts too small to sue over.

The laundromat was okay but the attendant is really what turned me off and this is actually the second time in the attendant has done this because my daughter and I came by before and they pretty much was very dismissive when we asked for change even though the facility is cashless you would think they would have some means of changing bills over so that you don't have to put whole amount in there. Not saying I wouldn't recommend you go cuz if you have to wash your clothes that's what laundromats are for but after my next time I won't be coming back.

However when I arrive the same rude guy(wont tell anyone his name)is there and ready to turn away drop off service. I’m not sure why he works at a laundry facility and refuses to do laundry. I have spoke with the manager Ebony and that’s really no help. I’m guessing that’s her boyfriend or something because she just defends his irate behavior. I come for the wash, dry and fold special, and Ebony says we don’t do that. I showed her the text i received about the special and she says i don’t know why they send that text, we don’t do that! Like what?

This place is only convenient because of the hours but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. When I spoke to the man that works behind the counter, he was nice enough to contact the manager and I appreciate his customer service.

The laundry was ready a day earlier than scheduled, along with the timeliness of the text alert. I was appreciative of that. The laundry was clean and provided and expected condition. Very reasonably priced. I will be back and hope I can use the delivery option, as it’s for my Airbnb. Will be back! Thank you!

I had dropped off clothing, bedding, and towels and everything came back neatly folded/packaged and smelling absolutely fabulous. The gentleman working even helped me carry my bags out to the car. I came in and though they were busy with drop offs and pick ups they stitched (sewing machine) my turtle neck lightning fast. She even offered to hand stitch some of the smaller holes for the same price. This was my first time here. I visit that plaza for food and get gas at the BP but never used this Dry Cleaners until that day!! I will now be a long term reoccurring customer!!

There is everything that you could possibly need to get your laundry over and done with. Also you can even dropffr it off to be washed and dried and come back to get it when you get ready to pick it up. I will definitely come back here for all of my laundry needs. The washers and dryers are very fast and clean and get the job done on the first go around instead of having to go back again to get your things cleaned all of the way. The washers vary In Prices but hold an enormous amount of clothes and truly clean your clothes. Don't make the mistake I've made more than a few times by going to the cheapest washers and dryers when it will cost more money than here at the Midtown Wash. I've made that mistake a few other times by not coming here and actually had to pay more money by the end of it And wasted even more time. All because the washers and dryers don't get it done the first time going through the cycle and sometimes it has taken even 2 to 3 times to get my clothes Clean and fresh. When I come here I Know my clothes will get cleaned.

I especially like the fact that I can use a debit card, instead of collecting coins in order to do my laundry. They even have detergent for sale, should you forget yours. There is a little competition to secure washer/dryers because they also offer drop-off services but I haven't found it too difficult to secure units that are being reserved for that purpose. It's good to know that drop-off is an option though. I'm usually in and out without any delays.

Chris Dillard rated it 1/5: This place sucks now. They switched over to a new system to pay, and all the prices went up. Half the machines don't work because they don't maintain them properly. Several of the dryers give 8 minutes instead of the 10 they should. I had to spend 16$ to do one load because the first machine didn't have water, I had to pay again to get my laundry done because the woman working here couldn't start the machine for me.

However, over the past few months every time I come in the prices are higher. I understand the need to do this over time, but every few months seems ridiculous. I’ll be finding a new laundromat because of this.

I was singled out the minute I walked in and was just trying to get settled and get my coins for the washing machines. Was immediately belittled by the manager on duty to use one of the 40lb washers, when I planned to for my sheets and comforters. (Assumed I was going ti force everything into a small $4.75 one.) Seeing how this was my first time here, not this was not the best start to my experience. My loads wash fine, and as I am moving them to the dryers located closest to the larger washers, I am yelled at to move to the smaller dryer wall. All of the working ones are full. (A note added that half of them are out of order.) As I stand there feeling foolish waiting for a dryer to open, another couple comes to move their clothes and is allowed to put their clothes in the same dryer I was just yelled at to not use.
This has made this overall experience embarrassing, and overwhelming. And it was not necessary for me to have been singled out by management for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

I have used laundromats around the city and as excited as I was to give this one a try given the reviews, I will never return to this one. Sad because it was nice to see one that was an ally or LGBT operated.

You can easily download the Speed Queen app, scan each machines individual QR code & pay via app or at the digital pay machine & easily log into your speed queen account from there. The flat screens play relaxing nature scenes & the music is nice & upbeat. Very affordable, safe space. I came late at night to wash & the place was well light with an attendant working onsite. I highly recommend this spot.

Marco Atencio rated it 5/5: So this laundromat is probably the best in the area. Everything is clean, well organized and easy to use pay/use. Everything is done electronically, so if you want to use multiple Washer/Dyers, you would pay all at once. Vending machine for detergent and drying sheets.

After showing me how use the machine and navigate electronic payment software, I was left with the easy task of selecting & starting the machine, of course I managed to find the anomaly and couldn't get it going.
Thankfully the super helpful lady came back to my rescue.
Honestly, who would have guessed my luck, as soon as she looked at the machine she grinned and told me,I had got a free wash.
Really?? I couldn'd believe, but sure enough she touched a few on screen icons and the washing began.
What a great experience in a really great laundromat.
Willian Lopez rated it 4/5: Clean one of the most clean laundromats I've been to and used. Simple as that but if you're planning on going on the weekend you're going to have a hard time finding washers or dryers. During the week though, it's not too full.

They also have a laundromat immediately next door for the convenience of anyone in need. Recently the store hours have changed, closed on Wednesday now for whatever reason. I went there to have a suit dry cleaned and saw that they were closed coincidentally. I called the next day, because I needed the suit for a funeral the upcoming Saturday, and the usual lady (possibly owner) there told me she'd have it ready by Friday. Great customer service!. I recommend this place!
