In all my time of going to this laundromat I have never been rushed by employee to get my stuff out of a machine, two dryers to be exact. This female employee (long black hair, short, lighter skinned, wearing a back brace and a small tattoo under her eye) looks back at me with no friendly greeting or gesture whatsoever and says "These dryers yours? I need them!" Mind you, I'm fold my clothing and there are surrounding dryers available. Which my clothing in the two dryers she needed in that exact moment were not even dry! So, I proceeded to add more time into those dryers and quickly move to the one on the top left that just finished. As. I'm filling my basket my other dryer below this one finishes. I finish filling my first basket and move it off to the side. In this very small amount of time this employee moves in to start filling the top dryer. I told her "If she gives me one moment I can clear the bottom one as well" since she was so impatient to get the two dryers previously. She turns to me and tells me "You don't need to be rude" and then repeats herself. Excuse me? You are rushing your paying customers when there are open dryers in the surrounding area! As I'm leaving I ask her name and like a child her response is "What's yours?" And not giving me her name. Like an adult I give her my name and she tell me "Good to know!" and still she does not give her name. I tell her I will be reaching out to management and she tells me "I am the manager!". My response to her was "I highly doubt that." Every employee i have ever encountered at this place has been pleasant and nice. Never once since before today have been rushed by employee even on the busiest days. She is a poor example of an employer for your establishment!

It is a 12 minute wash cycle on these new machines beware. They took out all the good machines and replaced everything with these quick wash machines for higher profits.

I'm not sure where these four and five-star ratings are coming from. Hell, I'm not sure where the three-star ratings are coming from. This place is horrible. So horrible the seven loads of laundry I hauled in, I hauled out without washing a load. Time consuming, but worth it. I should have stuck to my normal, reliable, clean, customer service-centric laundromat, Wash'em Up #6, but I was exploring my options. I completely blame myself.

First of all, the smell was horrible. I'm not sure what that smell was, but it was fishy and, combined with the bleach the attendant was pouring in the floor drainage holes, was unpleasant. I should have left then, but I was trying to get the laundry done while I was still motivated to do so. I had three machines loading and was trying to start the one that was ready to go. That's when I noticed that you had to have a laundry card, not coins or a credit/debit card.

First of all, I hate laundry cards; they're a scam. You have to pay for the card and usually, pay to load it, then there's always cash left on it that you can't collect. It also seemed as if a new card was required with every visit, as there was a box to collect recycled cards. I've only seen laundry cards implemented at apartment complexes, hotels, and motels and had I known this was not the standard credit card/cash establishment, I wouldn't have bothered, but this isn't something I saw posted in reviews.

I asked the attendant about their process and she said I had to buy a card for $.75 and it had to be cash. She felt the need to be loud and rude about it, "put the money here" and she kept trying to grab my money as if I wasn't capable of doing it myself. The last time I checked, attempting to snatch money from someone's hand without permission constitutes attempted theft, but I digress.

I asked her where I collected the change, and she said there wasn't one. I said "So, really the card is a $1 and not $.75 and she kept trying to snatch my money and saying, "put the money here" instead of answering my questions. I finally said, "Stop doing that". Then I tried to get a straight answer out of her again about the laundry card, nevermind trying to get answers about the rest of the process like is there a fee to load, etc., and again, she kept trying to snatch my money to put in the card machine that doesn't provide change.

At this point, the ratchet rudeness and condescension was doing my head in, so I told her never mind and I would go elsewhere. It was a blessing in disguise because the extended exposure to the smell was truly making me sick. I would have been forced to spend money at an establishment with zero customer service skills, severely overcharges for laundry products, and smells horrendous. Laundromats are supposed to smell clean.

By far the worst laundromat experience I've ever had. Ridiculously rude, dirty, limited seating, and scammy. Customer service isn't a concept. Something as simple as posting the laundry card is $1 or that the machine does not provide change would go a long way toward this establishment, not looking predatory. Overcharging or telling customers that something is a certain amount and not giving them their change is dishonest.

I told my story to someone who said "Well, she was Asian". And??? I'm sorry, I'm not buying that she didn't understand what I was asking, or it is Asian custom to be rude, condescending, and aggressive. Even if that was the case, I'm not going to pay you to be disrespectful – Asian or not. There are too many good laundromats with owners/employees that care about the customer experience to deal with one that is dirty, smells like rotting fish and bleach, won't answer questions about their system, lacks manners, and attempts to snatch customers property without asking.

I am blaming myself for straying and then staying after the smell I was greeted with. Had I bolted upon entry, I wouldn't have wasted time and energy.

They reimbursed one dryer but refused to reimburse us for the second one. 😡. The bathrooms looked clean but the ladies stunk like there was sewage in the floor drain or garbage can and there was no hand soap in the lady's room. We had to use the men's room for soap. Apparently they were not taught how to replace the soap. I am hoping the next time we come do laundry that we will have a better experience. You should be able to get something for the sewer gases that are coming up your sewer in the ladies room. Check out the cleaners at the store.

There are only 3 places to sit inside and all were taken when I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. Washers were expensive. Dryers didn't work and kept stopping and showing an error message; attendant says we should have used a new dryer instead? and he says we have too much in the dryer, continued to get the error message after we used an additional dryer, clothes never got fully dry… Worst place I've done wash across the US in a while.. Definitely pick somewhere else if you're passing through!

The app is so easy to add money to & to process the payments for the machines you use. If you are not tech savvy then you can still you coins for the machines, but you get credit back on the app. Sundays are obviously the busiest so come on the days that it is slower to have a quit, clean atmosphere.

I definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a good place to wash there laundry and not have to worry about the grossness that a lot of other places are about. It's funny to because with as new and clean as the place is. Their prices are actually less than a bunch of other S#it holes around anymore. The lady running the place is really nice as well. She actually walked up and asked if I was doing ok. Never had that happy at a laundry mat. I usually get ignored even if something isn't working. So in the end I highly recommend fresh clean laundry. She greeted every person as they walked in. Everyone was wearing a mask except for very little children. I noticed she kept an eye on everyone, & cleaned every machine after they were done using it, swept up periodically, and stayed very busy the whole time I was there, cleaning and completing the laundry of others who paid for wash & fold. I spoke with her briefly, found out she was very professional and courteous, constantly with a great attitude with every person. I went on a Saturday night at 5pm, was mildly busy, but it was best to stay in my car to wait for my laundry to finish, to help with social distancing. We are coming back! patient and very clear. The place was very clean and airy- it smells clean!

Hours say they are open 7am-9pm everyday, which has also been convenient, espeysince I work remote and live across the street. Unfortunately today, the open sign is on but there is nobody here and I have been sitting here since 06:55. Lights are not on and it’s not open but the open sign is still flashing. At the time of this review, it is currently 07:11 on 6/30/22.

During the day the other gentleman I know he's doing his Job but come on you are not the police station your a laundry facility be a lil less than polite and you may get some better slightly better results back on people who are just needing a cool spot on these brutal hot days you are forcing to leave. Also try to look up other mandates and other places participating in cool down spots throughout the metro area I think you should look into a participant or participation program such as they are offering like Walgreens and other facilities like family Dollar are offering certain cooldown spots for people to just grab a drink of water and cool down on hot days you should potential by the idea as something you partake in because it would be a very loving thing for the community to have if you are space represented like theirs! It's humankindness it's only takes a little bit of effort!

Angela Mize rated it 5/5: It was great actually. Live info said it wasn't busy. On a Saturday afternoon? Ok let's go see… We arrive and the parking was a bit small but seemed ok. Go in and ther are plenty of washers / dryers some looked old yet run and wash great. It was clean enough for what I needed, I've seen worse places. So for me its worth 5 stars for feeling welcome there from the lady that owns it. She is great and really nice. Will come back again, and again and again. Lol

Alexis Christian rated it 2/5: Do not go in the summer or hot days it is insanely hot and no ac. The manager followed me around the entire time I washed and dried asking me questions the whole time. Just prepare to be judged and have no time to wash your things as You will be rushed you will just want to leave. The place was on the dirty side , she did not want kids in the establishment either.
Thomas Lockhart rated it 1/5: If I didn't have this is the only option in my neighborhood for a laundromat I would not go here. The staff seems non-existent at times. And I watched as they threw out a homeless gentleman who had come in to the building to warm up for a few minutes and to get out of the cold. They threw him out even though he was doing nothing wrong and minding his own business. I realize that they are private business and are entitled to do as they wish but come on guys have a heart.
Aneysha Kimble rated it 1/5: The washing machines were dirty with soap scum, in the detergent part and in the actual machines as if they don't get cleaned regularly. The lady that runs the place took my clothes out the washer because it was sitting for 5 minutes, supposedly because people needed it but no one was even in need of that washer and there were other washers that weren't being used. The dryers took over an hour and a half to dry my clothes, and the door was broken and kept opening so I had to stand in front of it and hold it shut.
