I like the fact that there is always someone there, not like those others where there are no attendants and you have to beat the machine to get your quarters back. Here, they use these credit card looking cards that you have to load to use the washers and dryers, which makes it easier than lugging around a bag quarters.

After doing the laundry thing, I decided to use their laundry service on my next visit instead of doing it myself and found out that whatever I had left on that card, I could use the remaining balance to pay for the laundry service.

So glad that I decided to do my laundry at Cyclone.
Very clean, easy to work with their washer and dryers using the Cyclone card.

They had carts you could use to take your laundry from your car to the facility.

Cyclone Laundry also had a real nice attendant that helped with anything you needed.

Aze John rated it 1/5: I went to the Cyclone today 10/20/22. The owner (big tall white guy with the bald head) was standing at the service desk closest to the card machine. He stood there talking with another male for the entire time I was in there. I purchased a new Cyclone card because I left the old one at home. I hadn’t been in a long while but occasionally I go there to dry a lot of clothes at once. I’ve added money to Cyclone cards dozens of times over the years (mostly indirectly because my partner usually loads the card while I load the dryer). Today was not a day that I had time to waste. I read the directions but I was getting frustrated so I looked over to the owner and asked if I could get some customer service. He starts speaking to me in this condescending tone and then points to the sign ( as if I can’t read) to tell me the directions are there if I can’t remember how to reload the card. There was absolutely no reason for the rude response I received. I’ve been to this establishment multiple times. Do not speak down to me or any other black or brown person that MIGHT bless you with their business. I threw that Cyclone card on the floor so fast and I will NEVER EVER spend another penny at your establishment. Most businesses offer customer service as a courtesy not a privilege!

Anyone with eyes and a brain can see the racism in that response. I work remotely and no I didn’t have time yesterday 10/20/22 because I was working remotely and my time was very limited. I am an LSU alumna and this weekend is LSU’s homecoming weekend (if you didn’t know). Any decent business owner would assist a customer who is requesting customer service. Instead, you were rude, condescending, and obviously felt like I needed you to teach me something. I’m not your slave or your employee. I was a customer. If you wanted to talk to your male friend, maybe you shouldn’t do at your place of business if you can’t be bothered to assist customers who are spending their money at your establishment. I was the only black person in there and it couldn’t be overlooked the nasty way you spoke to me. I didn’t have a bad day, I had a bad experience with you, the owner of Cyclone. I will tell everyone I know about the experience I had there and I will show off your review response. Thank you, you confirmed everything I thought about you! Be blessed!

Have been coming every weekend and never had these issues before. I was going to use two of the small $4.25 washers until I saw a large $6.25 washer. I went back out to my car and grabbed $2 dollar bills and 2 more quarters. Of course, got change from the machine. Well the washing machine I chose, the quarters kept getting stuck inside and it wasn’t counting my money. I called the attendant over and told her that the coins were stuck and it didn’t count .50 that I put it. She began pushing the small silver button but only two of my 4 quarters came out. I put them back in thinking she reset from where I left off but the machine still never counted the .50 and I was short even though I put them in the machine. I let her know again that the machine was causing me issues but she and another man accused me of not putting the right amount in which was not true! I can definitely count. Yes the facility is very nice but it is as if I would have to record myself putting in each quarter to show proof of how much I entered.

The machines are not coin operated. You must buy a card for $1 and load it with your money. The card is reuseable and never expires. Then you use the card to fund the washer and dryer. The attendant did everything for me! I just handed her my cash. Super nice lady! This place was clean and I felt totally safe. Large and super large capacity washers and dryers are available. It only took 1 drying cycle to dry my comforter, which was amazing due to the thickness. It cost $4 to wash and $4 to dry using the large capacity units. I kept the card and will be back!

There is also ample washers of all sizes, and so many dryers. The washers and dryers are very clean too. If you wash Tuesday-Thursday they offer FREE soap! James the manager is always cleaning! Never do u ever find one that is all the above but this place is. I mean its not the cleanest place i have ever been but with that being said i do know the general public can be messy & i was here at 11:30 or 12. Overall it was perfect for my needs! But EVERY time I go here the machines steal at least $2 from me and there’s no one there to pay me back ever. It’s always dirty. Either roaches or ants or both on the floor. It would be convenient if they sold small packs of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I always manage to forget to bring mine and the store next door only sells fabric softener that is insanely over priced.

A load of my clothes wasn't completed because the agitator on the washer stopped due to heavy jeans in the washer. My oldest son alerted the owner & began to yell at my son. My youngest son intervened & the owner began yelling at him so I intervened & had to teach the other about respect. Not one time did my sons disrespect Mr. Ward as he did my sons & I told him that it's not what you say, it's how you say them. I also told him thank you for the disrespectful way you have spoken to a soldier of the US Army & told him that we're sorry about the machine that had started to work again but we will never return. Although Mr. Ward apologized to my sons & myself, I can't get over the look of anger in his eyes as he yelled at my men & I don't wanna make it about race… Being that we're Black Phillipine & Mr Ward is Caucasian. We just won't ever return… I wish him the best

My youngest son intervened & the owner began yelling at him so I intervened & had to teach the other about respect. Not one time did my sons disrespect Mr. Ward as he did my sons & I told him that it's not what you say, it's how you say them. I also told him thank you for the disrespectful way you have spoken to a soldier of the US Army & told him that we're sorry about the machine that had started to work again but we will never return. Although Mr. Ward apologized to my sons & myself, I can't get over the look of anger in his eyes as he yelled at my men & I don't wanna make it about race… Being that we're Black Phillipine & Mr Ward is Caucasian. We just won't ever return… I wish him the best

Chynika Perry rated it 5/5: The Owner/ Manager is a doll….I travels cross town since I've moved from the area just because of her positive energy excellent customer service and nice clean facility…she is very helpful and tentative she also has a good heart she has frequent days that she gives back to her customers on their laundry expenses it's not much but it helps when you need those extra dryer minutes and didn't want to break your bills to get that extra needed time plus it's always a good thing to get any savings. She has offered drinks on extremely hot days as well free of charge…she has even helped me fold my clothes (for myself and my family) when I was alone doing laundry…her excellent service speaks volumes and that will keep me coming back and recommeding others to Ever Fresh Washateria.

The staff is very helpful with folding your clothes and even move your clothes to a hotter dryer so you don’t waste money or time drying your laundry.
The lady their helped me save $4.00 on washing and $5.00 on drying.
I had to come there because my washer and dryer both broke down.
