Arrived an hour later and WOW! Ms Maria absolutely lives up to the hype! What personal attentive warm service. What a smile! Place is super clean, patrons are polite and mannerly toward each other. No foul language, no loud music or obnoxious cell phone conversations. A joy to spend a Sunday morning at!

However, what a pleasure to walk into this laundromat to discover it is a Black-owner business and to meet the owner, Ms. Maria. She is so kind and personable… We hit it off right away. As for her business, she is all about it and on it. She is professional, and so helpful. She guided and provided me with personal assistance through the process of using the facility. This is not an old fashioned coin-op laundromat. Everything is electronic using a swipe card and she offers multiple flexible options to meet patrons needs. The laundromat is impeccably clean as she is constantly sweeping and wiping down as Maria checks on her patrons to be sure they have what they need. The machines are top-notch and do a great job cleaning and drying the clothes in minimal time. I am super pleased with my experience at 2B Clean Laundromat. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

I have 3 big comforters, which only took me just a little over an hour to clean. The washers and dryers were very efficient. It is a family friendly atmosphere and the customers were friendly as well, which I believe due to the atmosphere that's created. I am coming back and I would recommend this Laundromat to anyone!

I washed 1 towel 6 pairs of socks and my work pants it took $3 to dry and $3 to wash. Which if you have multiple loads I can see that adding up pretty quickly besides the machines the attendants are rude so yea just find a newer establishment

During the CV19 pandemic they took every measure to stay open for business & to keep their staff & customers safe from catching CV19.
And Mrs. Shanell is my second favorite person to have met here. The other lady no longer works there. But Shanell is the best now.

This is one BIG, NEW, CLEAN & BRIGHT Laundromat I’ve ever tried!!!

Inside they provide Free WiFi, Snacks & Entertainments. There’s also a nice comfortable “sitting area” for adults and beside it is a “small playing” area for kids. Amazing! Also they have nice separated bathrooms for men and women…

They have A lot of spaces here! Parking spaces; folding spaces & walking spaces…

I think their Prices are acceptable. Starting from 2 loads for $2.50 all the way to 7 loads for $8.50…

And they claim to have a Payment App to save you the hassles of counting coins, which I have not tried…

I’ve picked this laundromat to do my quick wash is because of their easy access location. Easy to get on and off, very convenient!

*I got my “refund”but no apology. No attempt to reassure me this was a serious matter to them, and that they valued my trust and business. DISMISSIVE AND NONCHALANT returning my STOLEN money to me isn’t a refund or courtesy. Me not calling the cops and filing a police report is a courtesy!

The staff is never available I think it’s a inconvenience for people who rely on using their account verse getting quarters which they may run out of I literally had to walk across street to get quarters

From the moment you walk in, if they haven't seen your face before, the attendants find you a cart, they show you how to use the machines and offer you tiny white cups for your coin change. This staff is so light hearted and welcoming, I wish I could help spread the word more.

The whole place has a peaceful cool vibe, every machine is being constantly cleaned, nothing out of service, nice comfortable waiting area and even a spot for kids, great music, like 3 TVs if memory serves… vending machines that actually have snacks and work, they sell detergents/softeners, and also have wash/fold service… clean, clean everywhere. Oo and there's even floor mats for your feet so they don't hurt while you fold clothes. It's all the little details that count. Step stools for shorties like me to reach the top of the big machines. There's a bill changer to make large bills smaller right next to the coin machine. The bathroom was cute and clean.

The machines are AWESOME. My clothes always come out fresh and soft, super clean and they take 25 mins, I think but it feels like 10 minutes! So fast! The dryers, well usually they just heat your clothes till they shrink them and they burn to the touch… not these. Here, dry and warm, just right and nothing shrunk.

One of the attendants saw us struggling and even helped us take our clothes all the way to our trunk. So lovely! So hospitable. Thank you to all the warm, welcoming staff that make laundry a much bearable chore! You guys are amazing!! 5 stars. I recommend anyone in the area to come here.

They helped me find the right size washer and dryer for the amount of stuff I brought in to be cleaned. Spent about 12 bucks for everything and I used the mega washer and dryer. It was busy but everything was clean and tidy. Would come here again if needed!!!!

AS SHE WAS COMING AROUND DESK TOWARDS ME TO PUT MONEY IN COIN LAUNDRY still Running off at the mouth, Making statements of Why are we Still talking, I said I will give you the $1.25, and yet she was the Only 1 still talking Hateful, then said I am a Woman trying to Help another Woman, I stated a nd I Quote" The Lords Prayer The Entire Time , Thanking Jesus, Out Loud While she was Running Off at the Mouth, To Be the Bigger And Better Afro American Woman , as she Heard every word of it, and took the exact change she gave me, I ALSO ASK THE LADY ATTENDANT FOR 1 800 NUMBER AND SHE SAID FOR WHAT ? Extremely hostile treatment from the people who work here
My first and last time spending my money here.

I normally go to the laundry room, have been going for years but decided to try this place because a friend of mine recommended it.

I was helping a friend who was moving bulk wash a bunch of stuff so I spent between $40-$50 total in this place.

When I walked in and asked how I to get change the man behind the counter just pointed me to the machine on the wall not very welcoming at all, but I digress.

The people here are very grabby I had just finished putting detergent into the machine and a lady came by about to take my stuff out before I told her I had just put my stuff in there…

Now, this really blew me when a lady who clearly worked there stopped my machine with a key at only 1 min left because there was a quarter in there. When I asked her what was going on and why she was stopping the machine she was EXTREMELY rude and hostile saying she will stop a machine if she feels like it anytime she hears a noise. Couldn’t believe as a guest I was being talked to like this.

To put the icing on the cake right after I put my stuff in the dryer the same man from the counter came up to me and moved my cart saying it shouldn’t be by the chairs… ok. Then a few minutes later came up to me again asking me to follow him, confused and uncomfortable I refused. And then him and the woman got aggressive she started yelling “don’t even try to help her” making a big scene, and he said something about he was wanting to explain to me how to use the dryer to save money… all uncalled for and I am shocked this is how they treat paying customers at their establishment

I recommend you stay far away from this place if you can help it. Unless you like being harassed and disrespected by the staff and customers.

The vending machine has taken my money for detergent multiple times and when you try to get help there is a definite language barrier, so don't expect your money back. However that same person can take your laundry order and quote prices just fine along with anything else except giving you a refund for a dollar. To be honest, unless your of Latin decent don't really expect any favors or hospitality at all. I thought it was just me but, I have several friends that have said the same thing. I'll be back tho, it is convenient as far as local goes.

They just locked the doors as I was walking up there in 2 people in there and it's 8:13 pm. Awesome!

I called but no one picked up so I drove down to pick up my missing laundry. I was the by the staff person that my laundry was not there. I wrote a list of missing items and was told that the manager would be alerted. I was given the manager's phone which is the same one I had called earlier. I went home and weighed my laundry and found it was 8-9 lbs short of what I had paid. I have sent this information to the manager but 1 1/2 hours later have yet to hear back from anyone. Frustrated is the nicest word to use right now.
Outcome: All is well, had great communication from the manager. Several options/solutions were presented. My missing clothes were found. Still a happy customer, and will go back.

What if $2.00 was all I had at the time and I just wanted to wash and that's it ? To find out I paid $2.00 for a card ? I like the idea, but just let customers know about it first before putting their money into that machine. MORE FOLDING TABLES WOULD BE NICE ALSO ! I guess the place is built too narrow for that though. My advice, just get there very early if you like to find your clothes. I changed my star.. Damn they need dryers that work. First and last time here. Waste of time and money.

Everything is digitized so you can use your phone for all your transactions. You can add time to dryers if you need to leave via the app. The washers have a deep clean option. Open late.
Cons: The seating area seats are not comfortable at all. I usually wait in my car. You cannot dry your clothes for less than 30 minutes so if something is not quite dry instead of adding 10-15 minutes after the dryer has stopped, your only option is to do another 30 minute cycle.

I used to go to another highly rated laundromat down the street that was cheaper but will stay here because I like that everything is new and that I can use the app for everything and Common Market is next door in case you need a bite to eat.

Amy Beth rated it 5/5: SO grateful that I found this place!! I recently moved to Charlotte, and had been to another local laundromat. The other location got good reviews, but was God AWFUL. Peachy Kleen is a GEM!!! My only issue was that my card wouldn’t work in any machine. Not sure why. But, the machines offer an app option. I was hesitant to download and use it. But, you get a free wash for doing so, and, it’s super easy to operate! Everything is SO CLEAN!!!!! It’s bright, open, spacious, there is even cute themed art on the wall, fake flowers decorating the tables. Plenty of seating, an activity area that even includes an old school arcade machine. There are multiple options for washing machine sizes and styles.

I had one small issue with my card and the attendant was prompt and courteous and remedied it immediately.

I can start the washers or dryers with my phone! I get notifications of when it's ready! I love it! I'm never in there more than 2 hours. Great location; great attendants…you'd love it too.

When that was done, I asked her a curious question about my machine being a little slower on the countdown since 30 minutes turned into 1 hour (found out through research later that using a linen bag can retain moisture and cause machine to take longer).

She proceeded to continue her momentum from her previous argument with me for some reason.

I asked the question politely, she proceeded to argue, disagree, and raise her voice then walked away when asking to clarify.

I bet she's fine on other times and days, but unbelievably bad attitude that morning. The guy that works there was nice though.

Matter of fact watch anything you take in here, do not leave anything unattended! Some lady also had stopped my dryer and threw a cigarette butt in my dryer! I yelled at her and she acted dumb and walked away! I am almost certain she was one of the attendants! I had to deal with that! Bathroom had no paper! Machines are way overpriced!

Certain hours of the day you can for an extra fee, you can have your laundry done for you. The machines accept debit cards which is important to me as I don't carry cash or a bag of quarters on me. There is a laundry vending machine that sells detergent, fabric softener and other products anyone could need. They also have a snack machine and at least one kind of arcade game as a entertainment bonus. I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend using this laundry facility!

I went to Eastway Drive and the owner said they would look at property in the Dilworth area since there is no new updates or timeline when the machines will be replaced I agree the rest room has been.down for weeks code violation for sure. But sadly as a retired newly widow of a veteran my voice does not matter so I will continue to take the ride to Eastway clean machines well priced and staff very friendly and hopefully they will find a building for us Dilworth residents needs

Lisa Rossi rated it 1/5: The absolute worst place I have ever in my life done business at. The woman that runs this place is horrible to her customers. She is rude, arrogant, unfriendly and honestly just downright mean. She does not have anything done on time, she over charges – and I mean really over charges ($40 for a hem) and offers no discount or compensation when your items are late. Even, like myself, when you have an important event to go to and have been promised something will be ready on time.
She even threatened to throw everything I own away.

Please pass this on to anyone you know in Charlotte. I cannot believe this company is still in business!

The owner has made no effort to make this info public so people don't waste their time coming over. When it's fixed I'll continue taking my business elsewhere given the serious lack of courtesy.

North Tryon Laundromat is a great place to wash your clothes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. The washers and dryer are super clean, the laundromat itself is clean, and the bathroom WOW clean. The staff will greet you, help you with your loads as you're coming in the door also, they're so friendly. They have laundry drop off service as well. They. Not your typical laundromat! First, this place was cleaner than most hospitals!! It was sparkling clean, and the decor was very welcoming and pleasant. There were ample machines and comfortable seating. I happened to have cash on me, and my kids had fun playing with the various machines. Second, but just as important, the ladies working there were SO FRIENDLY and helpful. I didn't realize they closed at 8, and we were there well past 8, when I noticed they had turned one sets of lights down at the entrance. I asked the woman if they were closed, and she said they had closed at 8, but she was so kind about it. I apologized profusely, but she didn't even let on that she was bothered or put out. I thought that was so kind of her. When we left, my daughter was carrying the laundry basket while I was carrying two bags of clothes. I realized once we got to the car that she had left the basket in the laundromat. I saw the woman in the parking lot and apologized and asked if we could get the basket. She was so kind and unlocked the door and brought it to us. This place is not like the dingy laundromats of my youth. It was really nice, our clothes were dry as a bone in 35 minutes, and the staff was so kind. Thank you!!!! ❤❤❤❤
P.S. another plus is you can just swipe your credit card at the machine itself, rather than having to buy a card and add funds to it. I paid $1.25 for 35 minutes, which struck me as very economical.

Joel King rated it 5/5: My dryer unexpectedly broke the other day, and I had to do laundry asap in order to have clean work uniform. They opened this am at 7am— and I got there at about 7:45. While it was super easy to find machines when i arrived, the laundromat quickly gets busy, and I recommend going as early as you can. I had done some research online about different businesses and the process and payment info for my top 3. Due to the reviews detailing the cleanliness of North Tryon Laundromat, paired with the ease of use in regards to the machines, I was extremely happy. I had to run my dryers multiple times, but other than that, I was very pleased. The attendant was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend and will go again if I am ever in need of self service laundry again
Michelle Jeffries rated it 2/5: It was ok. Clean. One washer (5.25) didn’t wash my clothes properly. Didn’t suds up, water didn’t penetrate the load. Made sure not to overstuff. Had to rewash elsewhere. Pricing was ok. Dryers give you 30 m. Made sure to be mindful not to put too much in because I didn’t have time to keep redrying. My efforts were in vain, had a load worth of things not dry, had to redry. Also, it was not easy getting to laundromat, zero parking by the entrance. It’s in a shopping plaza, in the middle of a lot of busy businesses. Parking was a semi nightmare for washing a lot of clothes. I had a ton of things to wash and because of the bulk decided to wait for a better spot. Probably won’t go back. I’ll stick to laundry mats that are in stand alone spots where all parking is aligned with the front entrance. Small gripe but major difference in overall experience. If you have small loads, not a lot to carry its better for that need. I was also expecting bigger machines. They have 6 huge industrial dryers, they could benefit from a couple industrial sized washers. The machines for 5.25 were at best double load size. The 3.25 machines were akin to a single load. Other laundry mats have at least two humongous, more expensive machines that hold a lot more than this locations largest. Also beware using your card at machines. As they processed the transactions the next day my card went nuts, it would overdraft, then go back to normal, it cycled like this for abt 4hrs. It created an issue using card next day when I was shopping. Huge inconvenience. They have an atm, change machine. Use coins instead.
