The difference is .1 mile and I asked to go to it but lady just said no the driver will take u to the one closer and even sent an alert to driver to make sure.

But I still love the place, it saddens me that with most businesses such as laundromats have to deal with increased taxes including water tax they had to up their pricing on the machines to accommodate. But it is a great relaxing experience for me. Lately, I only experience problems with my laundry card and I don't blame them, could've been the company that makes the cards fault but who knows. They are helpful to assist me and the employees are always great! I even take my time out to help others there because they don't realize they are drying for free and try to add in more money at the machine.

One day, it was very very busy and makes you take out your clothes so she can clean the machines and says the owner orders. She tags machines not to use which is understandable since people drop off clothes and they have to wash it and dry it but she holds the machines without clothes drying inside for hours. She shouldn’t be allowed to harass customers. She should focus on her work and leave people wash their clothes and spend their money here peacefully and comfortably. Another day they were sitting down on the PAYING CUSTOMERS tables laughing and the floor was so dirty the machines had liquid detergent and powder all over them.

The app makes for a smooth experience and the touchscreens are easy to use. You can use the app to see how many washers are available before even leaving your house.
Jasmine was an AMAZING help. She was kind and never seemed bothered. I saw her helping a couple that had put too much in one of the machines. She was super gracious and helpful with them.

The space is very clean and smelled fine. There’s plenty of space to fold and there is an accessible bathroom on site.

A lot of machines of various sizes and washing options to choose from. You can bring your own detergent and softener but their machines have built-in dispensers including bleach as well, which is super convenient. Really clean place, great employees. Dryer sheets are always stocked up. Free wifi, I sat and did my online homework while waiting. They have their own carts you can use to carry or move around your load(s). They also offer rewards program through the app for a free dry session if you accumulate enough points. Overall just great experience!

Her customer service and friendliness is above and beyond! She is super helpful especially when one of the machines glitched out and she was prompt! I can tell she genuinely cares about people which gives a reason to return to this specific Tide laundromat. I would highly recommend anyone I know who needs their laundry done!

Have to use their detergent, so if you or a family member has an allergy cannot substitute your own detergent for theirs. Pros. Of course you don't have to carry any detergent around any more. Con. The price of a load is not equal to the price of laundry plus their detergent. Example jumbo load is $4.75 at local laundromat, here it is $12-$13. Granted the wash cycle is quicker and they say the clothes come out dryer so less time in the dryer. Not sure how I test that. Pros. Dryers are fast. My jumbo load dried in 17 min! That was with towels and rugs. A months worth! And you earn loyalty points to pay so two loads of my dryers are usually free each trip. Equalling about $.50. But free is free ☺️ Also free parking, you can easily drive your car up for loading and unloading. Air conditioning, bathrooms and an app to pay, so no more quarters needed! They also offer wash and fold for around $1.50 a pound.

What I like about them the most is that they have a bus stand just outside, so you don't have to take your car. Also, the place is next door to a school, so the area is pretty safe.

Andrea Adams rated it 1/5: I'm a prominent professional who lives in the area. I always drop my clothes here for their laundry service. They wash, and fold them. This time I asked them to re-weigh my clothes when I picked them up and saw that they were 6lbs less, so I asked if there's anything missing, and if not please refund me the difference. The manager I believe her name was Maria or Caroline, was so rude, she said she isn't giving me anything, refused to give me her name, and told me that I had to account for dirt on the clothes. I said not 6lbs worth of dirt. Then she said don't worry about it it's only a few pounds! How outrageous is that! That's my hard earned money! I paid $157 for this service and I want my $7.80 refunded for the difference. I asked for the owner and she refused to give him my information. Then she said goodbye and hung up! I will NEVER return here!!! Don't ever go here!!! She could have handled this in such a nice way, but instead she had the nastiest attitude. They're literally ripping people off! The most disturbing part of this is that you never know who you're talking to so you should always lead with kindness.

The owner, Nathan, just called me and was just as rude. He explained that it's common for clothes to weigh less after they're washed. However, he completely diminished my concern saying that "6lbs is not a lot". It was very dismissive and quite frankly it's sounding like they should charge customers for the cost after the clothes are washed so that customers are paying for the weight of the clothes and they're not getting ripped off. Nate said that they wash 20,000lbs of laundry/month. Based on what he said, there are approximately 5lbs of dirt for every 100lbs. 20,000/100=200, 200*5=1,000, 1,000*1.30 (what they charge per pound of laundry)=1,300. Which means that they are taking approximately $1,300/month in "the extra weight difference". I don't even want the money back. I would've been happy if they were kind about it. They just had the nastiest attitudes. I would avoid this place.

Not only once, but twice I have been repulsed to the point of leaving without doing any laundry after discovering literal feces in their washers. The attendant turned me away at 9p after I walked 2 miles in a snowstorm, even after recognizing and acknowledging that I have been customer of theirs since at least 2014. I witnessed customers being locked out without rationale – effectively, robbed of their property.

Recently I had been coming Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays mornings and I found the laundromat in bad condition, tables dirty, machines dirty, the floor was dirty there was small garbage everywhere and there was a older lady with black hair and glasses on always on her phone. This lady I'm not sure of her name but I think is Elizabeth has a really bad attitude. She always has a cranky ugly attitude and if you ask her for her assistance she responds negatively with an attitude. Extremely bad customer service. To my surprise I went do laundry today Thursday in the morning and the laundry was extremely clean and perfect. The tables,machines and floor was very clean. I was so surprised that I ask the lady that was working their for her name . Olga is her name and I have been coming for years to this laundromat and notice that when she is there the laundromat is always extremely nice and clean. She also has an extremely good customer service, ansewers your questions nicely and with a smile. I just wished she would work their more morning shifts. Anyways thanks to her Olga I'm giving this laundromat 5 stars.

The location for this place is awesome as well. The cleaning and brighter space environment is what makes Su Nueva Lavanderia unique. This place is always clean, organized, and labeled. The employees are always there to assist, help, support, and serve their customers as they have done every single day. This place just seems to be successful. The employees definitely seem to have manners. I will always come here and continue washing my clothes here. The dryers and washing machines at this laundry are always kept clean, so no need to worry to see any dirty dryers and washers. The employees also care for and protect their customers at this laundry because there was an emergency that was happening near the parking lot of Dollar Tree. As soon as they got an alert from Police, the employees rushed and locked the doors to keep all of their customers safe. I will truly come back to wash my clothes again. Finally, this place is just the best laundry location to come. Keep Up The Great Work!!!!!
Ruhi Sharma rated it 1/5: Avoid this place at all cost. I sent my clothes to this company and when I was given them back I literally couldn’t smell a single ounce of detergent. I could still smell sweat and the food I dropped on my clothes. I used their pick up and drop off service and god knows if they use detergent or just lie and say they do. Every stain and smell was still there. They probably just put it into a washer without detergent, run it with water, and then nicely fold it up and send it back. Also, I didn’t know how this service worked and somehow my card declined. They just decided to not load my laundry up to drop off. I mean yeah they texted and called me, but if someone isn’t picking up on their off day at 6am, then maybe you can bring the clothes and take payment then? Highly disappointed and won’t be washing clothes with them.

They are under new management (which might explain why my experience differs so much from the negative reviews?) so they were cash only while they set up their systems, but this was no problem at all as they were good about communicating that and how much the service would cost to me clearly and up-front, so there was no hassle. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent. If you're in the area and looking to treat yourself to a wash and fold, Logan Square Laundry is a good choice.

Over a week ago, they returned my laundry mixed with a whole bag worth of somebody else’s clothes. I called them immediately and told them. I sorted the clothes the same day and let them know they could come pick them up. It’s been a week and I have called them at least once a day asking them to come pick up the clothes to get them back to their owner and they still have not picked them up.
This is far from the first issue I’ve had with them. Months ago they came to pick up my clothes and then never dropped them off. I called for days trying to get them to drop off my clothes before getting any answer. Thankfully several days later they finally gave me my clothes back. Despite the inexcusable lack of communication I decided to give them another chance because it was during covid.

At this point I’ve been told on at least 5 separate phone calls that the clothes would be picked up, sometimes by extremely rude employees who acted annoyed that I was even calling them in the first place. I have no reason to believe that these clothes will ever make it back to their owners as they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Never once have I been offered a refund for any of the issues I’ve dealt with here despite being a loyal customer for over a year. Never using this place again and you shouldn’t either.

No one ever showed up, I didn't get any email or call with any status updates, and I have left two voicemails into the void. At this point I'm disappointed and not going to try again.

Many dryers with post it’s saying “don’t work/ don’t dry” for weeks. Washing machines with odd smells. Some with detergent/softer/bleach compartments filled with left over water. Bathroom never has soap or paper towels.(seen a roach cross once while washing hands). Attendants always sitting with each other on their phones or eating taking space up for customers. When asked a question never too freindly. Overall do not recommend. On the search for a new place right away

I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed their service the first two times, but I will no longer be using their services.

I like this one because it’s clean, I can use my debit card to load up my card, the machines are fast, its hardly crowded, they have a great selection in different kinds of music, and workers are very nice. I can’t return to my old laundromat after going to this one😅😅

Love the most about this laundromat is that everything is up to date with no need for cash all electronically transfer your fund to a wash card or you can download an app and pay from your phone. Also you can check from your phone how many washers and dryers are available to use and you get text updates when your loads are complete and done. Inside is very clean, well organized. They also do weekly promotions. For example on Sunday they gave out free donuts and coffee. I highly recommend the laundromat and give them a try.

One day he even gave my son a toy car. The ladies and guy who work there are always nice. I love how clean the place is always. The machines are great and the dryers as well. Little Ceasers next door is a plus as we taken a pizza to eat while our clothes is washing. Simply a great laundrymat to come to.

Advantage: Electronic payment and coin machine, laundry app, everything is new, the laundry is so fast, the dryers are big, bathroom so clean. Disadvantages: the room to folding the clothes is reduced , but it works to any with small amount of clothes. In general my experience was good. I will return out there.

Clothes are NEATLY folded and smelling fresh. They text when they are on their way and once they arrive. Couldn't be more convenient. And affordable enough to use when I don't have time to do laundry myself.

Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

After I told the attendants they said that their soap does not produce suds but when the machine stopped the clothes did not smell clean. They shouldn’t false advertise. Picture was in the middle of wash cycle.

Of course, now I know why, because when I went there today the cheapest washer for the basic wash setting was $4.55. This, of course, is a very competitive price since the dryers are free with the wash.
Now here is where they get very fraudulent; in order to use their washers you have to load money onto one of their system pay cards. But, in order to do so you have to load a minimum of $10.00. Wow. That's right that dryer doesn't feel so free and neither does that basic pricing of $4.55. This is the closest laundromat to all the Hotels by the Midway Airport. So, they know very well that most folks passing thru town will only wash a load once and maybe come back one other time in a year. It's obvious that all these folks giving good ratings saying that the cost is low and inexpensive is being done by people they know. Most likely it's their staff or family being asked to do it.
