The place is clean, great music, lots of choices of machines, including large capacity, which I needed. I connected with some regulars who were really funny and nice.

When I have had issues with a washer or dryer, the owner just looks for ways it's your fault so she won't have to compensate you. They make excuses about using hot water in a load and the machine barely puts water. I was told to start it off warm then switch to hot so enough water is in the machine.

I was trying to get a couple laundry bags with ties because they’re easier to carry into my apartment and I know that they’re sold at this location. The laundry product dispensing machine ate my quarters & when I went to the front desk to ask for them back I was greeted with the upmost disrespect & unprofessionalism I’ve ever experienced in my life. She kept telling me that what I wanted wasn’t sold out (trying so desperately to prove a point) even though I never said it was sold out, just that the machine ate my quarters. She then gave me a garbage bag (probably worth 25 cents or less) and stated that she refused to give me my money back. She then told me how “fucking annoying I was”. I told her that I was being very respectful and kind and I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She then proceeded to mess with some washing machines and then completely ignore me to assist another customer. She then had another customer back me into a corner and threaten me. I feel as though this was racially motivated and I will be filing a complaint with both the City of Cincinnati and the Better Business Bureau. After reading enough reviews I think it’s safe to say this is the same lady causing all the problems at this location. If she hates her job so much she should work elsewhere as I was just trying to do my laundry. As a loyal customer who has been coming here for almost a year, I’ve never seen her before but I will not be returning to give this place any more of my money. She’s killing your business & if it isn’t already affecting your profit, it will. Absolutely hostile environment.

You have to have money loaded on a card to wash. The attendant assists with loading the card. The washers and dryers worked worked well and cleaned things well.

Kristal Stallworth rated it 1/5: I went to super laundry last night because my washer had issues and I walk in use my card to load money and the first issue I had to hunt the laundry attendent down to assist with that then shortly after that the attendant made a announcement asking if everyone can hear her Mj so I listened her delivery of the message was very loud and forceful like she was someone in position to give authority to customers she said I need u all to close all your washer and dryer because a lady busted her head open last week (reflection of last week snow storm wet floors) but okay I had no problem with the message but I did have a problem with the tone of her voice and attitude and she also was like let me put on my glove before every transaction ok I had no problem with that but where she was thinking she was protecting herself she using the same old plastic cheap black gloves being a carrier to everyone she came in contact with her method clearly is not working maybe super laundry can invest in sanitizer that would of been smarter also I did another transaction I had two dollars in quarters from the car wash so I asked her to put it on the card she say we don't take change I said since when she said since yesterday so I asked a customer and the customer politely addressed my need and then I go to the car. And smoke a cig come back my dryer that's was using was open I said wow now me and this attendant black young half blind petite dark skin girl is really serving the public see what she doesn't realize is she doesn't ok know whom she talking to when she throwing all these behaviors around one day she will understand very well and super laundry you need to be careful whom you let represent your company people come spend there money to temporarily people don't haft to utilize your facility and she also don't realize we pay her check she definitely needs to be fired and she working in a black and Spanish neighborhood I have alot of influence in this city and know alotof people we definitely can reroute people to laundromat that treat people with dignity and respect I also specialize in marketing and promotion so please customer if you don't want to deal with $12.00 unhappy workers take your business elsewhere a little drive is worth a piece of mind and respect

A rude and aggressive employee at 6pm on 12/5/22. Employee was on phone(personal cellphone) when I came up for help employee asume I didn’t speak English said a nasty comment about me. Then someone else open the slide doors and a family was walking inside to do laundry and the employee got mad and yell at them to get out and slammed the doors but didn’t say anything to walk round to the other doors. The family left with a disappointment and confusing face. To the owner please be careful of you hire because this not good the business.

The second time, all of the change machines were marked as down, and the counter staff was counting quarters out of a coffee can. I could see that they they were almost out, so I went to another laundromat. Tonight was my last attempt. I don’t have the gas money to keep retrieving my bills whenever I come here. The one star is because there isn’t a zero option. Bye, shi**y limits.

Don't go in late on a Saturday, it'll be packed. Good luck finding machines in close proximity. The service lady is very pleasant & helpful but that was the highlight of the experience. Make sure you have cash to purchase your card because the ATM fee costs $3.50 to use. It's at least clean though. Not sure about the bathrooms… I couldn't even.

I live right close in the neighborhood, but feel reluctant about going there because of the bad customer service I've experienced. There's this one worker in particular that I be hoping to avoid, like maybe she's off that day, or shift ending, etc.
I know this is extremely long Review, but this is how I truly feel.

I start getting my stuff together just so I can dry it on my balcony when I get home. When I have 5 pieces of clothing left, a lady comes over and says “you need to hurry up and get your things and get out.” I say, “I’m working on it”, and she says back to me “no I need you out now” I told her that was rude and she says it was not and walks away. I can excuse my laundry being wet when I took it home because the power isn’t in their control (although a refund would have been nice), but she was rude for no reason and prior to this, the attendant had told me to wait for the power to come back on. I wouldn’t have had written this review if I was treated as a guest in their establishment and not a trespasser

I said something to the worker and she watched me wash my clothes 3 times all together. I didn't $150 if not more and they didn't reimburse me anything. I wouldn't of had to pay a dime considering all the extra time I had to spend there and then the money for laundry detergent and fabric softener. I'm happy that eventually I was able to get the smell out but I will travel farther before doing my laundry there again.

Daminica King rated it 1/5: I have been going here for almost 8 years now and all of a sudden, regarding my last few washes, my clothes have been coming out the dryer smelling very stale. I can never tell if the smell is coming from the washers because of course the products I use in my wash may over power that smell I smell when the clothes are coming out of the dryer. Im sure they don't clean the inside of their washers because if I go to a machine that has not been used yet for the day, it always smells like rotten eggs and the staff always say "that's how it always smells before it's been used". I'm going to try another location, if this continues to happen then washland will lose another consistent customer.

Why?

Is it the washing machines which are always ready, unbroken and clean and sanitized after every customer, the clean rest rooms, efficient dryers? Superior Customer Service by Cassandra, the attendant?

It's all of the above. I have been to this location 3x. Never disappointed. In fact I've tried others in the area, they shall remain nameless, and the experience with them, in a word, was Dismal.

Not here.

There's a clear difference The sense of pride, knowledgeability of Cassandra, the attendant, of the machines entrusted to her and her enthusiasm makes for a Superior experience.

While in the Queen City, I will use no other for my laundry needs and I suggest that you compare and then come here.

Why I give this place 2 stars is that the employee was SLEEPING ON SHIFT in his chair behind the desk. I wanted to add money to my laundry card and had to wake him up to add the money. It seemed liked I was inconveniencing the staff employee to do his job.

When I went to dry my clothes, I noticed the area around the dryers was filthy! The staff employee should NOT be sleeping and should clean up the premises

Very nice attendant who has held me twice and he rarely sits still; I've already seen him clean the men and women's bathrooms, front windows and the floor!

Machines are efficient and allow pre-wash and extra rinse. Seating is available inside, and there is a TV and drink and snack vending machines.

***Just had to add: I'm still here and saw the attendant clean the front of the vending machines, the folding table surfaces, and the recycling receptacle lid. He tackles this job with gusto! (Wow! He just asked everyone if they needed a dryer sheet!) I'll be back!
A. Vonderhaar rated it 5/5: This is the only laundromat that is nice in Ciny! Has attendants on site. Immaculately clean, including bathrooms . Stocked vending machines. Everything worked and can still use coins! Many size machines and dryers dry fast. My bedding only took 12 mins.

You will always see someone cleaning the floors or the machines and the place is spotless. I feel confident to wash my clothes in clean and upgraded machines. And, I don’t have to worry about getting coins anymore because the machines also accept credit cards!

Stevie Torres rated it 3/5: I thought about how to honestly review this laundromat since my experience was subpar. I was in the area and gave this one a try. I am a frequent at the Amelia location so I figured this place would be just as good. Unfortunately it was not. They have a kids area but it has a few books and a kitchen with nothing to play with at the kitchen. I am assuming it’s for looks because it definitely isn’t functional. You have to use a key for the bathroom, inconvenient but I understand. My children ran over to me where I was loading the washer and management came out and said they can not run around. While I understand this I feel as if she could’ve been polite about it, rather than acting as if my kids were terrorizing this place. I used 2 of the 40lb washers. I came back later and noticed that one of them had not started after having paid and pushing the start button. The second time I checked the washers were completely off. That one area had lost power. The one barely had water in it and the other was soaked. I was told the washers would unlock after the water drained. The washer with my soaked clothes came unlocked but the the dry washer containing our blanket and towels would not come unlocked. The manager continued to tell me that they have problems with that washer and the door not locking or unlocking correctly. I am not sure why they would let people waste their time and money using it if it was not working properly in the first place. I moved my one load to two smaller washers and my clothes were getting stuck in the rubber seal around the washer. Meanwhile my towels and blankets are still locked in this other washer. Only help I got was saying that they have to wait for the power to return. I am glad these were not our clothes because the urgency to retrieve my things was next to negative. If there isn’t a way to unlock the washer then they need to get rid of that one. If I would’ve had the tools to remove the handle I would’ve. I am done washing and drying my one load and I go to leave. The manager says they will wash and dry my locked load. I proceed to my car and she comes to tell me the power is back on. I said okay I have to leave to get home it’s 3:20 my husband can pick them up at 5:15 after work but, that wasn’t enough time to wash one load and fold it. After the huge inconvenience I figured they would want to get my laundry to me immediately. We live 45 minutes away and went without our blankets and towels for a night which was okay. My husband picked them up the next day. I wish the situation was handled in a different way. Regardless I will not return to this laundromat. The Amelia location is much nicer, cleaner, and the staff is beyond helpful!
