Its well lit, great tvs, and great music. They have good security cameras too. It's open til 10pm. I have never had any problems here ever.

The small washing machine prices are a little overpriced $2.75 and I was charged a few dollars more when using the debit card option for the bigger Machine which is $5.25. if you use anything other then cold water your asked to put in an additional .25 for warm and. .50 for hot. Suggest getting change and using quarters to avoid the overcharge. Plenty of seats to wait and a few places to grab food while you wait. They also offer drop off laundry services

Stinky Egger rated it 4/5: If you are older like me, you probably think of laundromats as slightly scuzzy uncomfortable places. Not anymore! Laundry Lounge is quite modern. Many machines of different sizes. We've been several times and have never had a problem finding open machines to use. The machines all take either cards or coins.
BUT paying by card sucks on the dryers. You pay 25 cents for 7 minutes but you have to swipe ypur card and press a button for each 7 minutes of dryer time.

There is a vending machine with snacks, drinks and laundry essentials but no prices anywhere. I paid by card but still don't know how mich my softener sheets cost.

Employees are very nice and friendly! All on all, if you need to use a laundromat, you can't go wrong with Laundry Lounge.

When we called to ask about their services, they were extremely courteous and helpful in explaining our options which included weighing the clothes after they were dry to get a more accurate weight.

The washers and dryers are all efficient and I definitely think for the price it sure is a deal and they always take care and coins ! They even offer cups of soap or a few dryer sheets and even some snacks. If you’re into laundry mats this I’d definitely the one to check out.

We normally drop off our laundry and pick it up later which turns out to be less expensive than doing it there. I do agree with some previous reviews about the parking lot not being the best but that’s not a reflection on the laundromat itself.
The only cons I have is that there is one employee who tends to joke around a lot about not wanting to do the laundry and makes certain encounters awkward. If I’m dropping off my laundry, I want it to be a quick process. I don’t want to have to playfully argue with someone about doing my laundry and it tends to happen every time I go. He’ll look at my laundry bags and say, “I don’t wanna” or “Do I have to?” For this reason, I have avoided going on certain days hoping that I won’t have to have these awkward encounters. The other con is that there have been a couple of times where our laundry smells bad or feels slightly damp when we receive it. I’m not sure if this is because the staff is putting too big of a load in for a short amount of time or what but most of the time, it’s fully dry when we receive it. Overall, a good place to go to and a huge thank you to the staff for all they do and for their sense of urgency.

There’s also a long table at this location with electric outlets where you can plug in your device. Bring your cable & the plug though. You can use the app Dexterpay to pay with a card. This location has a sign that says Wednesday you can wash for $1. Overall clean. There’s an attendant here. Well lit & free easy parking. Has vending machines for drinks & laundry supplies. Has some video games. Has change machines to change larger bills & to get quarters.

The drop-off service has been a lifesaver and I’ve never had any problems with missing clothes or a delayed pick up. The staff is incredibly friendly and greets me by name when I walk in the door. I’ve recommended to my neighbors at my apartment complex to use their service instead of the laundry rooms at our complex. Even during the height of covid, the fine staff members here kept things running smoothly. I highly recommend them for any of your laundry needs!

This place has tables and chairs and a snack and drink machine…. I'd give this place a 5 star every time… They even have a drop off service. I definitely definitely recommend this place to the public … Thank you you for being so wonderful.

It is also equipped with stocked up vending machines, a few arcade games, & ATM. This is by far the nicest, friendliest, cleanest, stylist laundry mat I've ever been to, & I will definitely be coming back! The big washers are a bit expensive ($8-$8.50) but I guess I could understand the prices due to the atmosphere & new machines & they also offer dry cleaning, drop off's & $1 wash Wednesday's which is awesome, so next time I do a wash I'll be coming on a Wednesday! I forgot my laundry detergent to wash my 3 king size comforters but was able to purchase 67.5 ounces for only $5! Download the Dexter Pay app, it has a timer for the machines and you will not have to bring quarters. As a female, I felt safe as they have staff on-site.

Keep an eye out for their specials, I believe currently Tuesday's and Wednesday's have pretty good deals.

Lots of parking, friendly staff, and there's an app that you can pay on so you don't have to worry about having cash, getting quarters, etc.

We have a washer and dryer at home but life…….Recently our grandchildren came for a week creating pounds of towels, sheets, etc. What a blessing to drop all off and pick up in a day or so all folded and wrapped in plastic. The owners have a knack for hiring and training. Over the past few years, I have been 100% impressed with staff. The facility is clean and professionally managed. A pleasure to be a customer.

Unfortunately, since the owner bought the laundromat across the street and spent money to upgrade it (and therefore it is more expensive), this one has been neglected. Machines used to be repaired quickly but now about 1/2 of them have been out of order for many months with no signs of being fixed any time soon. The owner really needs to give this location as much attention as she does her new location.

Lost orders, late orders, (a shirt that took 10 days) rude service, ruined a shirt with a black mark on the back shoulder area, (Melted plastic of some kind) horrible ironing job,(pictured) price hikes, and in my case, the last two orders where they classified my shirts as cashmere, which it’s not. It’s the pictured shirt that is a blend of cotton, polyester and spandex. Of course that classification make the shirt nearly $7 each to clean. IMO, it seemed to be a money grab because that shirt had been cleaned there before. My new shirt has that black mark again but luckily it’s where the shirt is tucked in so it can’t be seen. These cloths are my uniform for work. I can no longer trust their service to the point where I have a spare set of uniforms to wear when the order isn’t completed on time. I’ve had to use them on many occasions this past year.
I will no longer go there. I’ve started going to a dry cleaners down the street at Centennial and Vindicator and they have been great. On time orders, good service, shirts that are actually ironed. Similar prices for actual service.

I read the reviews of 5 in the area & this one is on spot with their reviews. When you are traveling from out of state you want to know you are safe and the places are clean. Safety is a huge issue since Colorado doesn’t allow us to carry our weapons of equalization! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Now I'm pumping quarters into the dryer because you have to be out by 8pm so no I'm not happy. My stuff may not dry because you're washer did not spin dry it correctly. I use laundromat often. Again. Not happy. I heard other people saying the same thing.
