nick smith rated it 3/5: I would have given them a 4.5 star rating when we first started going about a year ago. Unfortunately it has been in the decline in recent visits. It is still very bright and clean, with a lot of machines. Now though, a couple things we really liked aren’t what they were. They have at least 4 large TVs, and less of them have been working or turned on with every trip. Last time, none were on. We also liked that they have modern machines that take credit/debit cards. Well, each trip less machines care readers work, the last two trips there hasn’t been an internet connection to use cards at all, or their ATM. We had to walk to the bank sexy door. Hopefully these issues will be fixed soon.

He always remembers your face and greets you upon arrival each time! He makes it his priority to keep the place clean and tidy all the time and that does not go unnoticed! My washer and dryer at home work, but I enjoy coming here to do my laundry because of the multiple loads at once thing! Prices are good! Machines are top notch! I can’t say enough good things about Chris! I do hope management at the regional or corporate level also recognize and compensate him handsomely for his work ethic!!

The place used to be clean when i first started going. But they lost a good employee and have had a hard time finding one that cleans the place up like he should. Or maybe they are also short staffed. It's still worth going. Its just not a clean as it used to be but not so bad that I dont want to go. There is usually plenty washers and dryers available and you can find clean ones.

The inside of the washing machines haven't been cleaned, meaning that old detergent is building up in the pans. The tops are sticky. The dryers don't work as they usually have an error code. Now they have started to offer drop off laundry services. The side effect of this is that a lot of dryers stand full and sitting. There aren't that many people here and almost no available dryers. I'm here on a Friday and all their in house tvs are playing the rolling Roku screen, not any content, even something that's free on the Roku channel. It's gotten dirtier and dirtier, especially around the edges of the machines. Finally, none of the arcade works. It's been sitting unplugged the entire time I've been coming. They keep adding machines but never making them available.

Now it’s always dirty, rude people working there. But, that’s not the worst part for me it’s the people who come wash there clothes there. They are folks who don’t know how to park or drive. They will hit your car while in the parking lot and just runoff and drive off. I was just in there last weekend and someone hit my car and took off. Same thing happened to someone else was washing his clothes the week before me. This place is unsafe for anyone with new car or car you don’t want scratches on. And some of the folks they are ready to fight when you say excuse me. I’m done going to this place until they get a security.

Rebekah Russell rated it 1/5: Sc wash and tan has not changed their light bulbs for their tanning beds and over a year they're now taking away the daily specials and I went tanning today and in one of the tanning beds there's been a paper towel in with the light bulbs when I brought it to the attention of the person who worked at the front desk she said oh yeah I know it's been like that for a year they don't care and she's like you still going to tan and then they want to take away the daily specials and don't even have good service. There are many megas are either out of service or there's one working or they have to have the light bulbs change so they're not working there's always a reason at one of the tanning locations that has to deal with s&c of why their beds don't work

They also offered a folding service on site.

Today i found roaches and bed bugs crawling out of the machine my clothes were washed in. one employee smooched them with a paper towel while the other berated me on how laundry mats work. he was admittedly drunk and could barely keep standing up straight. they offered me zero solutions and proceeded to operate the machine. no one sprayed or cleaned it they just let the next costumer load thier clothes in. i’m so disgusted. and not feel completely terrified to bring my clothes home.these are the employees in question

With being in the trucking industry we've been to our share of laundromats and this one is by far THE BEST IN THE U.S.! This place has more than enough super comfy seats not rock hard chairs! It's super clean, extremely spacious, & affordable! There are more than enough washers & dryers of various sizes including two 135lbs!! One of them was out of service but we only needed one and come to find out that even with the super amount of laundry we had due to changing from summer to winter wardrobes from storage it was too big lol! This place has it all…drinks, snacks, games, a little coloring table, lots of TV's all playing different stations ranging from cartoons to the news, and the best amenity is the MASSAGE CHAIRS!!!! Us truckers REALLY REALLY need massage chairs! They even offer drop off service! No one I know likes having to do laundry, especially in a laundromat, but I would, and will, come here any time we're in the Columbus area! It's so comfy & quiet! We were even able to squeeze the truck in the back lot & fit like a glove! Fantabulous job management! Keep up the amazing work!

Holly Warner rated it 5/5: I do my laundry here once a week, love the atmosphere, the music and the price of the wash plus you can’t beat free dry time, I especially love when Reggie is working, he is very kind and helpful with customers and makes sure we are safe, one day I was in there and there was a man hustling people for money and harrassing people and Reggie made him leave the premises right away, he looks after us, thank you Reggie, I’ve been coming a year now and at first it was very dirty but now it seems to be a lot cleaner in there, use to see roaches scurrying across the floor, haven’t seen that in a few month now so cudos to keeping it clean, safe and friendly 💛☮️❤️💯 I have to add to this, I was just in there and Reggie was working again, he bought me a banana pudding and I got all excited about it that I forgot to put laundry detergent in my wash, I use the sheets so I wouldn’t have been able to add without opening the machine which wasn’t an option, Reggie went and brought me some detergent to add to my wash, oh my goodness he made my day, thank you so much for your generosity today and everyday I’m in that establishment, you rock!!!!!

The outside of the machines have months worth of hair and gunk on them, I’m worried I’ll get my clothes filthy in the process of pulling them out of the machine. The inside where you put your detergent on the single large load washer they have has black mold growing inside. I can’t use a different machine because that’s the only one big enough for a large blanket. I have to sniff test each machine and struggle to find enough that don’t wreak to get all of my laundry done. Really disappointing because it’s hard to find a decent laundromat around here.

They smell pretty awful and people have destroyed the detergent drawers with stuff that doesn’t dissolve and the attendants just leave it there. Today I tried twelve different washers and they were so gross they should be destroyed. There are currently a half dozen dryers that are out of service. Y’all should be embarrassed to be in business.

Because this place has great customer service the location on Parsons a little unsettling but they have this laundry service where you can drop your laundry off get it done and come back and pick it up so I use this location for laundry service and I love it good customer service it's always clean and neat and they are so good with this laundry service you have to check it out. There are several ladies that work there and all three of them are wonderful. All you have to do is bring your laundry you do not have to provide detergent they charge you a fee per load which is great and it's a lot less than what I used to pay when I was doing my laundry but your laundry is folded and so need and clean and they call you when it's done it's a great service I don't know if I'll laundromat's all for it but they should if they don't.

It's not the facility as much as it's the neighborhood and people that hang out front of this place asking for your spare change. I did put a 5 dollar bill into the machine to load the card and it didn't credit it to the card. When I complained to the owner about this I was told I would be refunded the following morning because he wasn't in at the moment, yet he never contacted me to refund my money.
Magma Koala rated it 1/5: With it being 30 degrees out today I decided to walk to the Super Laundry which is only 10 minutes from my house instead of my usual laundry place Wash Ur Clothes which is another 20 minute walk away.
Yes I walk 20 mins out of my way to go to a much better place because last time I went a year or so back the only machine working cost $11, only took cash and their atm was broken.

This time I saw that their machines took cards. It wasn't explained to me that they took temporary cards until after I went to the attendant. The wasn't at the actual counter and instead reading a book. She seemed upset that I interrupted her reading time and explained about the temp cards and that the machine only took cash and then went back to her book without any further help, so I put all my laundry back in my bag and went to their competition 20 minutes away.

Will I try again another year from now? Lol no.
