Angel Ortiz rated it 5/5: This washateria is superior. The price is really good considering the last one over on Columbia & Fitzhugh by the Planet Fitness was over priced, not as clean, or organized. This is a great place to come if you need to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommend because the staff here are strict and make sure to keep things in check (restrooms). I will say all the dryers were taken and it is a very busy place, despite that, it’s a good place. The machines are also new-ish.

Came here on earlier morning even then there was 10-12 people already here. All the dryers are basically free . Few are reserved for people who just want to dry clothes. Lots of games and tv to occupy kids. Restrooms were clean . Coin machine is also available.

The facility had individual folding tables, clean floors, and an attendant. It was pretty busy for middle of the day. The parking lot was not inviting and traffic access was not easy (especially with current road construction) no bundle service, but there is a dry cleaner next door.

Had to ask one of the attendants for help. And she did so without an attitude. That really impressed me since she was working taking care of her other job duties. I could tell she was extremely busy. Dryers are free. Some were out of service. I could see how this would be a "con" in that column. Especially on a weekend or busy PM times. Also, they have two coin dispensers. One was down. Most of us do not bring enough quarters when going to any laundry mat. So, if they had run out of quarters, you'd have to walk down to the nearest 7-11 on Wycliffe Ave (that's if they would be courtesy to indulge you. Once again on a busy day, this could clearly be critical, unacceptable, and intolerable . … and Mike's Chicken is right next door! So you could get a bite to eat while you're waiting for your laundry to get through the washer or dryer. Other than those "cons" I like the business. Like I said they keep that place spotless and are so friendly!

The dryers don't work properly either. Also, they offer a wash service, which means they charge you to do your laundry. This doesn't leave much room for one to do their own laundry. Plus they know exactly which washers and dryers are working properly and which are not.

Came here a few times before while in town to do laundry and had an okay experience. We came last week to do laundry before closing and were out around 9 (it took longer because none of the dryers work so it took us substantially more time). This time, despite showing open till 9 pm on Google we arrived to find the door locked at 7:45. I knocked trying to get in and the woman cleaning, Ellie, attempted to just tell us to go. I finally got her to open the door and she was so angry. Come to find out she said she changed the hours and last wash was now 7:30 despite the door saying they closed at 9:30! No new sign or anything, just changing on the fly.

We ended up going to the Maple Wash down the street and are we happy we did. Not only were the washers & dryers CLEANER and WORKING the wash was also 50 cents cheaper per load at $3 instead of $3.50 at JR’s Busted Laundry.

Additionally, if you’re like me and don’t usually carry cash—Maple also had an ATM + a bill changer to break the $20 into $5’s + a change machine for coins. Much much much better experience.

They also almost run you over with the small carts while you're trying to do your laundry. Not the first time they're rude btw. Also I don't want to assume but I felt like they racially profile a lot of their customers.

Sometimes the dryers are broken and they won’t post an Out Of Order note and you end up with wet clothes after you’ve waited for it to dry, but other than that it’s been ok.
However, today I went in to wash two $5 dollar loads. I put all the clothes and detergent pods in, loaded the correct amount of quarters into each one, and pressed START on both. I walked away, and when I came back about 35 minutes later, one was clearly finished, and the other one never even started. It was still sitting there, dry, even after pressing the Start button. I explained what happened to an attendant, and she told me that she could only help me if there was an actual error, but not if I forgot to press Start. I absolutely did press Start on both machines, but one didn’t work. That is an error if you ask me! She refused to help. So I took one sorry loaf back home and dried the other. I was very upset about this situation, and I will not be coming back. I already live in Lakewood and make the drive all the way out to this laundromat, but I won’t be anymore.

I have been traveling all over the US and stop in to use laundromats about every week and a half in different states so I feel like I have a pretty good idea for comparison. There are a lot of washers and dryers available, the facility is clean, the pricing is amazing (2 loads in washer, 3 dryers used and cost me less than $10), they have restrooms and vending machines. Also their change machine is awesome. I ran out of quarters and only had a $20, the machine gave me back 2 $5 dollar bills and then $10 in quarters! Seriously I wish every laundromat could be like this one. Definitely recommend!

This laundromat is SUPER clean. Machines are plentiful & work. Keep the loads small when drying. Staff constantly cleans after customers finish. Carla is VERY helpful offering to carry bags to car or assist with your laundry needs. They also have laundry items (regular size) for sale. Perks…Massage chairs 1$ for five minutes, Prepackaged ice cream, Pop machines, snack machines & a currency exchange inside( never used that)

Negative: wouldn’t recommend for clothes alterations even though they do offer this as a regular service. I had a pair of nice jeans I needed hemmed. I called and asked if they offer that service and do it regularly. They said yes and yes. I have had several pairs of jeans hemmed at different places in Dallas over the years, and I figured this place would be fine too.

This was the wonkiest jean hem job I’ve seen. It was crooked, flipped upward, and puffy. I called and told them, and they were very nice and asked that I bring them in for a redo. They agreed it was not a good hem job. The lady said it was because the jeans have some spandex in them. I think every pair of jeans I have ever had hemmed has some spandex in them, though. Regardless, they said they could fix it.

Fast forward to returning to picking them up, and they were no longer wearable. I should have just taken them somewhere else that second time, but they were so nice and really wanted to fix them. However, I now have some very expensive jeans that cannot be worn. The hem is again crooked, now doesn’t look original, and they are WAY too short. I did phone the manager or whomever the man is that they put me in contact with, and he asked that I send him pictures of the jeans to his cell phone so that he could show the owner and they could reimburse me. I did do that, but it’s now been almost two months with no response or reimbursement.

What really got me was the wash and fold, over $60 for a small pile of wash and fold. When I got it home, one piece of fabric was totally ruined. The clothes smelled and I have to take them to get re-washed. I will never go back here. Beware.

MIKE/aMikey is the route manager and seems to think he can speak to anyone however he pleases. He called my phone speaking to me like I work for him or he owns me. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life dealing with a business. He said he doesn’t care about what he said to me and he won’t take accountability. That doesn’t surprise me considering he doesn’t remember what times he tells people things. I’ve tried to get delivery set up for weeks now but due to their lack of intelligence it isn’t working. We are all busy and I mapped out 2 hours of my time to wait for a phone call on a specific day to open the garage for them. They called me an hour AFTER that block of time expecting me to pick up the phone. Again, I’m busy and working so why would I be able to answer after I wasted two hours waiting for them to call. Fast forward to today I call and speak to the owner HELEN because they are obviously confused. She was actually rude to me the very first time I spoke to her (weeks ago) but seems she got smart the moment she realized we were good customer spending hundreds of dollars a week. If you need dry cleaning done/delivery/pickup just choose somewhere else. There are SO many better quality/customer service laundry places out there. And don’t choose to run/take on a family business if you don’t have the competence to do so.

Best part is the staff, all Latinas serving the drop-off business who are more than helpful navigating use of the self-serve machines. They have actually approached me when I had a puzzled look on my face to offer assistance. And they do this when they are super busy with their own work. With smiles!

Van Johnson rated it 5/5: I hadn't even noticed this place was here but I was at my usual laundromat which was a half hour late opening and another customer came by and saw that place was late opening and said I'll just go to the one a half mile west.
Oh my gosh what a difference!! The machines here are much newer and they get your clothes a lot cleaner. The entire facility is newer and cleaner.

The staff is farrrrrrr better. They are not burned out and dont hate their jobs.

OF COURSE a really *good* laundromat is going to be crowded at peak hours. Not sure why that surprises other reviewers. If you're a laundromat at peak hours and it's not crowded, that tells you the machines don't work well. Just go very early here if you want to avoid crowds.
