The card machines aren't working so you'll have to use cash. Dude who works here doesn't care, will not offer assistance and won't even know or care enough to tell you that the washer and dryer you're using might not be working correctly.

It's a laundromat, if you don't have hot water, is it really that unreasonable to put up a sign that says so? And it turns out the machine besides the one I used did have it… Cause another customer pointed it out to me as soon as the man who works there left.

Feel kinda bad for the other folks who have no other option but have to deal with this dude regularly.

Place was well kept, accepts credit cards, small load and big load machines (highest priced was $8.00 for 8 loads), laundry attendant on site, ATM, and a spacious parking lot. Found this place because our hotel didn’t offer laundry services and needed to be done. Went during the day and nice people around. Keep up the great work guys !

There is also a handy change machine that exchanges $1, 5, 10 and 20 for quarters (if you put in a $20 you will get $15 in 5s and $5 in quarters). There was plenty of parking when I went. Super easy and convenient experience, I will definitely return.

It has better quality machines (3.25 for a 28 minute load) Four reserved parking spots in front (the parking lot is usually packed) Below average driers (takes me an extra dry cycle/quarter here) and what could be a dangerous intersection when entering and leaving the parking lot. Fortunately, there's a spa, salon, bar, liquor store, and a couple restaurants in the same parking lot to visit while you wait.

Lynnette Southwood rated it 1/5: The worst laundromat I've ever been to. First of all, it cost the same to wash as it does to wash and dry at my preferred Denver laundromat. Second, I came here because the machines accept credit cards. Not all the machines except credit cards and every time I wanted to use a machine I had to swipe a different card because for some reason, the machine would not let me use the same card. When I called the number for assistance, I was told, "Can't you just use another card?" Some of us don't have 50 billion cards to use for your machines. Some of us don't want the inconvenience. If we swipe a card and the machine puts a $10 hold on the card, shouldn't the system use the $10 it's holding? That's not what happened consistently. The person that I talk to on the phone was zero help and I will not be back. I'll stick to the other laundromat that is 10 minutes down the street that is bigger and cheaper.

Claire Law rated it 5/5: SO incredibly grateful I found Lisa's Epic Laundromat. I live in my camper and visit laundromats often. Epic is by far the best one I have ever been to. Completely honest. I was greeted as soon as I was unloading my car at the front with a cart to bring my laundry in and Lisa showed me around as soon as I got inside. They have 3 different rows of washers depending on the size of your laundry and they take about 30 minutes. Sometimes at laundromats the washers have a smell but Epic's were extremely clean and had no odor. The countertops are super clean too for folding laundry. The small washers were only $2.50 per cycle. The dryers are only .25 cents and dry incredibly fast. It was only .50 cents to dry all my items. I am a photographer so I wanted to snap some photos to add to the review because I was so impressed with how clean it was, how kind Lisa and her crew were and how they have seating areas with free wifi to get any work done. I came early in the morning and the parking lot is extremely large so it would be big enough to fit a larger camper if you needed. This place is great and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their laundry done in the Denver area. Thanks again, Lisa!

The owner, Lisa, and the entire staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need- they are such a special team! My wife is disabled and is well taken care by this company. The personal touch is very much appreciated. The pickup person is kind and considerate. Usually I can find fault with a company but not with this one.

Three different sizes of washing machines to choose from, clean and updated equipment, ability to take cash or card, plenty of dryers. Washers were done in around 25 minutes with three different temperature options. The mid sized washer was $5.50 per load which was a bit on the expensive side. Dryers are $0.25 per eight minute low cycle, a bit less time if you pick higher temperatures.

Minus one star because the washers don't spin all that fast, and I've found my sheets and towels coming out damper than I would like. Not sure if this is a limitation of the equipment or a way to get more dryer revenue. Enjoyable place to do your laundry, with a few food options near by if you're bored.

However, several machines were out of order, the tiles on the floor were coming up and I stumbled over them several times, and the mat at the entryway was also badly curled creating a trip hazard. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming, and I have to deduct a mandatory star for not having a public restroom even for customers.

The machines are a little bit more expensive, but it’s well worth it for how clean and how many cycles it goes through to give your laundry a real clean and fresh scent. Customer service is A+ and the place is very sanitary and clean. Highly recommend! My main man Omar takes pride on his job and is very helpful! To go anywhere else is a mistake if you want clean clothes, done by clean machines that to not rip you off!!

I broke my laundry into smaller loads and the dryers failed to dry my clothes completely. The atm was out and they refuse to make othet coins into laundry.
I told them my pillows weren't dry and that they smelled like fish and they blamed it on the type of pillow.

I put them both at the same time which was nearly an hour and came back to the other one stopped likely for the entire time since the first time I put in an hour and after a few minutes showed 3 minutes .It did this to me twice and the first time I thought I made a mistake so I took a picture of the time differences when I put more money in it. Then the woman even after showing her proof through pictures argued with me about it when I legit have proof these machines steal money. DONT COME HERE it’s already overpriced.

The driers seem to have lost their heat. After one cycle, both driers were barely warmer than the ambient temperature outside. Don't waste your money, as it might actually be faster to just hang your clothes up to dry. Also, the sign on the wall claims that we get 10 minutes for each quarter, however it's only 8 minutes.

They have a restroom… Heads up: you might want to bring your own TP.

JN Proctor rated it 5/5: This is one of the best Laundromats in Colorado. The owner is the true definition of a "standup guy". I came to this laundromat in the freezing cold, after taking an Uber from the laundromat I'd just left, in a pinch to dry 20lbs of wet clothes and at exactly 9:59pm, when they're supposed to closed at 10pm. I explain to that owner the horrible situation that'd just happened to me at the laundromat I'd just left and that I'd just & I just needed to dry; not wash, my bag of wet clothes.
Not only was he understanding and sympathetic, he clamed my nerves by assuring me that it would absolutely be OK for me to dry my clothes. So I did, as I watched him keep up the cleanliness of his business with an end of day mopping session.

That being said, I went to Apsara Laundromat at 5795 E 63rd Place in Commerce City earlier in the night to wash my clothes & though admittedly I arrived at 8:30pm when they're suppose to close at 9pm, I'd been working all day and it was the only time I could make it so I'd have clean clothes for my second job the next day. With that time crunch, I frantically began my wash at 8:36pm.

However, in their Gestapo-esque, authoritative & illogical refusal, they'd turned off the washing machine for ten minutes while I tried logically explaining to them the math of the wash time cycle, as the washing machine had a wash time of 23 minutes, and my wash began at 8:36pm, which math dictates my wash would've been completed at 8:59pm. This was the only logic that made them turn the machine back on, but that ten minutes had much significance as I'd sadly ended up finishing my wash ten minutes after they were supposed to be closed, at 9:10pm.

With much remorse, I then asked the worker/manager for an extra 15 minutes to dry my clothes, as I would've used up to 6 dryers to make sure all my clothes dried within the allotted time, which would've made sure we were all depart by 9:30pm.

The worker/manager (not the owner) absolutely refused to let me dry my clothes, even though they were closing up and still had closing duties to complete, even after I'd pleaded & explain my tactic to use up to 6 drying machines.

As Gestapo-esque as possible, the "worker/manager" stood authoritatively stood behind me and made me pack all my wet clothes, packing in a laundry bag I'd just bought from them for $5 earlier. Butt the horrible part is that when it was all said and done, I was done pecking & they'd completed their closing duties, we all departed at 9:34pm!! It's interesting, as I could've had dried clothes by 9:34pm.

I'm saying this as an out-of-state occupant; new to Colorado, and one who despises its embedded pretentious facade. A facade claiming everyone to be "very nice" when in actuality it portends a major inconvenience in their attempt to please or be viewed as saintly.

My experience at Colorado Boulevard Laundromat was the antithesis of this facade. It was genuine human kindness, from a genuinely kind & intelligent being. For that, I've strayed from my norm and chosen to leave a business a review, deservedly rated at 5 stars!

Update to my previous five star review..

The driers seem to have lost their heat. After one cycle, both driers were barely warmer than the ambient temperature outside. Don't waste your money, as it might actually be faster to just hang your clothes up to dry. Also, the sign on the wall claims that we get 10 minutes for each quarter, however it's only 8 minutes.
Caring Hands rated it 1/5: Edit: You've got to be kidding me. The driers have again been turned down and the time reduced. The sign on the wall clearly says 25 cents for 10 minutes. You get 8 with (new) luke warm driers that now take forever to dry. What a scam! Find somewhere else to do laundry.
This might be the best coin laundry option in Denver! 9 quarters for a double load wash, 14 & 17 for a triple or maxi. There are a dozen huge and nearly brand new dryers in the back. Very impressive quality. Parking out front and along the side is adequate, and the 20 large potted plants are working hard to clean up Denver's air quality. The bathroom could use an upgrade and seating choices are very limited, but I'm guessing this is to encourage people to find somewhere else to chill.

There was a young lady working and a man as well and they were both so nice especially the man, he went out of his way to help us and make sure we were okay ! Will be coming here often and I definitely recommend!
Jeff Gallup rated it 2/5: Clean and air-conditioned, but out of the 14 small washing machines, only 4 work, forcing you to spend more $$ on the commercial machines. Either they don’t care about maintenance or they just want to rip off the homeless folks using their service.
J Higgins rated it 1/5: This place has HORRIBLE service and cheap machines. Also about 5p they started telling some people they were closed when clearly the sign in front says last call at 630p. My clothes didn't wash right. In fact, i broke out in hives most likely from the clothes not being properly washed. When my clothes were still damp I was going to add more time (at about 6:05p) and was told no that I couldn't because of last load policy. I would for sure pass this place by if you can go somewhere else.

Although it was only one temp wash of cold (at least its saving on the environment) It was safe for me to leave my clothes, run errands and come back. And the dryers worked great, that was also cheaper than what I thought it would be. I did one load and spent about $5…cheaper than a lunch date 🥲

The different size washers and dryers let you alternate how much laundry you care to do. It makes it easy to plan how you want to handle your clothes on a given week.

Claudia rated it 2/5: I came to this place on a recommendation that it was clean, and a nice place to do a quick load–I had only one load today to do…I read several reviews for this business before entering my own, because I wanted to make sure I was not simply being callous. I am not, and this place deserves a 2 star from me…Overpriced! Comforters are $11 for cold wash, large machines are a whopping $8.50 for cold, $9.00 for hot…and the dryers ARE only 4 minutes per quarter…(not 8 min. like one reviewer claimed.) NOT CLEAN!! As far as being clean beyond reproach—I took my photos on a Tues. afternoon with only 3 other people using the place. The clerk was too busy playing on his cell phone to bother emptying the trash or sweeping/vacuuming the entrance rug. Place was definitely NOT spotless clean–dust bunnies all over. Front parking lot is trashed. LAUNDRY SOAP and SUPPLIES: Little bottles were priced at $3.50 each…(costs $1 at the Dollar Tree), and he was not even nice enough to tell me that "hey, we have a dispenser in the back of the place that offers a single load Tide, etc. for only a dollar…" Customer service not the best, unless he knows you. I cannot comment on other factors…just what I experienced today, but I will NOT be back. Too overpriced for an elderly customer on a tight budget. (And by that I mean that I only pay $7.00 for a large load machine of equal capacity, I pay a quarter for a full 8 minutes for drying time, and that same little bottle of detergent is only $2 at my regular laundry mat.
