First time here, so I thought I could reopen it and then close it and it would be good to go. No. It was not the right thing to do apparently. Luckily the nice lady with red hair working tonight helped me with the issue.

Right before this happened one the clothing carts rolled as I was loading it and gave my car a nice scratch. Be mindful when loading into their carts that the side walk is slanted and the wheels on the carts will continue to roll.

Only came here as it was open 24 hours. It's out of my way to come here but I do appreciate that they stay open the whole day. Decent place.

Edit: Be careful of parking for some reason everyone thinks because the carts have plastic covering over them it means it wont scuff other people's cars. Never coming here again. Rather wake up early and stay on my side of town.

I took my dry clean in and asked for the price, usually all dry cleaners give you the price right away, the lady that worked there said “oh I haven’t put them in the system yet”. I didn’t think much of it sense I always get my clothes dry cleaned and I have an idea of how much it is. They charged me $10.99 for each shirt because “it’s not 100% cotton” and about the same for my dress pants. I communicated to the lady the worked there that this is an outrageous price for such service, and my experience using other dry cleaners that it’s much less than this. I also explained that I asked for the price when I dropped them off and had I knew the price I would’ve not used their service. She offer a 20% off and said that’s all she can do. Although I appreciate the discount, and I understand it’s not her fault. I still felt uncomfortable paying that much for a dry clean. I called the “headquarters” which in itself was a bad experience, they eventually gave me that locations manager’s number who never answered or returned my calls. As of right now I am considering all possible routes to resolve this matter, I am in the process of submitting a complaint to the BBB, and will keep exploring other avenues.

Being open 24 hours- this location gets quite busy but if you can come during a quiet moment it’s chilled out and easy to get in and out. They offer three different types of carts to use while onsite as well as three different sizes of washers to fill whatever laundry needs you have. They also do fun promotions at times which I have never seen a laundromat do. Overall, I recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to fulfill their laundry needs.

However, today (9/9/22) some one stole my towels right out of my basket after I folded them and went to get another load from the dryer. How could they how low can people be! Really! I guess they really needed them. First time this happened to me.

There are a bunch of smaller 1-2 load washing machines for $3.50/load, my 8×10 thin rugs fit the next size up for $4.50/load. If you need a bigger machine there are only a few, price is higher, and they could already be in use when you get there. Dryers lined the back walls and the time per $0.25 is not posted, so a bit of a guess. There is a machine to get quarters, and I think I saw an ATM too. -1 star because the laundromat's website was not particularly helpful in determining what amenities were available, or what an estimated cost would be per load. I wish more laundromats made it easier to estimate costs in advance, especially when so many rely on cash/quarters!
Olga Chavez rated it 1/5: I've been visiting this place for a long time, I usually like to wash my clothes there but today I had an experience with a lady from the service that ruined the good concept I had of this place, so I was waiting with the cart to remove the clothes from the dryer and she passed by and picked up the carts, something they often do to maintain order, I turn to her and ask her to please "stop my cart, I explain that I am occupying it at that moment" I never expected her rude response, she said I am picking up and besides the carts are not yours, they belong to the company, then I return to want to justify her answer at no time with the intention of apologizing and I asked her many times to leave, I did not want to talk to her anymore because she was very upset with her bad attitude, finally left and a few minutes later he came back whispering things about me and said that he "didn't understand my English". Too rude and offensive for my liking, you have a very nice place but with people who treat your customers like that it is useless

Jennifer's customer service is wonderful, she always offers me popcorn and remembers me by name. Anyway, today I was staying at my parents place for a few days and they live near Tidwell so I went to do a load of laundry and I was surprised and delighted to see Jennifer there. There was also another employee there, Jennifer said his name was Andrew, they did such an excellent job of taking care of me and other customers. The laundry room was clean. A few washers were down and the watering one of my machines was coming out really slow a but Jen explained that the pressure was low and that they could offer a free dry for the inconvenience. I hope you all keep her around she is such a sweet lady. Overall I love all your laundry sites, you all really do such a wonderful job of making our (the customers) experience a great one. Thanks Jen!

honey hernandez rated it 3/5: The place does not have ac anymore, they're using big fans that are loud and dusty. But it , isnt super packed, modern and decent customer service. No more free popcorn, they don't bother making it anymore. A cool kids corner to keep the little ones busy. You have to get a card, it works like a metro card, to use the machines (its free). The vending machines take cash too though. When you register for your card, it comes with these perks like you get texts when your laundry is done and if you lose your card, they can cancel it for you. It looks small on the outsids but the building is deep so plenty of washers and dryers BUT a quarter of them don't work. There are restrooms that aren't too bad. I've updated this review a few times as this is my usual spot only because the other laundry mats are much more ghetto and don't get my laundry as fast as here does.

Both of the workers there had their kids there I believe or if it wasn’t her kids they look like they were babysitting because they were holding babies and I was wondering if it was a daycare or if it was a Washateria. The whole entire Washateria was a mess and It’s weird how it’s known as the cleanest Washateria but when I went there it was a mess and I’ve been going here for a long time and the other workers have been on there job but these two ladies werent. Yesterday I returned back to maybe see if it was better and it wasn’t the girl with the face tattoo and black hair that works there was making a scene in the Washateria about her boyfriend, she brought her boyfriend behind the counter and we’ve had a customer wait on her for at least 30 minutes trying to buy something or needed help. So if you want to sit at the counter waiting for help then be my guest and come here but I won’t be returning.

The ones that do work, require you to play with the handle to get the DL2 error to disappear.

There's literally whole banks of washers out of order There's giant holes in the floor. The vending machine hasn't been fixed since my last visit. Don't even know how this place still has more than 4 stars.

Save yourself the trouble and go the one 10 minutes north on 45.

Normally when I do go its between the hrs of 1-30am -300am thinking it wouldn't be busy, which is further from the truth. It is busy but the facility is clean and there plenty of washers to choose from. Also they do have vending machines with snacks in them and a lil lounge area with free WiFi. This is a App based payment system that require a smartphone to use. The machines here ARE a lil bit faster than some of the other Washateria, making the overall experience speedy. The app system is easy once you get it started.

What I do have to say is there is wayyyy to many people hanging out in there that are not washing clothing! Some of which add clothing to dryers and leave them there to say they are customers when they are there really just to rest on a couch,or enjoy the free wifi.

The man who is in charge can be very rude at times, and it is off-putting to me as a customer. I recommend that he be patient with people who are new and may not understand all of the rules. I don’t prefer this laundromat but it’s close by and the machines get my clothes clean so it is what it is.

Cons: dryers are for wash customers only, limited parking, limited hours.

Still, pros outweigh the cons. 100% would recommend.

It’s more expensive than some other places in the area but 100% worth it IMO. You get what you pay for. I love it here so much I literally want to study here. I just wish they had extended hours because I prefer coming here than my own building’s cheaper laundry area.

And coffee shop next door is brilliant. So you and sip and wait and enjoy your experience while waiting for the laundry to be done!!

LloydD45 M rated it 5/5: Excellent. My dryer started making noise, I was reluctant to use until I get it checked, so I went to a laundromat for the first time in over 40 years. Some things pretty much the same, but equipment at this place was much better than the old days, plus due to price escalation over 40 years I couldn't have carried enough quarters to pay for the washers. Naturally in this modern age, there is an app, which I did not have. Not to worry, the extremely helpful attendant took my folding cash, used his app to pay for the washers, and showed me how to use the machines (which are first rate). The dryers much less expensive, and I had enough quarters for them. Place was very clean, attendant extremely helpful. Caveat: I went on a sunday morning, it was a bit crowded, which I guess should have been no surprise. If I had wanted to use a small washer, I would have have to wait, but I had enough stuff to justify using a larger washer. There were dryers available the whole time. I suspect weekdays are less crowded. No problem having a place to park. Place was very tidy, and with the exception of two dryers all equipment appeared to be in working order. Had the feeling most folks there were regulars. Plenty of folding tables and rolling clothes baskets. If I can't get my dryer back in order soon, I would readily go back to this place.

They are the best in all areas – knowledge, expertise, professionalism, courtesy – always meet and exceed my expectations. I've referred friends that had stains on clothing other dry cleaners wouldn't touch (or in many cases made worse). Twin Oaks experts got the stains out without damaging the beloved garment. ashia hightower rated it 2/5: I got my comforter recently laundered and on drop off I confirmed the price as one of the reviews said to do. I was told $54. They said it’ll be done in 1 week. I realized it was already pricy but I went with it. The next day they texted me saying it ready which was great! However, when I picked it up not only did they lose/throw away the bag I brought it in (my comforter bag that I use for storage) but attempted to charge me $100 instead. I will not be returning but they did do a nice job with the laundering and it was fast.

All prices are clearly stated. You can load your laundry card with cash or your debit card 🙂. Also they sell reusable, and durable laundry sacks for less than $10 a piece. They are large and can hold over 5 loads of clothes.

I highly recommend this facility! Heads up: They do not sell laundry detergent.
