When I moved from the far south side I had to find something closer and stumbled onto a dry cleaner on W.Washington St near 465. From the very beginning I knew I had the right place. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and seemed to understand my concerns.
The lady I dealt with when I picked my shirt up was also very friendly. I think I found a home for my dry cleaning needs. They even do home pickup and delivery. Hard to find great places like this anymore.

I walked in and the person in the store showed me how to use the kiosk, which is very easy to use and it really appeals to me that it drop off and pick up are available 24/7 (I think) using the kiosk. Also, I love how clear they are about expected pick up times (there is a poster that says when it will be available based on when you drop off). My suit was ready to pick up early on the promised day. Looking forward to using them in the future!

I ended up getting four pieces of clothing washed and pressed. The tie was my grandfathers so I wasn’t expecting any miracles because it was old and worn but some of the original color and shine to the tie has returned. The suit that I took in and the shirt where to my satisfaction as they where very clean looking. I work strange hours of the day so the kind woman at the counter informed me of the automated laundry pickup system. She patiently took the time to answer all my questions and if she wasn’t sure she then just simply asked the owner in the back . The experience was new but not uncomfortable. The service was excellent as well as how quickly I received my clothes back and the level of professionalism you can feel when you walk in the door. I will most definitely be returning but also I am going to recommend this place to friends and family for there needs.

Only issue with that is the small stain we asked to be treated, which was some good dropped and should easily have come out because I later got it out with water only myself, was still there at pickup. Because it was after hours pickup there was no one to bring this up to. Otherwise happy and will use again.

One shirt is 3.75 when I’m used to paying 3.00 pants cost 12 when I used to pay 7 and I took 17 pieces in 14 shirts and 3 pants. No text or email when complete as promised. No smile, no greet and service was slow. Took 15 mins to take care of one person in front of me. I received an email for 15% off because I was a first time customer but I want to try to find a better service first that fits me better before I go back to that place. Location is perfect because it’s 4 mins from my place but I didn’t like my experience. Seems more fitting for a commercial company or something I don’t feel like my money was respected. I was forced to use a card only and didn’t know in advance lucky I had not left my phone in the car and could use Apple Pay but I’d rather pay cash for dry cleaning.

I thought let me clean it before winter. when is picked my Jack1t up a zipper was broken an the finish was scratched on every zipper down to the metal and the cleaner said that they would give a short credit. to do what ruin another item. and they said it was wear and tear that's why it looks like that. I'm going to sue them my Jack1t is 350. dollars and it looks like I got it from good will now

I keep trying to give them another chance but every time they screw up something. Today was the last straw as they have completely lost a new $90 Calvin Klein dress and tried to tell me they gave it back to me even though it was just one of my other dresses I had brought it (they of course had everything wrong in the system). I always want a paper print out of the items and they refuse to give me one and say it will go on your account (which has never worked and says the number does not exist with them even though they have our credit card saved and automatically charge when clothes are picked up). They are extremely over priced and they always are missing items or give us the wrong ones like a pair of dress pants that were needed for a wedding. Even though I am in walking distance to this place I will not use them again. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is clean and has a lot of amenities. The furniture is a bit shabby, but hey, it's a laundromat. There are places to sit and little tables to work on things or have a snack. I've never had trouble finding available machines, even on weekends. They've got a plenty of carts, a little shop, an attendant booth (I think they offer wash and fold service, but I haven't looked into that), some video games, vending machines, an ATM, and a pool table. It's very spacious so everyone has got breathing room and kids can run around without creating too much trouble. Seems like broken machines get fixed pretty quickly.

I haven't been to one of these in years so I had no idea how much the prices had gone up, but at least here there washers are big enough to get it all done at once. 9 load washers for 10 bucks on a Saturday is a great deal if u ask me!

It is open and spacey, low in price and I love their big 90 lbs washers for when im in a hurry a need all of my laundry done now lol. It is a very clean and welcoming laundry mat. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. Theirs also a drop off service ready same day if dropped off by 12 and next day after 12. Really clean place, TVs with with shows for everyone, nice music.

The washers and dryer work really well and it's not as expensive as other places for the amount of caring, cleanness, etc. I highly recommend this place if you have to do laundry. No one judges anyone and everyone is helpful around here!

The only downside is that there is not a lot of spaces where you can fold laundry.

Christine Edwards rated it 2/5: While the machines are new this is the only good thing about this laundromat. They don't have AC and nearly never trun on the fans. Heatstroke waiting to happen. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 7 years in this laundromat . The new owners are not good to their customers I'm really wanted enough change so that I could finish washing my laundry. $1.75. The female owner gave me a very serious problem about obtaining this amount of money. I do not like being hassled. I don't know any customers it would. Because customer service. Even though most of the washers are new many of the dryers are still not new. So you must be careful in some of the older machines otherwise your clothes can be ruined and it would be your fault it will not accommodate you. I strongly suggest that you find someplace else to go to do your laundry. I have five other laundromats that I will be able to choose from just fine I don't need this one.
