I believe they only take credit cards (call and ask on this I think that's what they told me) but that's literally why I went because I have no cash lately. They did not disapoint. The machines are brand new, easy to use, and the dryers are super affordable. The washers are a bit expensive maybe but they make up for it with cheap drying price! Have snack machines and coffee and restroom for customers. Also a convenience store across the street if you want other snack choices. Not too crowded and it's air conditioned/well temperatured. You use a refillable card that the minimum is 10 dollars but that is easily used in one visit and I usually pay about the same or more at other places. 3 sizes of washers and 2 sizes dryer, 35 cents for smaller. 75 for larger for ten min dry. Washer is 4.50 for average size (all I used in my first visit so I don't know the price for others). Ample parking for those with cars. Fantastic, I'm going to keep coming here even though it's a 20 minute walk. So glad I didn't have cash otherwise I'd never have found this lovely laundromat!💙

David Sanchez rated it 4/5: I came here since my local laundromat after about a year going there doesn’t have parking and the washers and dryers don’t work as great and break down constantly. I believe weekdays the prices are; small washer $2.50 medium washer $4 and big washer is $7. A bit pricey for the big washer. I believe on weekends the price goes up for all washers by 50 cents. The dryers give you 10mins; 35 cents for regular dryer and big dryer 75 cents. The good thing is that it’s in a great location, new washer and dryers except the small machines, parking, and it’s coin less. The laundromat is clean. You can tell they do take care of the facility inside and out. Overall good experience coming here. Just wish the price for the big washer machine wasn’t so expensive. You would expect the big washer to be $6-$7 but I guess that’s the price you pay for what I stated above.

Please be aware that few people who come here tend to keep there cloths in driers and this causes shortage of driers in peak hours. Manager of this place will not always take out the cloths from drier even if they are done.

Jay Paquette rated it 1/5: Decent facility with bad management. Washers and dryers work fine but their card vending machine is a disaster and DOES NOT WORK properly. Practically every customer has to struggle to get the machine to read their card. This is just a needless frustration. When this is pointed out to the asshats who work there, they are full of excuses as to why the cards cannot be read "you are not doing it right", "your card is smudged" and any BS excuse they can think of, The truth is they are just too cheap to fix the problem and do not care about their customers. I was told that if I didn't like it to not go there, and I never will again. If you appreciate good customer service, you won't either.

The owners are like family very nice people. Always great you with a smile. I was standing by the store a block away and the mother and father were at a red light and they were waving at me saying hello. Community is everything to me. The place is always clean and they place a clean towel on the last machine for you to use in case you spill your detergent. I never see anyone use them trust me I do to wipe my bottle clean and anything I spill on top of the machine.

They have an in house cafe and plenty of seats for customers. Staff is very helpful and there's plenty of parking. This was my first visit. So let's see how my other visits will fare.

What I love most is the kiddie area. They have a bookshelf and little table set. Should add some crayons and coloring books.

Only other thing I would suggest is to lock the door that leads to the mechanics of the washers. A child could easily go in there if parents aren't paying attention. My 14 year old pointed that out.
Otherwise this place is dope AF. Hope it stays this way!

I love how there's so many sizes for the washer and dryers. The prices are very reasonable. I have no complaints about this place. The workers are always friendly and helpful towards me and other customers. I also love the space where kids can read books or play in a corner where they won't be in the way of other people and won't have to worry about them running into carts and people. Another great thing about this place is they have so many folding tables so you have your own space to fold and so many chairs to relax on. I'm loving it. ❤️

This has been my third time IN A ROW where I would come in, do laundry, and see that my dryer was stalled because the filter needs to be cleaned. I lose an extra hour of my time because I wait for the dryer to be done only to realize it’s been stalled. And like I said this has been the third time it has happened to me, the third time I have to ask the employees about this issue because my machine is stalled. I literally have never experienced this anywhere else. So unfortunately, even though this is the closest laundromat near me, I would rather go somewhere else than continue dealing with this!!

This woman employee they have (short, fluffy, white hair and rude face) who washes and folds clothes is SOO rude. That whole place was jammed packed with their own in house team and I some how managed to find a place to fold my laundry. She bangs the table and asked me to leave so she can fold the laundry? I mean like what?? WHAT??? What she did was so unbelievable. I was like what? She was so upset like I took away her property.

I waited over 20 min just to be told that although the clothes in the machine were done they could not take them out, that after looking for the laundry attendant for over 10 min, who was locked in a room doing God knows what. Not to mention the nasty attitude she always has. It’s upsetting that after loading my laundry card I had to take my clothes to wash them elsewhere. The lack of customer service in this place is unbelievable. If you are gonna raise your prices then improve your customer service as well.

They even have an app so you don't have to worry about losing your card as the machines don't take coins you can just use your phone to tap the strip and start your machines very convenient.

Sometimes they never arrive (like tonight) and you’re left to constantly contact the laundromat with no answer. Left calling the other locations to reach out and have someone at my local location to answer the phone. The ladies do not understand me. A simple phone call/text explaining the driver could not make it at scheduled timeframe and provide another time would suffice. Like a proper buisness. Service is a hit or miss. Expect to find 5-10 items of other people clothing in your laundry. (Mainly socks and/or kids clothes) Really just a hit or miss with these people.
UPDATE: Owner reached out shortly after this review was posted and extended apologies also provided next day early morning delivery which I appreciated.
L N rated it 2/5: Usually it's great there but tonight it closed much earlier than it was supposed to. All of my husband's clothes and mine are now locked in the facility. He has no clothes for work early in the morning. This is really unacceptable. Now I have to get there at 6am and put it in the dryer again to get wrinkles out and then bring it home. Your staff needs to pay attention to the hours and have a little courtesy and stop being in such a rush.

I have lived in the NYC area for 15 years and I have yet-to-find a wash-and-fold as efficient and fairly-priced. Honestly, they should charge me more for the fantastic quality of SAME-DAY service they magically provide. It also doesn’t hurt that two very handsome men run the place…

If you happen to need their self-service, I can also speak to the quality of that experience. I will occasionally prefer to wash some of my delicates and linens myself and they offer an unheard of experience in person as well:
1) the change machine is never out of quarters
2) the bathroom is in-order, ALWAYS perfectly cleaned, and smells fantastic! I don’t know how they achieve this one.
3) the ladies who operate the front of house are always so cheerful and singing while they fold and are never rude when you need to interrupt to ask them a question.

Not only do they care about their customers, you can tell the staff really care about their place of business and the people they work with; it is not uncommon to see a peek of a birthday party or baby shower celebration in the back break-room.

Overall? This is the best place for any of your laundry needs; I have worked in the fashion industry for many years and know the value of exquisite care for clothing— trust me, you can trust Senor Bubbles!

CHASITY FIGUEROA rated it 1/5: I used this pick up/drop off service and thought I finally had a solution to my laundry problems. Until every time I got my clothes back my whites were stained. Then I had to send it back and wait longer to receive it while they dry cleaned it. It never failed, happened each time. Then the icing on the cake for me was when nobody there told me they “cancelled” or “forgot” to drop my laundry off at the scheduled time we agreed upon. The driver was not helpful at all, giving me short responses like “I don’t know why it was cancelled” and “I don’t know if it’s ready”…I was so frustrated, I went and picked up the clothes myself (despite me tipping ahead of time each time for the service). Ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to worry about receiving clothes back with stains that it didn’t have when I sent it off, and I shouldn’t have to worry about being “forgotten about” or “cancelled on” for no good reason. Thought this would be a long time relationship but I will never use this service again. I’ll find some place better.

The real problem I have is the rude customers that come in and take up all the jumbo dryers with little clothes in it while they're not even in the laundromat, forcing me to use the smaller dryers that don't really dry your clothes. Can't really another place to wash clothes because this is the closest one to my house. As far as having the employees wash my clothes, I personally don't trust anyone to wash my clothes but me, excellent service or not.

Crystal Johnson rated it 1/5: I used to love having my clothes laundered here, but I don’t know if they are under new management or have new employees. My recent batch of clothes were horribly done. It’s called a wash and fold, not wash and roll. Half my clothing were rolled and thrown in the bag and wrinkled or not even folded at all, just tussled up and put in there. Very disappointed, as I always held this place in high regard. Will never use again. Waste of time and money to have to refold and iron clothes that could’ve been folded correctly the first time. For the sheets, it’s like they didn’t even try. I had a large order and none of my socks were returned. They just forgot all our socks. This is unacceptable and a bit off putting to pay all this money and missing so many items and horrible service.
Tatiana Stewart rated it 1/5: Embarrassing to say at the least…I've been a customer of this laundry service since 2016..it is now 2022 and I can simply say their customer services has gone down hill. Unprofessional when it comes to simple communication. They say we have to order a day in advance for same day pick and delivery in which I have done but they do not pick up nor deliver especially within their grace period. I recommend them to people close to me and I can say that I completely regret they've cancelled their time frame pick up without contacting (typical) nonetheless I expected more especially people of my Ethnicity..luckily I had backup and was able to get my laundry picked up by another trusting service if you want to take the risk with this company just know you have been notified to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER BUSINESS

But today I place the order for pickup at 11am I took the laundry out and texted to ask what time is delivery but no one responded. Decided to check outside at 8pm but they did not even pickup my laundry Very upsetting.
Ruth Lema rated it 1/5: Believe all the reviews that say the new management is garbage. I used to have my laundry done here in 2019 and I was always pleased with the service. I recently started using the service again, unaware that the company is under new management. The customer service is horrible, you can’t even reach them by phone anymore. They are always late, they never give you order updates when they are late and they don’t process payments on time. Don’t bother trying to get in touch with anyone, all you get is an answering machine. The drivers are also rude and unhelpful, and the laundry is too expensive to justify such terrible service. New customers beware.

They are both very kind, professional, and friendly warm people. The washing and dryer machines are new, as the laundromat was recently remodeled. Their wash and fold services is great and very convenient for those individuals with a busy schedule. I drop off my clothes in the morning and pick up by the afternoon. My clothes is always so clean and it smells delicious. I am a nurse and during the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic, I was working long hours and their service alleviated a lot of the stress due to my busy schedule. They remained opened through the pandemic to provide services to people like myself. The real front line workers! Its not much chairs there to sit and wait your laundry but even you will sit you cant brief , worst of situation they dont have AC at all. It's incredible hot in all summer , its only 2 fans working to chill staff . But not as chilling all place around . No air basically to brief while you trying fold your laundry .
