The only down side is when it gets busy, people create their own parking spots, which might so happen to be behind your car. Other than that, it’s a great establishment

I knew they were good because my family had used their drop-off service for my grandmother for years & they were always fantastic. It is more expensive than the apartment laundry room, but the cycles run in 1/2 the time, & it's nice to be in & out. The ladies who work there are nice & helpful & I like the different sizes of machines for different sized loads.

The girls that work there are very helpful,the place is always clean. They have a pay by card system which is easy to understand and operate. You simply load a card up and use it from machine to machine.. dryers are very good,I will put a big load into the dryer for 30mins and it's spot on every time. Slam the card in 3-4 times in order to get your desired time

I enjoyed playing with the coin pusher arcade they have inside. Mary Ann and Kelly were busy doing their job yet managed to welcome every person that went inside!!! Great experience in customer service in Kentucky. Other close by businesses should use these two ladies as an example of Excellent Customer Service!!

They were barely even warm. If you go here, I would definitely snag a known good dryer if you can. One you've seen run and can feel the heat on it.

The last wash is at 7:30p unlike some others and the staff here are not friendly or helpful especially to new comers. It was clear that they were friendly with some of the regulars but as a new person I had to figure things out and hope I don’t get yelled at for putting the wrong things in certain washers. Also some washers are more popular so you may be there even longer depending on availability. The prices are about average and the machines are fast. Also a convenient location.

I thought it was kinda weird that the smaller washing machines are closest to the big dryers and the big washing machines are closest to the small dryers. My clothes were clean and dry when I left and I liked being able to fold my sheets at the table. I was surprised that it cost me about $8 to do 1 load of wash and then dry especially since I don't dry half of what was in that load.
Leilha Longchamps rated it 1/5: It was such a great laundromat but with this new white lady all she do is lay down on the table and when you ask her to help with a machine that isn’t working because it didn’t wash my clothes and all the soap stayed in the machine she said there’s nothing she can do I have to pay another machine to wash them but when I first put the clothes in I told her I didn’t see the water taking the soap she told me it would and just to let it finish but now it’s finish she telling me oh the clothes are wet I’m like ok they are wet but they didn’t wash because the soap and the fabric softener stayed there, she had the nerve to tell me I probably put the soap after it started washing I was like no I didn’t because I’m washing 4 big machines and this is the only one acting up she stayed arguing with me saying I didn’t do it right, mind you this is not my first time doing laundry there I’ve been doing it for 2 years and never had an issue, she not helping anybody but having friends and the little room talking and laying down on the tables not cleaning anything. I walked in clearly a little overwhelmed and flustered and someone immediately came to help me figure out which machines I should use for the loads that I had, and even gave me some samples of detergent so I didn't have to buy a bunch and waste my quarters. I used the wifi to work in the afternoon while I waited for my laundry. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, there's no doubt I'll be returning, and I might check out their wash and fold service as well. It was a little hot because no AC (tons of fans though, it really wasn't bad at all) so if you are sensitive to that that's something to be aware of.

They also have many machines for customers to do their own. The employees have always been very nice and accommodating, and I would highly recommend this place if you are in the need of a laundromat.

I have taken my comforters there for a year but then I had my mudroom remodeled and did not have access to my washer at home so I took my weekly laundry to them. Not only are they incredibly reasonable ($1.50 a lb) but they are meticulous in getting everything clean and their folding is impeccable. Their folding skills put my own skills to shame. Everything was so neat and squared and even color coordinated. I feel so spoiled! The people who work there could not be nicer, either! They will do anything you ask….hang dry, dry on low, wash on delicate, etc, all with a smile! If you are on the fence about paying someone to do your laundry, have Mr Suds do it for you, you will not be sorry!

She saw me struggling with my mommy task and came over to assist with determining what 60 pounds look likes.

Jude rated it 5/5: A very pleasant experience. Most of the machines only run for 20 minutes, and I've never had any issues with them. There's a nearby market and taco truck that I am a frequent visitor of, and they're not too busy in the evenings.

Tip: I also had $2.00 beers while I waited until my clothes got cleaned and dryer. I have met a few good friends in the past and I was listening to good music.

The dryer’s are some of the best I’ve ever used, my comforters got dry with just 75 cents per dryer. The washers vary in price, the cheaper ones are normally always used. Very nice place, has a change machine and a detergent/dryer sheet dispenser. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to do your laundry.
