    We are on a road trip and needed to do laundry. After checking out the hotel machines I thought maybe something better was nearby and easier. I started typing “laundry” and Laundry Land came up with 4.3 stars and lots of cool reviews and pictures – so off we went with our laundry.

    The facility was super clean and had great machines – but I decided to use the wash/dry/fold service instead since it was so reasonably priced. They did it all in under two hours and when I returned they had clipped the two $10 bills I left in a pocket to the receipt! Such fair, honest and nice people to work with!

    When we got back to the hotel I have to say I almost wept with joy when the saw the job they did. Seriously – it was perfect – I could not have done a better job.

    If you need laundry done – go here. Pass as many other places as you need to…go here instead. Awesome!

    Only downside: prices are a little on the high side ($2.50-$11.50 per load washers, $.25-$1 per minute dryers). The door says they take Apple Pay but I didn’t see any machines that did.

    Coffee shop next door is convenient but they are only doing drive through (in my case, “walk through”) currently. Tons of smoothie choices and standard coffee choices, standard pricing.

I used to see her a lot months ago but haven’t seen her in a while until this morning. I overheard a upsetting conversation about this girls work performance and her tips she got. As a hard working business man I know these type of workers are NEEDED and valued at my business and to see her walk out over the issue had me heartbroken because I could see she likes working there but felt her frustration due to not being appreciated. I followed her to her car and had a chat. I told her I would leave a review for the owner because I understood how she felt. I’ve lost a lot of employees over the years due to not seeing the value an employee would bring to my business. The man that upset her was very uncaring and seemed to talk to this woman as if she was a little child needing guidance, but I seen her work and I know she is a good worker and business savvy. (An asset in any business) The place was very clean and she even had some nice music playing that put me in a good mood while doing laundry. I hope to see her again and hope the owner don’t lose an employee that seems to really love her job, I know how hard it is to find an employee that loves their work as much as I do.

They have snacks and drinks available for purchase, TV's (some work), and a pretty easy to use card loading system that allows you to use the machine. Prices aren't bad and if you forget soap they have some as well. Pretty quick machines overall, I think I spent less than hour there and it was larger load of clothes. Pretty happy overall, just try to be there daylight hours if you can.

I don’t know how the prices compare to other laundromats in Lincoln as this is the only one I have been to, but I feel it is very reasonable for the benefits you get. You can use debit card or cash and they have a reloadable plastic card that you use at the machine. The nice part about the card is that your machine will text you when it is done. There is also free Wi-Fi and TVs are at most tables with cable for free.

I'm glad this laundromat is the closest to my apartment!

They have worked miracles on items that we thought could never look as good again. From down alternative comforters to old baptism dresses they have done amazing work. I recently took in an object that I questioned if it was worth the risk of trying to get it clean or leaving it as is. I was talked through the process and the risks and decided to leave it with them. In less than a week they made a sentimental item look so much better we were shocked. If you are looking for a dry cleaners this is the place to go. I think I will always make the drive to them knowing our clothes are in the best of hands.

I got there and he was upfront about the costs and anything else I needed to know. He was informative and explained the process to me and told me he would try his best to get all the stains out of my dress. It took only a few short days and he already had my dress done! When I saw it for the first time after being cleaned it looked brand new. The top portion of my dress (inside) had been stained from my spray tan and the bottom hem was filthy (a risk with a winter wedding and dealing with the melting snow and slush). He got every single stain out of it! I also like how he asked me to come look at it to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction before boxing it up. The way he spoke you could tell he is very proud of his work and he should be because he did a great job! To top it off it was only $190. I debating on just purchasing one of those preservation kits online where you ship your dress off to them to have it preserved but I'm SOOOO glad I didn't. Truly a great value for the quality of work he does. We will definitely be going back to Dan for all of our Dry Cleaners needs.

I had a red stain on the front from a flower that had bled and it is completely gone, the inside of the straps were filthy and are now completely spotless, all 3 layers are just as white as the day I bought my dress.

Carts all over the laundry mat in the way of getting to your cloths in the dryer on top of trash upon trash on the floor in front of the machines. Not to mention how nasty the bathroom was and there was no soap to wash your hands in there either I will not be going back to this place.

When there is no front parking, there is no smooth access from rear parking lot and have to step up a curb by the door. Someone could sue them big time if even with a cane they stumble and fall. No hand rails with the step either.

I felt like I was practically kicked out when the door clearly says it closes at 11. The lady was very rude and I didn’t think that was very professional. The girl also asked me if I was going to wash I told her no just to dry when I then see a lady put her own load to wash. Definitely won’t be going back.

  • tubetigeerr rated it 4/5: Every thing is good, clean and nice place to do laundry. Only one is the price, a bit high. And the water is cold, no mater which temperature you select. Since the water is always cold, the price should be a bit less.
  • Addy Peterson rated it 3/5: Me and my husband have used this location biweekly for the past 6 months. We LOVE the card system they have installed that is very convenient. And the space is comfortable enough for doing laundry. That’s the reason for the stars I gave! However I do agree with several of the reviews that the prices are a bit high. Over half of their smallest machines are out of order and have been for several months. This is quite frustrating especially when the facility is busy.
    My final comment is that the staff person we have dealt with the last several times we’ve been in has been VERY unprofessional and was quite rude. On a very busy day she took up one of the seats for patrons and was bundled up in a blanket??? And most recently I asked to buy a soda and she was very rude when I inquired about the price as she stated a different price than what is listed. It’s not the patrons fault that the prices are listed incorrectly. This was very upsetting and I hope to receive better service in the future.
