They ended up closing due to a storm so I went early to pick up my dry cleaning (dirty or clean) and they had left shop without contacting me. I was a new customer so I wasn’t on their email list and there was a hurricane, so it was understandable.
The owner called me personally the next day. Apologized and accepted that there were communication gaps. He offered to overnight ship my clothes to the wedding I was attending. Incredibly kind and client care oriented owner.

I declined as I had already made arrangements, but he still made sure to not charge me for the service. The cleaning was awesome and the customer service is A Grade! Will be back for years to come!

Put it on Paws rated it 5/5: I love so many things about Oceanside. I’ve been with them since 2018 and they have been consistent in their customer care from day one. Over the phone, in person… Since I am a jeans and tee kinda lady, and enjoy what little things I do have, I know my clothes are cared for. When an issue popped up they were prompt to address it with clarity and a resolution. I like when a company goes above and beyond the name that is affixed to the building. In this case “dry cleaners” they are so much more. So I’ll close my review how I opened it. I just love them! I’m a happy customer.

Not proud of it but it’s been one of those days. He was super informative, even though he’s fairly new to the job. Even called his manager when I couldn’t get my card to work since we didn’t know what to do! I felt like a total idiot but he was super kind about it all. Hopefully working customer service doesn’t break his good character lol. Really deserves a shoutout. Even though I couldn’t get my problem immediately resolved, which is kind of annoying, I totally get how people could scam a front desk worker & respect their policy on that.

Especially Judy she is the most helpful and very polite and friendly. Always help all the customers that needed help. And this laundry facility always clean. This is a pleasant place for anyone looking to get their clothes clean. Very quiet environment outside of clothes being washed. I will most definitely come back.
Austin Selden rated it 2/5: I don’t know how everyone is saying this place is so clean. Yes the inside of the building is clean…but the machines are not. I did my laundry a little after 10 on a Saturday morning and I used three separate machines and they all looked like the photos.
The owner responded saying I should have asked the attendant to clean the machines, but I should not have to ask the attendant to clean the machines. I normally use a different laundromat and it is WAY better, and they actually clean the machines every single night. The owner also said that the machines are cleaned nightly…they wouldn't look like the photos if they were cleaned nightly.

The machines are cashless…that's the only thing I liked about this place.

Maybe the owner should stop by and look at their machines…just sayin.

I have extra change but if this happens repeatedly every day all day that's a good bit of money. Hopefully the owners will contact me. I will post this as well.

I met a young man named Jessie who was extremely helpful as well as professional and showed me how to get a laundry card and showed me how to register it. In addition to that, he kept the entire facility extremely clean and was constantly wiping down machines to ensure the cleanliness. Very clear to see that he takes pride in his job. Overall place was really clean, I will definitely come back again and will recommend to my friends.

He spent time showing me what to do and I really appreciated that. 10/10 would recommend anyone go here because he keeps it very clean, the machines work really well and he offered to help me to my car even though it was raining outside due to the hurricane. Couldn't imagine doing that every week for a year. Very costly compared to owning your own machine. Also wanted to add this. Try to go during the quiet hours of day. For some reason, guys leave their laundry in machines and take for ever to come back. So not many machines left during busy times due to laundry just sitting in them.

Our house was recently flooded and I found myself needing the service after many years. I was surprised at the cost/load but seems it is comparable to other laundromats.
The inside is immaculate and well lit and the attendants keep it very clean and tidy. There are plenty of rolling baskets to assist with transporting your laundry to and from your auto and between washer and dryer. There is a machine on the wall that dispenses a reloadable laundry card. It accepts cash, debit or credit. However it never has receipt paper in it but the attendants are happy to provide a receipt on the back of a business card. Hopefully they will eventually reload the paper in the receipt printer one day.
There is also a machine that dispenses laundry soap, softener and dryer sheets.
There are various sizes of washers down one wall and multiple dryers on the opposite wall. There are only three folding table but I have never had difficulty with availability when I need one. The machines have always been operable, the times I have used them and the attendants are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a clean restroom inside the facility as well. It is not a large facility and has only the two walls of machines with seating on either end so it is easy to keep an eye on the machines in use. I recommend this place if you ever find yourself in need of the service.

Cristelle chambers rated it 1/5: Great place but there’s one horrible staff attendant. I think her name is Angela but she is the most disrespectful rudest person ever. Literally every single time I go in there she never has a smile on her face and every time you ask her for some sort of help it pains her to have to help you. I just assume that if you don’t like your job don’t come to work or find another one you don’t have to come to your place of business and always have a frown on your face and a bad attitude. And not to mention that’s supposed to be customer service and you are horrible at it. I would love to speak to the owner so if you could just reach out to me on here with your contact details and I’ll be more than happy to go into detail. You guys def need to find someone who is more pleasant to the customers. One day there was a huge palmetto bug in the washing machine and I asked her could she get it out and she said verbatim, “I’m not doing that you can go get it out yourself but I’m not doing it.” And all I could think to myself is as a former laundry attendant I know for a fact that you’re supposed to maintain the washers and dryers keep them clean and wiped out so I had to go get the other lady that works there and she is just so pleasant and sweet and I wish it was just her that always works there and NOT the other lady. Everyone else is so nice and polite always willing to help except for Angela she’s just so nasty and really needs to find another job that she actually likes or maybe it’s just who she is. Because if someone’s in a bad mood one day OK maybe they’re having a bad day but if it’s every single day that’s just their character. And It just doesn’t pay to be rude and nasty ALL THE TIME. Anyway great place to wash clothes except for the fact that the washing machines are always broke down and you got a hope and pray that one doesn’t break down when you’re using it (that has happened to me personally I speak from experience) but other than that I guess it’s an alright establishment.
Thomas Tarantino rated it 1/5: I just went to wash clothes, it's Sunday October 2, it was 4:50, they close at 6,the attendant said it was too late to wash, I had a small load, 18 minutes to wash, 30 minutes to dry, I would like the owner to contact me, really poor customer service.

It is clean & sanitary, the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. 90%(+/-) of the machines are in good working order, and if you have any issues they gladly help to correct them. PLUS THEY ARE OPEN 24HRS!!😁🥳 My husband and I are so glad to have found it… {Also: social distancing protocol are acknowledged!!}
M Dowd rated it 5/5: Very clean and super friendly staff. The parking lot is small but the delivery driver made sure to make room for me. I even ran out of quarters and the owner added time on my dryers. Definitely should have downloaded the app to run the machines.

Karen Bordeaux rated it 1/5: Unparalleled rudeness. I came in on 2/8/23. At 5 am, I was moving my laundry from the big washer I was using (washer 01) to the dryer (dryer 53). There was an employee with neck tattoos there doing customer laundry and he was extremely impatient to use the big washer I was using as there are only two of them. I hadn't even removed all my stuff from the machine yet and I turned around and he's already shoving a bunch of customer laundry in the machine. I had to say something because I'm not letting my clean stuff get mixed in with a stranger's dirty laundry. He stated that there was nothing in the machine. I went and pulled every single item out of the dryer I had been loading to make sure that what I was looking for wasn't already in the dryer. It wasn't. It was still in the washing machine that had been commandeered from me. I had to stand there while the employee pulled every single item out. Now I'm not about to sit there and argue in the middle of the night with some dude who looks like a potential felon, but it's extremely rude to act that way to a paying customer. I was only taking up ONE SINGLE WASHING MACHINE OUT OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING and it would have been nice to WAIT SIXTY MORE SECONDS for me to be done with it. Another common sense option would be to mark off machines you wish to reserve for staff use. Women have small articles like panties, socks, headbands, etc that get stuck in the corners of the machines so you can't just assume it was completely empty without checking that first. Over the years they've grown their customer base but the customer service has been getting worse and worse which is why I would rather do my own laundry and not interact with the employees. But on THIS occasion I was forced to.
