I have never been to such a well run and friendly staffed laundromat! This place takes the cake! Their pricing is fair, machines are fast and efficient, I’ve never experienced any damage to any items, and everyone has always been so friendly ! They have vending machines for drinks and snacks as well as some detergent, softener, and dryer sheets.

The washers are kept in good shape and the facility is clean with aluminum chairs you can borrow. There are two coin machines that take $1-$20 bills. The maxi-load is the best bang for your buck and my clothes come out smelling clean. I just wish they had more maxi-load washers or even the super washers(there are only 2 super washers). If you forgot your washing detergents they have a vending machine that has it as well as snacks. Plenty of carts are there to help you move your clothes and there is counter space and a sink if you need those too. Definitely recommend this Arizona Fluff N Clean.

While there we went to get quarters from the machine and next to it is a sign that says if you have any ripped wet or crinkled bills they will exchange it for you. So I took my $5 bill I had a fold so it wouldn't go into the machine and the lady behind the counter said there was nothing she could do and she would not exchange it for me. She was rather rude about it so we left to go get a crisp bill from the gas station down the street and when we finished our laundry I made sure to hand her the sign that says that they will exchange the bills because that obviously is not true.

I have to say This is so convenient for me and the people just so so super nice I got a wash and dry on my two pants and a free laundry bag. This place is super clean !!! and wash machines and dryers freaking spanking gorgeous new; very nice laundry mat!!! I see why they doin this free thing they know their business has what it takes to be successful and I believe I’ll be back more often once I get the prices for this place. But so far the best laundry mat I’ve seen so far in mesa!

Staff showed me and my wife an amazing app that tells you which washers and dryers are available or not. Also gives you $10 credit for signing up for texts. I did everything for free during opening and it looked like it was a quarter to add 6 minutes to drying for the future when it’s no longer free. 10/10

The lady that was working was very friendly and helpful. The dryer's are amazing. The cost is like 1.59 for 17 minutes. My clothes were completely dry in that time. Very very impressive. Great job team.

I'll gladly spend less down the street, access to bathrooms, and friendlier night staff. I never have issues with the day crew they seem too freaking happy at times.

Point being we a family of 4 spend well over a few hundred in laundry. Bathrooms should not be closed and there is no signage stating bathrooms close at a particular hour nor do I ever get a clear answer from staff.

I did my own laundry two weeks ago, when one of their washers broke mid wash cycle. Leah switched the laundry over to a new washer no problem. After drying that last load of laundry (whites/ sheets) , during the folding, I noticed black spotted stains on the items that were in the broken washer. Leah told us to come back at 10pm at night and the manager Steve. When I came back, at first he tried to say that my clothes were stained before I came in. I explained that the sheets and the shorts and dress shirts couldn’t possible have the same exact stain all over them, being different kinds of fabric and used for different things. Leah told him that the washer broke and that whole process, so he asked if we would leave the stained items there so he can see if they were able to remove the stains. I did so. Came back the next day to pick them up. He said the stains wouldn’t come out and to call and leave a message for the owner for reimbursement. In a two week span o have called and left four messages without a single returned phone call. Worst customer service ever, and now use a different laundromat around the corner. Cheaper prices, machines work just as good, and better customer service.
If you like your clothes and don’t want stains and to be ignored, so NOT go here.

The kind helpful lady no longer works there and the vibe just isn’t the same anymore. So sad to say but we will no longer be bringing our business to this location. We didn’t even mind how over priced it was at first since it was so clean and such a welcoming vibe but now it is just over priced for the area it is in. There is another laundromat right down the road on Dobson. It is next to a Safeway which is cleaner safer and staff are friendly compared to the Fry’s next to this laundromat. Go there instead. They are not overpriced and have plenty of options for washers and dryer’s as well as entertainment for both kids and adults and lots of seating.

(Wednesdays you get 5% off on all washers and dryers) As I said its a tiny bit more expensive but way more efficient and less time consuming so well worth it. My load was done washing in less than 20 minutes and dried in 1 cycle of 22 minutes in the dryer on high. I will absolutely be back. 😊

The machines won't accept payment after 9 PM so you have to start the loads before then. It only took 20-25 minutes per load to wash so it was pretty fast.

I just pulled in and went in to check it out and Tammy was the one who was working that day. She welcomed me and told me what prices was what and for which machines. Very helpful and polite. Michael Cramer rated it 1/5: 3 dollars to wash, price was 1.50 year and a half ago. I understand inflation and all but I feel they upped the price a dollar since the last time I was there a month ago to take advantage of the snowbirds. Another time my clothes came out with brown stuff on them asked the young woman about it, she said she would let me wash them for free I said I didn’t have the time to sit and wait another hour not very friendly at all. I’m sure the other lady would have offered to wash them and have me pick them up later. Needless to say I will not return its cheaper at my apartments.

I pulled up at 8:59 and made it in just before the doors locked but ran back to my car to get my detergent. I knocked for a good 2 more minutes before I was able to get back in. She stopped me, doing her job and i get that, but I explained what happened. She was hesitant but using her judgement she could tell I was telling the truth by how stressed I was. She could have easily told me to take my clothes out and go, but demonstrating empathy and amazing customer service skills she allowed me to continue with my wash. I am eternally grateful for her kindness as i was having the worst night. I'm was blessed that she was the rep on duty tonight. Thank you for your kindness, Coin Less is lucky to have you on their team! Place was not only coinless but it was spotless too! Thank You! Thank You!

Joe White rated it 4/5: I love this place. The machines are always in good working order. And it's clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don't have a restroom. Other than that's this place is nice. And yes I realize the attendant is there to let you use a restroom should you need it. Yet again I asked about one while doing laundry yesterday and I was replied to with a simple ,no. And a shake of the head as she walked away.

I wish the machines would better show their pricing instead of on the tiny card reader, tho.

Also, the card machines need to have a sound on/off option. That was INCREDIBLY obnoxious listening to it repeat itself every dollar I put in.

They have discount days but when the 30lb is already almost 5$….what is a dollar discount? Also the dryers all say 1.00$. But when you put your card in its like 1.79$…???? Anyway, still there is always an attendant and it's super clean. Thank you Coin-less Laundromat. 😊

Lots of machines in a variety of sizes so getting our larger items washed was easy (but not cheap!)
Close to $10 for a 90lb washer, that said… washing a king size comforter was a breeze so we didn't mind paying.
The first drawback is you have to use their card. Not knowing this, we tried our debit card several times and almost gave up and left. Then we saw the card machine on the wall. Most other coin less laundries just use your bank card, this was a bit annoying cause now I have about 5 bucks stuck on a card that I may not use.
The second issue is wasting money on a dryer cause I needed more than half hour but it charged a second 5 bucks and automatically clocked an hour! There's no way to choose 5, 10, or 15min add on.
Due to these things it gets 3 stars instead of 5.
mai shoua Yang rated it 2/5: This laundromat DO NOT open their bathroom to the the public. I live close by and I always come here but they always tell me that it is out of order. I will stop supporting them. It is important especially for parents with young children that you guys have a bathroom. Not just that but I think it’s all the business around that area that practice this. I went across the street to the gas station and by the plaza and guess what? 5 places would not let my 3 year old girl use the bathroom because apparently they are all out of order.

Spent $15 to do a small load since I had to use multiple machines to not leave with wet clothes. Full of sketchy people.

Small nook for kiddos where they had PBS kids playing. Also offer your normal run of the mill carts for toating clothes around.
Prepaid cards. ATM. Bathroom. Two vending machines with snacks and drinks. Plenty of machines. Wasn't too busy on a Tuesday afternoon

Vella Williams rated it 3/5: Very clean and efficient place wash but the older lady that cleans is rude she will mop in front of me and tell me I need to wait until it drys I asked to use the restroom which I have never asked before she rolls her eyes and gets up and tells me she was on her break. I am legally disabled I park in the space and my tag shows I'm disabled she comes out and mops and tells me I need to walk and carry my items down to the other door. This is illegal under the disability act. enough is enough. I don't want her fired but she needs to be retrained.
