Clean, bright, and well stocked with laundry supplies to purchase and of course lots of quarters! Free wi-fi make faster my tablet and I can connect with my clients, while I'm waiting, fans all clean, super A/C are awesome. All the equipment is clean and in working order. The staff is friendly and helpful. They play low volume good music as well didn't bother while I was online. Made laundry day more enjoyable.

Customer service is non existent here, rather than offering assistance or offering help to customers whom may be confused about using a laundromat around this area (I own my own Smart Washer and Dryer at home) never have had to use a paid service such as this, even as a single military member, these services were free. But yes, the lady who wore a hat and orange shirt on 30 SEP 22 at 1945 would elect to resort to a first impression of being extremely rude and speak like a child with limited vocabulary with small phrased sentences such as "this is mine" over and over rather than simply asking the customer if they needed help. Such interactions are barbaric and reflect upon yourself as a human being. Flexing about owning a laundromat when asking how to aquire detergent from this location is hardly a flex, your facilities are ran down, you don't cool the building, your ceiling tiles are falling out and rotting, you have black mold growing on the ceiling and floor, scum within the soap receptacles.

Those that are folding the clothes also dropped customer clothes (I'm assuming they're customer's clothing) on the ground. Folding bed sheets at chest height while letting them drag on the floor is pretty nasty as well. Just the little things we've noticed during a short stay in the area. Takes no effort to be a kind person, even if you don't want to. We normally tip pretty well anywhere we go, cryptocurrency has been kind to us and I love giving it out but…

It was over $1000 dollars worth of clothes and I left with an employee there very shady people in Miami they come to our country don't speak the language take advantage of the law and guess what happened next when I told her I will call the better business bureau and make a police report and she knew I am serious she went to a room pulled my things and asked me.if it was mine she was literally going to steal my clothes what a bunch of thiefs

No one wants to spend all morning in a hot wash house…and maybe they should schedule a specific time when they wash hotel laundry it’s not fair to the everyday customers🙄The renovations are nice but I kind of liked when things were much simpler here.

Clothing missing and being stolen many times. I'm done coming here and I'm going to file complaints with the BBB and other places.

I spend money on getting clothing and they're not embarrassed to straight up steal it.

It happened many times and the manager told me it's impossible. When now I have proof. I've been taking notes and video footage of how and what I gave them and how I got it back. They will pay for this. Don't waste your time here.

All of my clothes are full of lint from the dryers also there is barely space inside of the laundry mat… no place to fold your laundry… and extremely old machine would not recommend going here because you will have to re wash all of your clothes.

My whole clothes is ruined and then when I call to see what happened, they blame their machines or me. Leaving a pen. Mind you I work with straight digital interface I use no pens at all so they just throw the blame off of me after they ruined all my clothes . I will never be take clothes there and you should do the same. The doctor was a good thing. Going over there being on a first name basis with the staff, but all that went out the window when they messed my clothes up. No loyalty not caring about the client just horrible.
They were super super unapologetic and have been doing everything crazy and without any care just to get you in and out and out of their face. Save your money and clothes and dont take it there, youve been warned!

Dan H rated it 5/5: Came here two weeks back, Tourist here- I hate bringing dirty clothes with me back home, then do laundry right after vacation, came here due to reviews , many shady weird laundry places in the area- this place was awesome, tons of modern machines, it is a coin laundry, there are change machines on site- they do have free dryers but these are limited , and you can’t just leave and go (15min max per session, unlimited sessions) they’re like for 35lb small loads, I used the huge ones for 80 lb loads, my preference they dry better and quicker 25c per 5 min or smaller machines for 8min; was very pleased here , cool vending machine (YooHoo!) bathrooms are clean, and the attendants are nice!

I love that the dryers timers for a quater are super good, can't beat them. I've been to different laundro mats where the timer for the dryers are .25 cents for 5 to 6 mintues. Another the dryer was programed with $1.50 for 35 mintues. That's ridiculous. Theres no option for only one quater, you are obligated to put $1.50. By far in my opinion this is a best laundry for your buck. Also they have vending machines to snack on and they have free wifi for customers. Only down fall is the small parking lot, but everything can't be perfect. The attendant is not the most friendly of them all, but she keeps it clean and running properly. This is my go to laundry. Oh, they also have an app that you can download and add money and swipe your card if you don't have cash on hand. But if you don't want the app, they have an atm inside.

Come rub elbows with the salt of the earth locals, and dodge their scurrying offspring as they dash about in all directions while their overworked and defeated parents resign in defeat. The machines don't smell moldy, and there's at least *ONE* dollar/change dispenser that's pretty reliable. Need dollars? There's a gas station across the street. Now, here's the brass tax: should you need to use the bathroom, well, good luck to you. Depending on the time of day, you may get lucky and only encounter it lacking, chiefly in soap/sanitizer and toilet paper. It would be wise to bring sanitary wipes and some sort of disinfectant. I once saw this gnarly meatball of a man plop out of there, and, oh man did he stink up the place. Again, no paper, no soap. The mudbutt on that guy must've been nuclear!!!! Anyways, you've been warned. Best time to go is early in the day, otherwise all the folding tables get taken up. Goodluck, godspeed and Gluck Auf!

Never ever ever again will I come here. This establishment is supposed to close at 11 PM on Tuesdays. They decided that for no reason they were going to close today at 7 o’clock. I asked several time was there a reason. I Uber here I brought three big bags of laundry and now I’m standing in the rain typing this review.
I am a young black entrepreneur in the area and I say that to say this…The woman who answered the door let a white/Hispanic man in and still refused me service or entrance.
To me what seems to be happening is no black people after dark. I am disgusted, before this incident I went to this laundrymat all the time.

I was pointed at and told specifically no, there was the other gentleman that you say now was Hispanic and still somehow did not understand the woman either but was let in. I’ve never understood why business owners argue with reviews but I can’t control how people run their establishment. The way that the entire situation was handled was not appropriate. It’s interesting to receive this response from someone who wasn’t there at all but some how I’m making up the scenario. I pointed at the sky I asked about the weather. My Uber driver asked was it the weather in Spanish. She just kept saying “you no”. When I asked why I got a shrug and an IDK. In the event that you do feel as if there is an emergency it would definitely be better if there was a sign or someone who can explain to ALL types of patrons no matter what language they speak. Again I run a business in the same area and when I run into language barriers pointing at a person and say “you no” does not suffice. I still feel the way about the situation. Won’t be back or supporting this business.

F rated it 1/5: My first interaction with this company was good, so I decided to go back for a second time. However, I will not be using this company again. I requested pick up for the following day (Friday) through their portal – didn't hear anything from them. A week later I tried to request pick up one more time for the following day (Friday again) – they showed up to the wrong building despite none of my information changing from the first order I did with them. When reaching out to ask what time they would be coming that day – I received a response saying that unfortunately it would have to be tomorrow (Saturday). When I asked why and why they didn't get back to me the week prior, I didn't get a response. Did they come Saturday like they said? No. They decide to come on Monday – meanwhile I'm already at work and said that I needed my clothes by the early week. No heads up or anything to coordinate the time of pick up. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

I have dry cleaned several items with them and have wash and hanged clothing with them weekly for about a year. At first, the service seemed professional and quick, unfortunately that didn’t last so long. I have received shirts back damaged with refusal of any sort of compensation. The last two times I picked up my wash and hang i waited three days for the clothes and then when I picked it up it was soaking wet. The clothes was so wet I had to hang it in my home for an extra day or two just to be able to closet all of the items. Additionally I have neon low quality detergent stains on $500 stone island sweatpants that won’t come off, and I received a white colored off white shirt In a light blue color. This is me being a customer of theirs for a year giving them thousands in buisness and not receiving any form of compensation when I have for $1200 in clothing damaged and over $5000 in clothing poorly washed given to me insanely wrinkled and drenched in water… it feels unfortunate to say I would not recommend this place because a couple of weeks ago it would’ve been a different story….

milos petrovic rated it 1/5: CAUTION! Do not take expensive chlotes there. Only if you buy in Ross they can serve you. They destroyed my New Versace Tshirt and and Pants I will sue them!

E G Coin Laundry is a small, independently-owned laundromat located in the heart of Miami. It is clean, well-lit, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the machines are always in good working order. Monique Little rated it 5/5: I like that it's 24 hrs, it's clean, and the prices are reasonable. I go at night because it's not a big place and gets pretty congested in the morning. The attendant at night is always wiping the machines, sweeping and mopping. They keep it very clean
