H games for kids-racing and a duck grab. Snacks and someone there around the clock to help and answer questions:) everyone is so kind. All machines are extra fast- forgot the word but quick cycles only 30 minutes each. Extremely clean!

My second time coming here, I was convinced to just start making this my regular laundromat. The reasoning has to do with cleanliness and they have an app to pay for your load!

    First off their website needs to be updated because I came here with the impression on their website that they do $1/a load on Thursday. Got there and turns out they changed their promotion/policy so the cheapest is $2/a load but they have the updated stainless steel Maytag machine that can do huge loads. So sucks I’m paying a little more but the machine is updated. Plus the machine nicely cleaned my fleece blankets that had a bunch of pet hair on easily so can’t complain. There’s a laundromat on Lyon Street that’s just a little closer to where I live that does $1/a load on the weekdays but it looks run down compare to this place.

    What really impress me was this is the first laundromat where I’ve been to that offer an app. I had a lot of load that needed to get done and didn’t have cash. So second time here, got the app and loaded money into my app and boom was able to do laundry instantly. Also, it helped that the lady working the morning who informed me about the policy change was super nice/friendly. So overall, my experience has been good and definitely recommend coming here (mainly morning because there’s barely anyone here)

Being open all night is a huge plus. Not many places offer that. It is in a good area. Very chill relaxing place. I would recommend trying this place if you are in the area.     I previously gave a 3 star but changed it to a 5 star. After 10pm on contacted the owner via text as it recommends when you call. The owner promptly took care of the issue by contacting the police. The police showed and took care of the issue. This was great customer service!

It's bright, modern and secure with security coming by to walk through. Coin operated which is a plus. Suppose they have Wi-Fi as the sign said. Ample parking. Near a gas station if needed. No TV for entertainment. I agree management should have a updated pandemic instructions for mask wearing but I did see the only people there with, myself included. I also saw the pet hair some have mentioned so look for clean machines.

  • 5KARD 4LIF3 rated it 1/5: UPDATED!! This update is 1 day later after this first paragraph. It clearly states $1 for 20 minutes on the sign above the 45lb dryer. It says on the screen $1.50. There is a complain slip, however on it are these words (summarized) "if you follow the instructions on the WALL then there should be no issue". Not only is this false advertisement, it's stealing. I'm tempted to sue. You may call me Karen, say I'm overreacting, but when you're down on your money and are trying to scrape by when doing the laundry, you'd be very displeased to find out it's not as cheap as they are saying. I can't get my money back because I know nobody will answer, and the process of dealing with these people for a few dollars is not worth it. So let's go big. I'm going to make it a personal goal of mine to tell others about this and a loss of business might follow.

    As soon as I posted the first paragraph about false advertisement and sueing, somebody came and took down the signs. They know they were taking money and only when someone says something i.e. me, they decide to do something about it. They knew the whole time. I wouldn't go here if you like being robbed, by accident I guess they'll say.

When I referred the term “bums.” I meant the people who keep your laundromat dirty. This place is safe and is kept clean by a gracious gentleman I see every Monday when I wash,working hard, and keeping the place clean and tighty. This is one of the best places I have washed in the Milwaukee area. I feel the customers need to help keep the laundromat clean as well. Thank you to the owner and the man that I see cleaning and taking care of this place. I’m grateful for your services. 🙏

It's very close to where I live( within walking distance) so I don't have to use the bus to get there but I will be glad when the apartment complex replaces the washer and dryer because I am on a limited budget!

Similar condition could be found at truck stop washing machines which are usually filthy beyond recognition 😕
  • I. M. Turner rated it 1/5: Owner Steve is extremely rude. He hung up on me after explaining that his coin machine took my $20 bill and dispersed 13 Susan B. Anthony coins and $4.50 in actual quarters. As I explained to him, I have no reason to lie about the incident and asked him to check his cameras for proof of the transaction. His exact words were “my machine is for customers so I don’t care about your problem,” assuming that because I got change and left with the quarters that I wasn’t going to do laundry in his facility – even though I also explained that I had intentions on returning to wash and was getting things together when I realized the change discrepancy. To hang up on a customer is just bad business period.

    1.there was no sign stating the change of hours of operation, it said midnight and the workers said we couldn't fold clothes after 10:30
    2. It was extremely dirty, the machines had dirt all over the place
    3. The workers were extremely rude, I asked about the hours and the worker said "you don't come here often then" with an attitude, as j was rushing with folding they were turning off the lights

Literally the last time I was in there the man working as well as the security guard told me they were back to 10:30 so someone is full of it. When I told her to please change the sign on the door because it's very misleading she basically told me to leave or she was going to call the cops.

I was able to do all EIGHT loads in ONE machine in 22 min! And dry in 30 min! There are many payment options and the staff is really helpful and friendly! I might just come here once a week for a one and done in a comfy atmosphere instead of running laundry all day every day for infinity. 😂 Oh and I had 3 of my kids with me – NO STRESS. They even gave them a free bag of chips. Will be back!!!

There are tables with nearby outlets while you wait and a kids area. I came here to do 8 loads since I have 6 kids and power has been out for 2 days. I was able to do all EIGHT loads in ONE machine in 22 min! And dry in 30 min! There are many payment options and the staff is really helpful and friendly! I might just come here once a week for a one and done in a comfy atmosphere instead of running laundry all day every day for infinity. 😂 Oh and I had 3 of my kids with me – NO STRESS. They even gave them a free bag of chips. Will be back!!!

    No but in all seriousness the employee was the sweetest and very very helpful. Not only was the customer service great but this place is clean as can be. I feel like laundromats get a bad wrap and some people turn up their nose at sharing machines. But rest assured here you will be washing in what one might think is a brand new, untouched, fresh out the box machine. The employee was up my whole stay, cleaning every nook and cranny you could think of.
    The music was great. Payment was easy with the digitalized option. There is not one bad thing I can say about this laundromat. 100000/10 stars. It’s a whole vibe in here and best believe if I EVER need to visit another laundromat I will not drive anywhere but to here.

  • Glenda Johnson rated it 3/5: Washing machines were great. The 6 minute dryer takes to much money to dry a load of cloths. But the 8 minute dryer were great. Able to dry to blankets for under a dollar. We could not use the public bathroom that was on site. It was lock. Not good business.

Some days doors lock early understandable but if and attendant there open the door. New Attendants won’t open door so they can leave early. I was only drying for 10 mins @ 9:22. They don’t follow the posted rules(which could be a lawsuit). I’m going to record them and their posted rules. Why is the bathroom not open when a attendant is there? Whom ever is in charge make sure their employees do better. There is a laundry mat down the street that closes at 10 with no issues and consistent.
