I keep trying this place because of its parking lot and convenient location but today is the last time I will go here. Spent $50 to wash a lot of laundry. I just went to pick up and my clothes and were not there, completely lost. The laundry attendant could not find my clothes. They were dropped of Saturday and lost by Monday. DO NOT USE!!!!!

They communicated with me as to what type of laundry detergent I preferred. My clothes were picked up and delivered back in the said time. hh l rated it 1/5: Put in $3.50 for two washers ($7.00 total) . Came back after 45 mins, one machine worked fine and almost completed the cycle. The other machine had the door opened and the clothes were completely dry (the powder was still dry In the loading bay of the machine) Talked to the lady in charge and she insisted user error on my part, and showed no intent to remedy the situation.
Edit 8/8/2022: see owner response below. Both machines, confusingly, showed two prices ($3.25 and 3.50). We didn’t see any action after putting in the lower amount initially, that’s why we put in the extra quarter to reach $3.50. The fact was that we put in the requisite amount of money for two washers and did not receive the service we deserved. Yes you are entitled to shift the responsibility to us, which you’ve done so yesterday in person and re-iterated online again today. We are also entitled to rate our experience lowly due to the poor customer service.

The machines are very clean and easy to use. This location is open 24/7 unlike most other laundromats in the area. If you do not have dryer sheets or detergent you can buy some here. The machines accept cash or a prepaid card (costs $1 to make one). The prepaid card can be loaded up with credit/debit card, EBT card, or cash. You get free drying services after you use one of their washers. They also offer a service that will do your laundry for you. They also offer massage chairs (pay to use) for customers to use while they wait for their laundry to be finished. Plenty of TV’s posted around on the inside too to pass the time. All around great shop. There is an ATM located on the inside and has a $1.95 surcharge to use it. This location also offers free wifi, network name and password is conveniently posted on the walls throughout the establishment. On top of all of this they have a parking lot that is strictly for customers!! Prices are a little bit higher than other laundromats, but from all the other benefits you get from this location (24/7, parking lot, free drying services) I would say it is well worth it!!
– the prices vary day to day $3.50 for the smallest which can hold 2 small baskets of laundry all the way up to $10.50 for the biggest one (labeled colossal) which can hold up to 8 small baskets of laundry.

debra wayne rated it 4/5: OPEN 24 HOUR's is what brought me away from my usual spot. Sure glad I gave it a try! I used their giant size washer for $5.99 which comes with FREE DRY time. They have different size dryers… depending on which one you use and what size washer you chose determines how much dry time you get. I used their medium dryer which gave me 40 minutes of free time. It easily accommodated my wash load and had everything about 90% dry within 20mins. I threw back in the few items that were slightly damp for another 10 minutes (I'm curious to see if the remaining free 10 min. will carry over to my next visit?). In other words… EXCELLENT DRYERS! A rare find in this area.
You do need to purchase a laundry card for $1.00 hence the reason I took a star off. I'm sure their is a valid reason for it though.

That said… I will DEFINITELY return! The place is nice and bright and even has a small parking lot!

We had to put more money out to to do wash at another Laundromat. Since Antoin the one attendant left this place has gone down hill. I have seen roaches ,floor isn't clean in the morning, the bathroom door frame has what looks like bed bugs along it, it don't have toilet paper, and can't play the crane machines because attendant is scared to ask someone to move for a minute so he can plug it in.

The lady that runs it claimed they clean them daily but this is not the case because most of them are locked so I only use the ones I can open and of course I have to clean out before I use them. Therefore, I know for a fact they are not checked because I'm there early. I'm the first one to use the dryer so this should not be an issue. I asked her about this and she told me her husband has key. I suggest that the doors stay unlocked in order for all to empty these filters in order for the dryers to work properly. IJS😊

I've been doing the drop and fold service for 3 years and have never had a single complaint. My clothes come back clean, folded, and smelling great. They've always taken great care of my clothes, too. My whites never come back grey, my sweaters have never shrunk, and nothing has ever been lost (not even a rogue sock).
I've tried bigger companies that pick up and drop off laundry at my house and they don't do nearly as a good a job as this laundromat, not even close.

The laundromat itself is clean, tidy, and well maintained. The customer service is great; everyone is always so nice. It is fast, usually done by 4pm the following day, and it is affordable! I usually go every two weeks and it averages about $20 per visit.

Sharn Buxton rated it 4/5: I have been going to this laundry for the past 2 years , the only issue I have is the fact that I have to check the filters before I use the dryers. The lady that runs it claimed they clean them daily but this is not the case because most of them are locked so I only use the ones I can open and of course I have to clean out before I use them. Therefore, I know for a fact they are not checked because I'm there early. I'm the first one to use the dryer so this should not be an issue. I asked her about this and she told me her husband has key. I suggest that the doors stay unlocked in order for all to empty these filters in order for the dryers to work properly. IJS😊

Robert Mason rated it 5/5: PollPauls laundromat as far as I'm concerned it's pretty decent. It's never overcrowded nice atmosphere, you can sit back wash and dry your clothes if you choose to do so. The best part about Polly's I would say is their drop-off service excellent.

We all need to to verify how we can keep the facility neat and clean! Thank you! Today May 2022 I noticed an additional investment in more(2)Maytag washing machines!
