The staff are helpful and clean both inside and outside. There's an ATM and a cash-to-coin machine, which is helpful when you don't want to use the card systems that are popular. (I don't like the newer systems because there's always fees and you can never use the full amount on the card) I go when it's not busy, so I don't feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.

She was doing everything in there at the busiest time. Her customer service skills, and hard work stood out in a big way. I was doing laundry for 5 people alone and was a messy Ashley went out of her way multiple time with machine issues, as well as user issues. I will definitely recommend, and when l need a laundromat this is my first choice. Ashley Is a Rockstar. Place is we clean as a whistle no complaints.

It's also always nice and cool inside, unlike other places. Millie is the best employee here. She's always super nice and takes the time to help whenever it's needed. Last visit I had to use their rush order service, my laundry was not only done to top quality but it was completed early. Well under the 3 hr. time frame . The place is clean, the staff is friendly and skilled. I would recommend them to all persons in need of a laundry service. They will even come to your home pick up, wash and fold, and bring back to your home your laundry of any kind done to your preferences. GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE !!

Even though they are busy doing customer's laundry they are helpful and keep the place decent enough. I usually wash at night and while most employees are pleasant enough there are only 2 that stand out to me. Ashley is one of them and is honestly the best employee this business has by far. She always has a smile on her face, makes sure the patrons aren't being harassed by the local vagrants. She has always gone out of her way to help everyone. She forms connections with the customers and they look forward to seeing her. I was upset when they had recently let her go and relieved that they had brought her back. Ashley is an amazing employee and I think the owner and management should know she is a huge reason people continue going to this location. Believe me there are other 24 hours laundromats that have ac and don't have roaches 🤷

The other thing that I do appreciate immensely is that although they are open 24 hours, they ALWAYS have a staff member there so you feel secure. They chase off any suspicious guests and don’t do not welcome any suspicious activity either! They’re quick and don’t hesitate to shoo people that are just looking for a hangout or meet for their little exchanges like they will tell them to leave! Again, safe, well lit, clean establishment, with convenient hours for those patrons who have alt schedules!

Great experience, nice large capacity washer and dryers even small and medium ones. Also full service if wanted. Can use a pay app for card use or coins. I wish there was a card reader for easier pay without being stuck with money on app if you don't use it all. But high tech easy to use app is wonderful.

I only have one day off and waited patiently for my laundry to wash, and come to find out the laundry machines doesn't work on "hot" setting since I washed all my dark clothes. All my laundry smells like water and a blow dryer, since my clothes didn't wash properly at Sunshine Laundry. But my clothes did somewhat dried, so at least Sunshine's dryer machines work. Not to mention I paid $40+ fee with my debit card and was charged, but I never received the fund on the laundry card that was given to me by the machine. The employee had me waiting for an additional 15 minutes since her manager wasn't replying to her messages to solve my issue. This will be one and only time I will giving my business to this facility. I would HIGHLY recommend you do the same, and save your time and money.

I was a first time customer and I walked in I noticed how much clothing was in there, I would say that’s a good sign. They had me fill out a new guest form, then gave me prices, which were pretty affordable to me. Added me in and let me know my clothes would be available tomorrow after 5pm. I was impressed with my clothing, the service was good, quick & easy. They have more services like same day pick up/drop off. I will be going back.

Pros: customer service is great and pleasant. The bags they give make drop off a breeze and the text notifications are great for when your items are ready.

Cons: due to the fabric of my shirts (stretchy dry fit and printed material; think Lululemon), there is a significant up charge to clean them and after my third visit all of these particular shirts came back significantly shrunk. 5 shirts were effectively ruined and aren't wearable anymore.

I won't be using or recommending this cleaner in the future.

However, I asked for a button to be sewn on, and they did not. They even marked the button spot with the pin and ribbon. When I pointed it out, they said they'd need another day, but since I needed it sooner, they couldn't do anything about it. I can't justify getting mad since there was no charge . Even if they had done it. But it was a problem since they told me they would and I needed it that following day for it.

Willing to use again for another shot, though.

I arrived Monday at five and two of my items weren’t done. Nobody called me to let me know, so I had to come back days later for a second trip. On top of that, one of the items I turned in for dry cleaning had stains on the arm that were not there when I dropped it off. Last but not least, they charged me more on one of my skirts than what their listed price was on the menu. It might be because the skirt was long, but I’m not entirely sure because no one explained anything to me. They just charged me extra…
I really don’t like having my time wasted with additional trips over there. I wish someone would’ve called to let me know that my items were not ready on time. Additionally, although in the end I did get a discount because of the issues, I had to push for it and insist. In my experience, businesses with good customer service will offer this on their own and apologize. Neither of which happened here.

If you go earlier it’s less crowded, but even when it’s crowded it’s not bad waiting for a machine. I go to wash oversized bedding in the XL washers. Everything comes out SUPER clean and fresh!
I did notice it’s pretty warm in there in the summer, so go early while it’s cooler. Their crowd meter is pretty accurate. Be prepared for fees when you use their laundry card machine with your debit card. Overall great place!

I HATE having to go there feeling not welcomed/wanted – the reason I dread having to wash my clothes but it is the nearest one and it is very well clean, not sure how long I can take going back to an environment that's not friendly, might end up just taking a further drive and going else where eventually. If it wasn't for such poor poor customer service I would definitely give a 5 star.

But I went there today and now they don't offer their customers carts for their laundry. So now you have to carry your laundry from the washer over to the dyers from the dryers to the tables. Pretty inconvenient if you ask me. And then they have their dryers advertised as $0.25, but what they don't tell you is that it's 25 cents for every 4 minutes. I wish they wouldn't be deceptive and just advertise the drivers as being a dollar to dry a load of clothes. For the prices that they charge at this laundromat they should definitely have carts, no question about it.

Seen him multiple times now and he is nice and accommodating and right there to answer any question or give you change. Always keeps the place feeling safe from outside threats and he keeps the place very clean and inviting. No one likes to do laundry anywhere other than their home lol but Kelly makes it ALOT more pleasant. Just wanted to let someone know and if you read this Kelly thanks🙂!

Natasha Lopez rated it 4/5: This is one of the best laundromats I've ever been to. They have various sized washers to help wash multiple loads at once and save money. There seems to be a good deal of upkeep to prevent broken washers. The washers lock when started and there is a timer so you know when your laundry is done and make it so no one has access to your stuff. My favorite part is their use of technology. No more lugging quarters around or being short. The Laundry Boss app connects to my debit card and lets me add or subtract services as I need them. And I can't forget the friendly people who work there. All in all, a great place to do laundry.

The bridesmaid dress my daughter is wearing next weekend got little oil stains all over it!
The owner and staff said they would do everything they could to get the dress wearable for the wedding.
They had to try several methods to lift the stains without lifting color from the dress. It was challenging but they did it!!
When I returned to look at it and make sure it was ok the staff at the main location were also all so nice and caring and particular. I cannot say enough great things about them.
What an excellent experience. Highly recommend

Erin Wills rated it 1/5: Waaaaaay over priced. I paid 60 dollars for “three” dresses. One was actually a slip that goes under one of the dresses, so half a dress. Then when I went to pick them up they said they didn’t have them. These are silk dresses! They couldn’t look up by phone number & had my name spelled incorrectly and couldn’t figure out a misplaced letter was still me. Terrible. Terrible Terrible. Go somewhere else-save your money.
