  • Snowlandria Thomas rated it 5/5: They always keep it clean and smelling good. The washer are great they get your clothes super clean. And as for the dryer $1.25 for 30 mins you can't bet that. So yes this is my number one laundry mat. Keep up the good work
  • Tonya Tamez rated it 5/5: Yall I've never used a laundry mat before, and I've been two other ones and they didn't have time to assist me and I came into this hoping I could fig it out and the lady work approached me n showed me everything I needed to do on everything including the size of machine I needed. I'm huge on customer service and it blew me away how good she was with helping me. The place is clean. And the machines are in good shape and cheap less than 5 bucks for one load in the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place. Extended times are only 25 cents as well. Thus place will take care of you.

  • Kelly Ballew rated it 5/5: This is the only Laundromat that is open when all others are closed. Very clean and very good machines but best of all is the support you receive from the lady that works there.
  • Ehsan Ali rated it 3/5: Seems like I was the only one wearing a mask out of like 12 customers. Machines don't take card and there's no ATM to get money out, they only take quarters and have machines that turn cash to quarters. But all the machines work and do a great job of cleaning so I guess if you can get past the look of the place, it's a great laundromat

Lee Ray IV rated it 5/5: After my washing machine at home died, I was not looking forward to using a public place to wash my clothes. I ended up finding WaveMax online and was very pleased with the place. It was clean and I liked the fact that I could use my credit card to pay for WaveMax's services instead of using copious amounts of coins like most laundromats. Also the staff there did not hesitate to help me the moment I came in. I didn't get her name, but she walked me through the process of getting my laundry card set up as well as a quick run down on how the washers and dryers work with the card. Overall very pleased, and would definitely come back.

  • Julie Kinney rated it 5/5: Wow!!! Nicest laundromat I've ever been to.
Very clean, well maintained, even smells CLEAN 😊

    On site attendant 👍
Gladly helped me purchase and showed me how to use the new modern card system.
Even a small reading area for children. 📚

Complete opposite experience from the one across the street.

  • Levina Norwood rated it 5/5: I drove around the area and this was my 3rd stop. It's clean, spacious and there was plenty of available machines for my 6 loads of laundry. The on-site staff was very kind and showed me what to do and how to use the prepaid washing cards. There were probably 10-15 people inside and we all had access to the machines. I'm so happy that I found this place and will be using for as long as I need to. Great place!
  • Francis Schommer rated it 5/5: Did the wash and fold service, our clothes have never been this hair free (we have multiple dogs). Staff is wonderful, only downside is that we should have brought 50 pounds vs our 27 pounds and it would've only been a few dollars more (there's a discount if you wash 50 or more pounds). 🥰
  • Joanna Steele rated it 5/5: Such a great little laundromat! I came at a pretty busy time and there were still plenty of washers available. The lady that works here is so friendly and helpful. And the machines are so fast! I have a king sized confronted that I can’t get in my washer at home. It was done washing in 25 mins, then dry in another 20 mins. The extra large washers are $7.50, which seems reasonable. The dryers are $0.25 for each cycle. I’ll definitely be back!

James Adkins rated it 1/5: This place has burned three very expensive blouses. The first two summer blouses I took in winter to clean both had underarm burns. At the time I thought I couldn’t make a claim cause it was winter when I took them and summer when I used them. This last one had never been dry cleaned I wore it on a Thursday picked up on Friday only yo find out same place same burn. They are rude when you make a claim and they offer 50 dollars for it! I paid 450 dollars on sale! I felt insulted and they acted like it was something that just happens with silk ! Really? DONT GO THERE IF YOU OWE NICE CLOTHES. WORST CLEANERS EVER!!

  • Candace Snyder rated it 5/5: Very thankful for the terrific customer service Sarah, the manager on duty at the time of my drop-off, was able to provide me in a moment of "distress". Our daughter's wedding gown was soiled during her outdoor/garden bridal photo shoot. With the wedding 2 weeks away (the lovely supply chain glitches had pushed everything back, including the arrival of her wedding gown), I was concerned about the turn around and about the integrity of the dress post dry cleaning (sometimes dry cleaning changes the sizing in the fabric). Sarah assured me they would be careful and do a good job with the dress and she would make sure we received the dress in time for the wedding. Sarah was calm and reassuring and helpful. I received a text that the dress was ready within the week.
Yes, this was a significant expense (over $500) ~ but I would not trust our daughter's wedding gown to just any place and her dress was terribly soiled. I did call another reputable speciality dry cleaner in Dallas. Their price was over $800 and they could not promise it's return in time for the wedding.
Thank you, Sarah, for your great customer service. Bibbentuckers has always provided great service for our clothing and dry cleaning needs.
  • Jennifer Milliron rated it 2/5: I dropped off a simple trench coat and unlined dress. I was quoted $30 on drop off. When I went to pick it up the charge was over $100!!! When I asked they said the guy who quoted me didn’t know the prices and they could give me 25% discount. So I paid almost $80!!!! Huge rip off and dishonest pricing. I definitely won’t be back!
  • Trish Parrish rated it 1/5: I do not have the washer capacity to launder my king-sized comforters, so I brought a delicate brand-new comforter for them to wash. I appreciated the quick turnaround and the convenient drop-off/pick-up, however after a few months, I realized that a seam had come undone. I decided not to contact them about fixing it because too many weeks had passed and we were currently using the comforter.

Fast-forward to this week: I dropped off an oversized, fluffy queen comforter and the same king comforter from a few months back. I told them that I needed repairs done to fix the seam. Because of this extra service, they gave me an estimated 2-week turnaround.

Imagine my surprise when 5 days later, I received a notification that my comforters were ready for pick-up. I got home and saw that: 1) the repair was not done and 2) they charged me for 2 king comforters. I had to double-check if they actually cleaned the comforters.

I immediately called to get the charges refunded for the service not provided. They offered to do the repair if I came back with the comforter, which I declined. They then said that the queen and king are THE SAME PRICE, which was $12 more per piece compared to the last time!

I am obviously done with them. I allowed them to get away with damaging my BRAND NEW comforter and willingly came back for the same poor service. Enough is enough. I have never felt so ROBBED from a business like this.

  • Vicky Yang rated it 1/5: I asked to get my shoes cleaned because there was liquid INSIDE of the shoes. They said ok they will clean it but when I got it they only cleaned the exterior and the metal part got a bit rusted and the liquid’s been sitting there for more than two weeks. So the shoe is basically unwearable anymore. I’m not happy about their service. They could have told me they can not do the service I want when I brought my shoes in!
  • James Adkins rated it 1/5: This place has burned three very expensive blouses. The first two summer blouses I took in winter to clean both had underarm burns. Asmilda Martinez rated it 5/5: Very clean! tons of washers and dryer’s available..Staff is polite and helpful 🙂 Definitely coming back!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Kar rated it 5/5: They have Clean and big washing and drying machines. Big dryers are .75 cents for 18 minutes and small dryers are for 10 minutes for every 25 cents. Would definitely recommend!
  • Yasha “Peace” rated it 5/5: Best laundromat experience! They have central heat and air! That's important! The attendants keep the facility clean. Many large load washers that you can add an additional wash and rinse for .25 each. The best part is the dryers, one cycle gets your clothes completely dry so you're not constantly feeding it quarters. Quick and easy.
  • Asmilda Martinez rated it 5/5: Very clean! tons of washers and dryer’s available..Staff is polite and helpful 🙂 Definitely coming back!
  • Alicia Loyer rated it 5/5: Very clean laundry facility- plenty of machines. No awkward waiting! You can walk around the grocery store next door (Hmart) or the beauty supply store that’s in the same plaza too 🙂 only bummer is during summer it gets very hot I don’t think they turn on the AC😅 but it’s still nice
  • D. L. rated it 1/5: Washers do not wash clothes. Soap residue as water was not coming out in machine hardly at all. Noticed several washers seem to have water valve turned way to low cause hardly any water to come out in washer. Suggest trying a different place if you want your clothes cleaned instead of soap thrown on them and then just spun.

Our reviewers say that the staff is friendly and helpful, and that the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. They also appreciate the convenient location and reasonable prices. So whether you're looking to do your own laundry or drop it off to be done for you, DFW Laundry is the place to go!

Googly User rated it 5/5: I live down the street and have a washer and dryer at home but I visit here every other month to wash our king mattress cover in the extra large capacity washers/dryers. It's $5.75 to wash and 25 cents /10 minutes to dry. Saturdays and Sundays are both extremely busy days here, tons of people and lots of machines being used. There was another reviewer who mentioned that the employees are also using a number of the machines for the laundry service and yes, that happens. They are however fair about letting customers use the big dryers if you need one. I have had the chance to stop in a few times on a weekday morning and can say that it is pretty much vacant. If you have some flexibility in your schedule you can basically have the place to yourself. I don't have a ton of experience with using laundromats but this place is always clean and well kept. There is AC here. Some of the ceiling tiles need replaced ASAP (brown water stains and green mold in several places) and the ceiling vents and ceiling fans need a thorough, deep cleaning/sanitizing but every restaurant or business I have been to I notice the same thing. Machines that are on the fritz are tagged and they ask you not to fold in front of dryers so other people can use them. The employees all speak English and Spanish and are very polite and accommodating. The first time I visited I accidentally put my stuff in a non-working washer (I didn't see the sign). When I told the employee she helped me switch my laundry to a different machine and then bypassed the pay section since I lost my quarters to the other machine. There are seats if you plan to stay but on the weekends it's sometimes extremely difficult to get one. A lot of space for seating gets taken by the bundles for the laundry service. All in all every time I have been here I have had a pleasant experience.

  • mamagirl 1172 rated it 5/5: This place is clean with new modern front loaders. Size of the washers are single load, 3 loads, 4 loads, and 6 loads for busy people who want to throw all the laundry in together and just get it done. Regular size dryers plus 4 extra-large dryers and tables for folding laundry. Courteous and friendly staff, drop off service, snack and drink machines.
  • Doug Caldwell rated it 5/5: UPDATE Sep 2021. Sep 2021. Back for washing bed spread and two pillows. They are too much bulk for my home machine so I used one of their new ones since my last visit 2018. Bring lots of quarters and/or $1 bill to use change machine. Price range $1.75-$5.75 depending on size of machine. All machines just take quarters. Staff was helpful with info and instructions. Now called DFW Laundry on outside but Amigo inside signs. New photos added. First visit [Dec 2015] all based on Yelp reviews. My washing machine was broken and new one won't be delivered before I need clean clothes again. Great first impression with clean and quite place. Smaller than expected but plenty of machines. Washed weekday afternoon so not too busy. Only washed three small loads of clothes as dryer at home still working. Took lots of new photos. Only took 24 minutes to wash and if you need extra wash time it only adds a few minutes. Spin dry did a good job of getting water out. Machines don't make much noise. UPDATE Feb 2018. Return visit to wash queen-size bed spread. Cheap at $6.25 DIY in largest washing machine; 3 different sizes available. $.25 for each 10 min of dryer needed. Different sized dryers available.

  • Nina iglecias rated it 5/5: I love this place, I feel welcome when I come in, I normally have both of my small kids with me when I'm doing laundry and the ladies there make them feel welcome and don't make us feel like a bother. Most places it can be hectic with both of them. Ms. Berta is so sweet,The first time I met her she welcomed my kids and I my daughter started throwing a fit and she stepped in and helped not many people do things like that, as a single mom it helps a great deal when your trying to get stuff done lol, all around the best experience I've had doing my laundry. Also the drop off service is wonderful and not as expensive as some places I've been to. Very affordable! 😊 this will be my regular spot forsure!
  • Eliya Shirwood rated it 4/5: Would place the rating higher, but 3 of their standard lower prices washer are out of order, so need to be prepared to wait for the remaining 2 to become available, or pay up for the deluxe versions. Still a nice humble place to relax, good time to learn Spanish since they play Spanish channels on their television.

My usual cleaners could not get it back to me in time and I searched for a reputable cleaner that I could trust. After reading several reviews I decided Paramount would be my best option. I was SO ECSTATIC about the results that I have not stopped going and they are my new dry cleaner even though it's 20 minutes from my home. Certainly WORTH the drive!!! They consistently give great care and attention to all the small details!

  • Trae D rated it 5/5: I’ve taken my clothes to dry cleaners across the entire country for years and these folks are the best by far. Every order was absolutely perfect and fast. They’re always pleasant and attentive, and very professional. Don’t look anywhere else for dry cleaning needs, even if you have to drive a little extra, they’re worth it. Thanks for taking such great care of me paramount!
  • Lisa Simmons rated it 5/5: Paramount is the best dry cleaners in the area! You get what you pay for with them! Very quality dry cleaning services and very friendly and courteous staff! Highly recommend them for dry cleaning your nice clothes. I do not trust many to dry clean my clothes so I won't go anywhere but Paramount Cleaners!
  • Lauryn S. rated it 5/5: Fantastic service, expert cleaning, great attention to detail. Work "done right" which can be hard to find today. I'm a stickler for quality work and Paramount Cleaners deliver. If you care about your clothes then use them.
  • Holly Bennett rated it 1/5: I had 5 pieces cleaned and took them home and put them straight into the closet. When I went to use one of the dresses today I found that the dry cleaner had snuck the dress in the back of the bag and had applied a tag about a stain… but they had pressed the stain into the garment. The tag mentions that it was being brought to my attention, but the cleaner said nothing about it, and quite honestly I don't even recall a stain when I dropped the dress off.

  • Landon Farrow rated it 4/5: Overall pretty good experience. The washing machines were did a pretty good job and for a reasonable price. The dryers were not so good and took quite a few cycles to dry. Also had a strange guy keep asking everyone for rides and to use my phone over and over. Which I didn't mind letting him, but he was bothering other people for over an hour. There was no one working there that could help anyone.
  • Shelby Randall rated it 1/5: Lovely how on the door it says "last wash at 10," so I get there at 8:40, walk up to the door, laundry basket in hand, the worker RUNS to the door, locks it, and then turns off the light. Incredible! I have gone here for a while because it was convient. Not anymore! They never have soap, toilet paper, or paper towels in their bathroom either. And I've been coming here for a while. I'll take my business elsewhere. I advise you do the same.
  • Sad Shelves rated it 1/5: They have a health inspection grade of D- witch is about 38% safe (that’s a low number) do not wash here if you like being healthy. Plus they charge $3 for every thing including the small washers/drawers
  • Frank Bazan rated it 1/5: I put $3.50. Machine never came on. No attendant present. Lost my money. Never going back..

Dee Ann Gordon rated it 1/5: They aren’t necessarily open during their business hours. You may go and find the doors locked, so you’re unable to get your clothes back. I like the eco-friendly concept but I actually need my clothes for work. This has now happened several times so I will not be using this dry cleaner anymore. I would really like to get my clothes back, though. I called, emailed, and messaged them on their website. Hopefully someone will get back to me.

  • Sara Hedberg rated it 5/5: Best service we've received in regards to dry-cleaning in the area both for our family personally and for our business. We used a different business prior to COVID and the last 2-years it has been great at Toms! Thank you! Your team has provided quality, consistent service and we appreciate it in our home & business!
  • David S rated it 5/5: I’ve been in the neighborhood for a year now and being my wash and fold here. There was an accident with one of my shirts and the owner kindly called me back, and bought the shirt back. He was surprised that this had happened and said it was a really rare case. This is a wonderful small business and they treat their customers right!

  • Hayley Jenkins rated it 1/5: Used to be a loyal customer for years, until they ruined my favorite, expensive pink blazer with "perfume or deodorizer that seeped into the fabric." The manager, Mark Nieto, was so poor at communicating, for literally 2 months (May 14, which was a week after I picked it up originally and discovered all of the blotches, so gave it back to them to try and fix) I had to text him almost weekly. I sent pictures, offered to meet him in person and show him all the spots, as pictures didn't even do the damage justice… yet he made up excuses left and right for his lack of customer service. He offered a credit once, but I don't want to send my nicer clothes there anymore… I want to have my blazer fixed or completely replaced, as they ruined it! I had only worn it twice, and this was the first time cleaning it because I was super careful with it, and now I cannot wear it at all – to no fault of my own. I understand that mistakes happen, but what really infuriated (and still infuriates) me about this whole fiasco was the "manager's" complete mismanagement of the situation. It is now July and they have still done nothing to make it right. So, I will be taking my clothes to Bibbentuckers or somewhere else that can better manage. Such a shame, I wanted to be sure the owner was aware so it doesn't happen again.
  • Sarah Zeckser rated it 1/5: I will never return to this business again. I took two sport coats to get cleaned and a brand new button down shirt. The first issue is they told me my items would be ready the next day after 3pm. I showed up to pick up my items and they had not even started on them. The shirt came back snagged and had stains on it. The two sport coats came back stained. Be sure to read reviews before taking your items here.

My account name should be under Sarah Macdonald the items were dropped off Monday October 10 around 7:15 am.

THANK YOU Mr. Do 😃 keep up the good work and oh yes I will be back every two weeks. THE BUNDLE SERVICE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!🥰🥰🥰Again see you in two weeks! 🧺
  • Amanda Nicole rated it 2/5: Machines were dirty/dingy, the dryers burned and melted my clothes on medium heat setting for 1 cycle, the place needs an EXTREME make over. ½ of the vending machines font work.. for snacks AND laundry products, bleach/detergent etc don't work, the restroom was disgusting & had no soap or toilet paper in it yet there was an attendant working.

The picture of the pay phone is so relevant to this place! It has cobwebs all over it & the last this place was kept up with was when the pay phone was still working and actually used daily 😆 so like mid to late 1990's…. 💯

The quality of the cleaning is excellent, and the clothes come out looking great. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good, quick, and affordable place to get their clothes cleaned.

Mike Serrano rated it 5/5: Custer Cleaners came highly recommended.
I can say that I fully agree and recommend it.

Employees- very friendly and get you in and out in no time, at all.

Dry cleaning/launder – my major issues in the past have been broken buttons. Tried with a few shirts that needed some work on the collar. Shirts were perfect when I picked them up. They were also ready on-time.

I will be back!

  • Joshua Campbell rated it 5/5: My wife found a nice coat at Goodwill, but it had some small stains and some minor blemishes. Dropped it off at Custer Cleaners on Monday, picked it up the next day and it looked brand new. They did an outstanding job. I will definitely be going back for their services. They were very nice people, as well. Great place!
  • Rami Dayoub rated it 5/5: I've been using this dry cleaner since moving to Plano and they've always done a great job. I get my work clothes dry cleaned weekly and the service is excellent. I've even been able to get same day service after the cut off time which helps when you only get 1 day off during weekdays due to being in the restaurant industry. The owner is very personable and has treated me like a regular since day one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

It’s service with a smile too, and they really appreciate your business. Having a drive thru is such an added bonus where I never have to leave my car! I will be a customer for life! Thank you Custer Cleaners for being you! You’re terrific!
  • mulpuri kethan rated it 1/5: I gave 3 shirts, 1pant and 1 jeans.
Black jeans(Levi's) – the reason i gave is that, they would take care of it properly without it getting faded.
FYI – it's the first wash for the jeans.
Shirts – they weren't ironed properly, there are folds. I can do a better job myself instead getting things half done like in the pictures.
White shirt collar fold, wrinkles in the bottom.
Stripe shirt – wrinkles right below the collar and at the bottom.
    Navy blue – collar fold.
Pant – word's are not enough on how wrinkled they are.

Note :- i didn't take pictures of the pant and navy blue shirt because i already ironed them myself by the time i am writing this review.

I paid $27.**, That's an average of $5 per piece and tax.
Wouldn't recommend anyone with OCD, as it is very bad for their health.
That 1 star rating is also for the reception service. Product service👎

    For the reply :-
FYI – i didn't wash the clothes at home. They were wet because of rain and it is one of the reason i choose a dry cleaners.
Also, I've mentioned that two items are wet and are given in a separate bag.
What about the iron? What about the starch for pants? Why didn't you do that?
I hope this gives you some recollection and justification of your poor work.
