  • Chris Angus rated it 5/5: I love this place. It's very clean, cheapest prices, and they open for some pretty long hours. Like 06:00 – 01:00 everyday of the week. Not to mention that none of the machines here have eaten a single one of my socks. This is by far the best Laundry mat that I've ever been to in San Diego. By far.
  • Miss Frye rated it 5/5: I like it because it's a nice size laundry mat with many options for machines sizes to wash and a decent price! And there is always someone there to assist you when needed.
  • Yolie rated it 3/5: I went late at night it was very crowded had to wait to dry my clothes.
  • Serena Carnes rated it 1/5: Disrespectful rude unprofessional and a little racist towards black people…. Letting the Hispanic people get to the dryers before black people letting the Hispanic people hold the dryers While black patriots are trying to use the dryers. Asked for my money back so I can go to another laundry mat to get my laundry done… And they refuse that also Never again in my life will I come back here

The Laundry Room is a relaxed and friendly spot to enjoy a meal or a drink with friends. The food is simple and satisfying, and the staff are always happy to chat and make sure you're having a good time. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is always casual and comfortable.

Joe Z rated it 5/5: Wow, what a nice experience. Not what I expected from a laundromat. I came at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. It was clean, fresh, and nicely cared for, inside and out. The equipment was all very nice. The machines were big and took my double load. They had good WiFi (I did a speed test) and little work spots up front to work on my computer and look outside. One adjustment I’d give is the stools are too tall for the work space counters.

What impressed me the most was the staff. The attendant (Roxanne) was already there on a Sunday morning, and she was kind and helpful, not just to me, but to everyone that had a question or issue. I also noticed she knew some local customers and talked with them about their life and what was going on

  • Ivan Lamb rated it 5/5: First laundromat I’ve seen that has a bathroom, you can pay with card, free WiFi, seating, and good prices. 👌 Best laundromat I’ve been to.
  • Devon Hutchinson rated it 5/5: This laundromat is super chill. Love the range of sizes of machines, the 6/8 load ones are awesome for when you have lots piled up to do quickly. The staff are super friendly, and the quarter machines are dope. You can use your card to pay for the machines as well which is appreciated.
  • Jade Dadiz rated it 2/5: I’m really sad to write this review :/

I’ve been putting it off for about a month.

I was a customer at TLR since 2015; however, I highly doubt I will be returning 🙁

There’s been a change in management and unfortunately the prices have gone WAY up and the service has gone down.

I dropped off 72 lbs of laundry, and when I got it back more than half of it was hung. I paid for wash and fold to make my life easier but over the past month I’ve been slowly taking things off the super cheap hangers that could damage my clothes.

I was far to discouraged to take ALL pictures of how weird the hanging was, but here are just a few remaining examples.

I do not understand why they would fold pants and skirts half way or even all the way and then put them on cheap hangers. I’m also not sure why a football jersey was hung?

This was a big pattern with the entire order. As previously mentioned, I only snapped a few photos.

When I confronted the staff, they said they weren’t the one who did my order and that at check in they asked if I had any preferences.

I never had any issue like this in the past.

Previously, they only hung my very fancy dresses or dress shirts etc.

It just seemed very weird. Like, very weird judgement calls on what went on hangers.

    I am very disappointed.

  • Divine Spark rated it 1/5: I have used this facility for 5 years and would have always given it a 5 star rating until last Tuesday. I put my $20 in the change machine and nothing came out. I found the attendant "Toni" and let her know and she said she had to call the owner. Offered to use a badge she had around her neck for payment on machines until I got my $$ back. I loaded 3 big washers and couldn't find her. Other people were using the change machine so I tried my luck at a $5 bill. Again, it wouldn't take my bill. I struggled for minutes straightening the bill and trying to re-insert. Nothing. I tried to find Toni and I couldn't. The office where they can be found if not doing laundry, was dark. No lights on. I found her in the back of the office, in the dark, hiding. She had stood back there and witnessed me struggling with the change machine and never came to help until another lady needed help. She helped her with her bill and walked off. All the dryers on the west end were full of clothes that were done drying and needed to be taken out. A lot of the washers and dryers on the east end were tagged with "Out of order" signs. Not where it is visible. But over the coin insert. You don't realize it's out of order until you go to insert coins. This person saw that I had a disability and watched me struggle with machines and made it a point to hide and not provide good customer service. I've always done my laundry here and look forward to seeing and talking with Roxanne. But after witnessing how low a human being will stoop and watch another suffer and struggle, I take mine a mile down the road now.

  • Ruta P. rated it 5/5: This place is great! Jessica was super helpful. I had an emergency-my washer and dryer stopped working and had several loads to wash (including uniforms for work). Originally went to another place just couple blocks away but was met with very unfriendly service so came here. And was pleasantly surprise by great service and great prices. Chose Fluff & Fold, Jessica told me she (or somebody else) will call me at 3pm, the same day and my laundry will be ready the same day. And it was! She called me at 3pm and I picked shortly after. Everything was neatly folded and placed in bags. Outstanding service, definitely will be back again! Highly recommended

  • Jia lawton rated it 5/5: I went to this place for the first time the other day and it's the bomb. I did a six loader ya know kinda tight but they came out extremely clean. And the dryers were faster than I was. It's a 15 on the scale of one to ten Oh and they have a free delivery service as well. I'm inpressed.
  • Lesvin Alcaraz rated it 3/5: Dear laundromat owner,

I been consistently washing my clothes here for under 5months. I enjoyed the space cleanness, friendly service and amenities. I rarely feel the need to leave a review. Today I felt empowered to let you know that I will not longer be bringing my money to your business. Reasons are the following: I believe we shouldn't have to pay to use the restroom when we are patrons and bringing you our hard earned money already. Secondly, I enjoyed charging my phone as I waited for my clothes to wash. I may not be huge loss to your business but I hope you don't wake up one day wondering why your business has declined….

  • Kirsten rated it 2/5: Huge percentage price increases, but the service being provided is exactly the same. The staff is nice but the owner guy is kind of rude. He’ll probably comment on this with an excuse/defense and prove my point.

Edit: Dear owner, we haven’t met, but I’ve read your responses to previous posts, and you do not seem at all grateful for your clientele. I’ve observed you in person and it seemed like you were being snarky to a repairman. Even your reply to this comment is a bit snarky. I stand by my original post.

Laura Hess rated it 5/5: New favorite laundromat.
-parking lot
-bathroom while doing laundry
-plenty of seating to work while you wait
-clean machines
-good range of washer size and price
-SpeedQueen air only option (no more line drying your clothes AND it cost less than using heat!)
-helpful and kind attendant !

I’ve been searching for a laundromat that gets it all right, and they do! 5 stars hands down.

Note: you have to get a card and pre-load it with cash or use a CC there but honestly it’s easier than dealing with the coins so who cares

  • John Bonner rated it 5/5: First off, me and my girlfriend come here almost every week due to the amount of clothes that we own on top of us having a 3 year old. Every time we come Jessica C. Is here to help us with such an amazing attitude. My washer had malfunctioned and Jessica fixed it before I had time to even know about it, she then took it a step further and came to the parking lot to find me and let me know. Everyone that works here is such a huge help to me all the time but Jessica takes that extra step and goes above and beyond and greets me with a smile and she makes doing laundry not feel like such a chore. The El Cajon Blvd location is very lucky to have her on staff here. Outside of staff their fluff and food services are TOP TIER with amazing pricing and efficiency.
  • Corgi Butt rated it 5/5: Love this place. Huge facility with tons of washers and dryers of all sizes. All machines either take debit/credit or you can apply for a card at their kiosks to load money on to using cash or credit. Machines also take coins of course. Lots of off-street parking, there's a Mexican food truck that lives in the parking lot if you're hungry. There's even a sizeable sit-down area inside with tables you can wait at. They also have wash & fold services as well. Only downside is all of the vending machines are coin fed and have no card readers. Overall, good option if you don't have a W&D and don't want to go somewhere you feel like you're packed in like a sardine.

  • T*L*C rated it 3/5: This used to be my fav spot but they changed the system and prices. Just be aware the price will change when using washers and dryers.. it will say $5 and jump up to $5.50 or $6 when you pay.. it will say $4 and then jump to $4.50. Dryers will do the same.. they used to give you $3 extra if you put $20 on your card.. or give you a free wash if you wash a certain amount of loads but not anymore
  • eric clark rated it 1/5: The last three times I’ve been here And drop my laundry off to get done I’ve had laundry come up missing and also they pad their scales. That’s not been in exaggeration. I literally have the same scale for my shipping and car parts at my shop and their scale is 12 pounds padded I brought and 43 pounds and end up being 54 pounds watch these guys are jokes

  • donavahn cortez rated it 2/5: I went on Sunday to wash my clothes and I usually have a good experience with this company being that I wash at their national city location however this was my first time trying the north park location and sorry to say but I won’t be returning. I get home to find out my clothes were missing and I know that I washed them, 2 pair of pants and dress shirt are missing and what’s crazy is I was inside on a bench waiting for the last machine to washer to throw in dryer. I can’t believe that someone would go in STEAL my clothes. I know what I washed and I know what I didn’t return with. I eve never had a problem with this anywhere else, I did see a few roaches too but I mean the building is old so I understand however the stealing part whom ever it was is unacceptable
  • Linzee Michelle rated it 1/5: I cannot believe the way the owner of this business chooses to respond to these customer reviews. Whether or not the reviews are over exaggerated, blatant lieS, or accurate…..Mr. Wash n Go 100% completely unprofessional, zero accountability! My best friend told me to go here & I was headed out the door to go wash a few duvet covers and then I found these reviews while getting the address. In an attempt to clear your bad reviews, you made a bigger fool of yourself Mr. Wash n Go.
  • Chelsea Marie Meier rated it 1/5: It's ridiculous how much they have increased their prices in the last year. A 3 load washer is now $5.25, up from $3.75 last year. They are exploiting customers and over inflating their prices. They offer $2 free for every $10 you pay, but that means nothing if they keep increasing prices. The prices are not marching inflation, it's greed. Their business is busy and successful. They do not reward loyal customers.

Kaan K. rated it 3/5: The young lady, who was employed there, is very IMPOLITE and rude, even though I say her that I've never been there before. I just wanted her to explain me how the machines work and she just didn't feel like doing it. SInce I am a tourist from Europe. And as she was giving me the coins, she just smashed them onto the desk!!!!

Edited: The machines are working fine. The owner gave me a nice call, where he apologized and sounded like a nice gentleman. I am sure, this will be taken care of.

  • Miss Pachi rated it 5/5: I used their wash-and-service recently – dropped off my laundry before 10am, could collect it 4pm onwards. Convenient and fuss-free. Laundry smelled fresh and was packed neatly in a paper bag. So much more affordable compared to hotel rates!
The location of that area doesn't look the best so I made sure to deposit and collect my laundry before dark. Would recommend this place overall.
  • Ashley Hanna rated it 5/5: Best spot in town for wash and fold service. They always do a great job at removing stains and fold the clothes professionally and give it back in a nice bag. One stop shop for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs. With a convenience store and delicious deli to enjoy right next door.
  • Rishi Alain Mungal rated it 5/5: This place is great. Very helpful when I called a few times to ask them questions. They had a duffle bag worth of clothes washed, folded and delivered to my hotel within a few hours. A huge help for anyone who has a good amount of laundry that might otherwise cost $$$$ with hotel cleaning fees. Well worth it!
  • Kareem Al Gharib rated it 4/5: Washer and dryer are about 30 mins each, price is not too bad (5.75 for washer, 2.50 for dryer). They take quarters only but the convenience store next door can do that for you, plus sell single uses of detergent. The woman working in the laundromat was very sweet and helpful but I have to knock off a star because buying a single use of detergent takes the total cost to 10.25. Would be much nicer if it rounded out to a single ten dollar bill of change.

Humberto Barraza rated it 2/5: Mmmmhhh. Where do I start. Ok so some machines are broken. And they really don't care about fixing them. And some machines just take your quarter and nobody's there to give you your quarter back. At least early in the morning no one is there. They have a nice big huge ceiling fan but guess what it's not turned on early in the morning and it's been really hot lately. No a/c and the floor is dirty. Nobody sweeping. It's hard for me to write negative reviews but what makes it easy is when it's the truth. One more thing. The water they use to wash smells like sewer water. No body cares.

Especially the manager of that place is very friendly.
You have considerable patience for customer service.

To come and wash your clothes in a place that is kept clean.
I understand that she is a new worker in this place, so she gives a great service her name is Yesenia
I understand that she is in charge of the building, so if you have any questions related to the Wash & Go landry place, contact her since she is a person who has a lot of patience to dialogue with customer service I recommend her.
  • LiLy GaRaTe rated it 5/5: The best place to wash in all of SD hands down! Cleanest, friendliest, faster, newer machines give you a better, quicker wash and you can be in and out in a flash! Look them up I'm sure there's one near your home!

  • Adnan Barredo rated it 1/5: I went to this location on 08/22/2021 and I used a washing machine that was malfunctioning. The machine stalled at 11 mins and was just sitting. I asked the attendant for assistance and she restarted it. It stalled again at 5 mins to which the attendant said it is because i used too much soap and I needed fabric softener. I told her never in the numerous times i have used the machines and used excessive soap has it ever stopped the machine from running. I explained that there is no signage the indicates excessive soap will stop the machine and no signage that indicated fabric softener is mandatory. She said that she is responsible for the machines and not the clothes inside, which was unrelated to anything. I asked her if she can at least comp another wash since this happened twice, to which she said no because it was my fault for using to much soap and walked away. I ran it again to remove the excess soap from my clothes cause maybe she was right. It happened again at 11 mins. this time she said that she wont run it unless theres fabric softener I asked her if she can add some as a solution but she told me to buy it. She said no matter how many times she restarts with it wont go down to zero and it wont open it and she walked away! i asked her how am i going to get my clothes but she ignored me. I had to yell at this person because she was being negligent. I even asked her how was able to start restart the washer at all if it was going to malfunction the way she said to which she had no answer. She told me to get my clothes and get out, but it was locked in the broken machine! she restarted it at 11 mins and she decided to add fabric softener. It stalled again at 5 mins without a final spin. I asked her again if she can reimburse me for this massive inconvenience to which she said "my company doesnt reimburse anyone" The machined started again on its own but it never completed a spin cycle so my clothes came out dripping wet. From the management to the complete staff are just great people. Fine group of folks!! Thank you to all the staff for all the help and kindness you've shown me. God bless all of you. Robert
  • Meggy Z rated it 5/5: Fantastic laundry stores. We are traveling and living in a hotel near the Midway Museum. It's very convenient to take the green/blue lines to this place. They open early and close late. They have various sized machines, a self laundry(wash +dry) is around 4-10 depending on the machine size and wash type. Similar to subway/light rail. You just need to get a card and load balance on the kiosk. A large and clean waiting area are provided. I will recommend here for travelers who don't have self-laundry at hotels.

Darrel Davis rated it 5/5: Nice and friendly staff as soon as you walk in. The place has cleaned up a lot since the last owner. The new owners are so friendly and welcoming. It looks a lot more inviting and very clean. One of the best Laundromats in the area. Hands down!

Update: Brought my suit in here and it came out looking amazing. The price was really cheap too. Would not go anywhere else. Happy with the results!

  • k b rated it 4/5: Self-serve laundry, dry clean or fluff and go. If you have a lot of laundry, pay the extra 10.00. Park Laundry will wash and fold like a personal assistant. Free soap- Costco or Smart and Final brand or similar. Staff always on-site and responsive, courteous and professional.

Place is always clean and sanitized. Bathroom is always sanitized. Machines are maintained and work without a glitch. Single load wash to 7 lb loader. Plenty of heavy duty machines. Prices range from $3.50-$6.25. dryers $0.25 for 6 minutes most time dryers are hot but sometimes it's amiss. 3 quarters takes care of most loads. Few wire tables and chairs with outlets. Long countertops for folding.

Best time to go early morning or 7 pm. even when crowded people know how to navigate. Parking lot in the back. Metered parking in the front. Walking distance.. quickbites, convenience store and Sprout's.

  • MicahFön Wojnowski rated it 5/5: Plenty of machines, friendly staff switched out my coin purchased liquid fabric softener for the sheets without any problems and a friendly smile. Single loads aren't cheap, but th larger machines really do a better job cleaning everything anyway. I used the "3 load" machines that were 2.75 to wash. It definitely could hold closer to 5 loads, and I like the clear window fronts. You can really watch all the dirt coming outta your laundry in the rinse cycle. And then on final rinse watch nothing but clear water getting spun out of your fabrics. Huge dryers, can do as long or as little as you need. 6 min per quarter, that ain't bad. 2.00 got all 6 loads of my dryables dry.
  • Tia Hitt rated it 5/5: Great prices and they have free wifi and the people that work there are friendly.
  • Jenifer Jordan rated it 5/5: Great little laundry mat with gas 7-11 all new washers and big super dryers making it the greatest quick work spot done I have had in ever.
  • joelincoln Lincoln rated it 3/5: More than half dryers don't work. Just put a quarter in at once, if it doesn't feel hot in 1 minute it's never gona get hot and you need to take clothes out. Some won't spin at all some won't take quarters and they won't put a do not use label on it.
  • Jose Escutia rated it 1/5: Went there at 10:33pm after I got off from work only to dry my work hoodie up since I’m a delivery driver and it got soaked from rain but the guy in there said “we’re closed!” while standing in front of the sign that said they wouldn’t be closed for another 27 minutes…
Anyways, I wouldn’t trust their business hours, if you need a last minute dryer I’d recommend to look elsewhere.
