So that 3 is my personal preference but if there were only reviewing the physical laundry mat business and it's employees then I think they would get a 5 because there always ready to assist you and iv never actually seen a broken machine there and that's a 5 in it self! given that it's 1 of a extremely few "24hr" laundromat. Devin went above and beyond by walking all the way to my apartment on Union and Toni was gracious enough to drive me to my apartment as well! All in all I will never use another laundry service.     First, let's start with the friendly staff, especially Toni. My interactions with Toni have always been amazing. She's warm and friendly and always makes me feel valued as a customer. Her memory is amazing as she just recognizes me by face! I've never left the store without a smile.

    Second, the cleaning has been spot on every time. Everything has been nicely cleaned and pressed. They use nice hangers that you can keep or return for credit.

    The communication is great! You get an email when your item(s) are ready. The tickets are clear and describe each item including the brand.

    Finally, the location is great and is always clean and inviting inside. They have a loading zone in front so parking is never an issue.

Never denied damaging shirt, proceeded to use very harsh cleaning to try to remove glue and shirt now looks worn out as if it was 3 years old (this was first wash). Manager refused to replace shirt, never denying they ruined it, and only offered cleaning credit. Again, don’t go here… they don’t care, at all.
    Original Post: Do not go here. This place lost my wedding shirt and offered me 10% of the value. It was a brand new shirt, worn once. They ignored me and gave me the runaround for months and only partially paid me for the shirt when I got a reporter involved. They offered me an cleaning credit for the balance. 2 years later I decided to give them another chance and, at pick-up, (1) they couldn’t find the credit (2) ruined a shirt by getting glue on my new shirt. Also, all the clothes collected were covered in blue fuzz. Once again, the manager is giving me the runaround – it’s been two weeks and they haven’t said anything more than “we will look into it”

The owner should be thrilled that he has such a fine young lady that works for him/her. As soon as he sent out of nowhere that the speakers of the cameras he has in the laundromat he tried to tell somebody something in the laundromat but it came out very distorted and very much not understandable just don't pick your nose there because they are cameras. 😄 the dryers are fantastic the washing machine seems a little expensive

I came at 8:30pm and I was aware the place is close at 10pm. The staff was cleaning the whole time, and I did not feel the rush while getting my laundry done. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. Every thing is very clean for a public place. Highly recommend and I would love to be back!

I realized suddenly that the coin machines were not turned on because of the signs stating that customers should ask a worker to break their paper money for them. I didn't know what to do and was prepared to run back to my hotel but on a whim and not actually expecting a response, I texted the owner and asked what I should do. Even though it was so early in the morning, I immediately got a response back that they had been remotely turned on for me! That is true customer service to help someone no matter the time or place and I will definitely come back the next time I am in San Francisco. Support family-owned businesses!

    Note that soap cost $2, the dryer cost $3 for 30 minutes, and the washer cost $4 for 30 minutes. There were stickers for a laundry app on each machine but I didn't try it out.

  • Babe City Bambina rated it 5/5: Within walking distance of plenty of lodging which is a huge bonus to me. They have free WiFi. Services are very fair prices. Extremely affordable. Machines are all in service during my visit. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. The facility itself is quaint and cozy. Very tidy and inviting. Outlets on the wall if you need to charge up. Change machine on site as it is quarter only machines. Soap dispenser with powdered tide and also dry sheets for now. Very satisfied with my visit. This definitely isn't a place you can do a ton of laundry at but I'd say an even 4 loads max is a fair assumption on a slow day and 2 Max on a busy day is fair. It's a small place and it's just not ideal or fair to use up the machines doing pounds of laundry. The do a wash and dry service but I self served.

Sit & Spin is a great place to go for a fun night out with friends. The staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. The music is good and the atmosphere is lively. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded, so be prepared to be elbow-to-elbow with your fellow revelers.

Cost for washing machine self-service use was $4.95; dryer $0.50 for about 4 to 5 minutes of use, however, dryers are quite efficient. One has to purchase a machine access card for about $0.090. All in all, a good experience.

Machines work well and don't burn my clothes or run too hot. There's a bar close by that you can grab a drink at between cycles 🙂
  • Eugene rated it 4/5: A regular neighborhood laundromat. The so called "hot" water is lower than 100F, so, don't bring your bedding there. 1 time out of 10 a dryer will randomly not produce heat. So, check the dryers temp or risk to loose another 30min. A washer is 5$, 30min drying is 2.50.
