Jo Anne Solomon rated it 5/5: This is the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been in. All of the machines are clean and in working order. The washer are in different sizes depending how many loads you want to wash. The dryer are efficient and I didn't have to keep restarting them to get our clothes dry. We forgot a load in dryer, we we went back and no one disturbed it. I enjoy doing laundry here!

  • Donald Clark rated it 5/5: What an excellent Laundromat. I rarely go to laundrys but needed a big industrial loader to wash a sleeping bag.

This place is bright, clean and airy a and in great condition. You can buy everything you need on site, or bring it with you. There is a change machine, carts, free WiFi and clean customer toilets.

The lady that helped me was very kind.

  • casey torres rated it 5/5: Very clean business! Plenty of washers and dryers.
  • paul pallardy rated it 5/5: Rhondor locks hasn't changed it song if it has changed it it's only changed for the better it is still very decent place to do your own laundry yourself or as I do since I'm living in my car I have to take my dirty laundry there and they wash and dry and fold it and put it in bags for you and it's very reasonable prices I had like over 20 lbs of a dirty clothes and it was $22 for them to do it all for me I could either pick him up same day later or the next day very decent place highly recommended five stars
  • Kimberly Johnson rated it 5/5: Clean, open on time, very nice, everything works, great location! Nice laundry mat

Xpressway Laundromat is a great place to get your laundry done. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. The laundromat is always clean and well-maintained, and the machines are always in good working order. I highly recommend Xpressway Laundromat to anyone in the area.

Dennys Palacios rated it 1/5: You need a card to operate the machine which is bothersome, just another thing to keep track of… one thing I liked about this place is the variance in the size of the machines and that it's open very late. One thing I hated about this place was the little amount of water other washer used, also the customer service was horrible the guy working there (dead center of the store front picture) was crazy rude to me. He acused me of trying to break the machine, when it was another customer banging on the machine.

  • Lo D. Thompson rated it 5/5: I'm new to the area and I have been to a few laundromat locations. Although its more of a drive for me, I prefer Xpressway. The customers are friendly and don't creep me out like some of the other ones I have been to. I believe its that the staff sets the tone and creates an ambience that attracts a good clientele. Nick is very friendly, helpful, and plays excellent music. He looks out for everyone and goes above and beyond to help. I definitely recommend doing laundry here. I'll keep coming here until I get my own washer and dryer- which will definitely remind me again why I hate doing laundry so much and won't be as entertaining 🙃
  • Katie Quinonez rated it 5/5: This is by far the best experience I've had at a laundromat ever the employee there during the evening/closing is amazing he was so helpful and very pleasant and just was going above and beyond I guess there was no more cards for new customers so he had to use his card so he was like running around everywhere and he was very helpful and never once was he upset or you know had an attitude or anything like that like or made you feel like you were bothering him or anything it was such a pleasant experience I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending this place to everyone I know and I love how they're open late if they were open even later that would be even better because it helps so much I definitely hope the owner gets to see this and definitely appreciates his employee I believe his name was Nick but I'm not entirely sure but either way that employee deserves a bonus or a raise.
  • Tracy Lyles rated it 4/5: I've been coming here for almost 6 months and this is my go-to laundromat for the following reasons:
    1) They're open until 2 am. I wish they could be open 24 hours.
    2) The guy who usually works when I go, Nicholas (I call him "Nick at night") is ALWAYS very helpful! Not only to me, but to anyone who asks for help. Even if you don't ask, and he thinks you might have a question, he comes over and asks you.
    3) The card pay system-I wasn't a big fan of that at first, mainly because it's different than what I'm used to, and I don't like change. It is actually a very good system because if you need to do laundry before your payday, most likely it will still have enough on it to help you complete at least one load to tide you over.
    4) I like that the place is kept so clean! I mean constantly! I'm short so when loading and especially unloading the machines, the clothes always end up touching the floor. In other places I've ended up having to rewash a load of laundry by the end, because of them hitting the floor that had not been swept or mopped during the time I had been there. This is costly for me, since I wash so many clothes when I go, and also so many clothes do hit the floor on the regular.
    5) There's actually a very large, usable and sparkly clean bathroom to use!
There's so much more I'd like to say, but I'm taking up too much space. The only bad points are about the limited parking at any time day or night, and that it's not open 24 hours, and also that the card doesn't always work in a lot of the machines, but Nick at night is always very helpful , so don't be afraid of asking. He doesn't bite on duty!
So I totally recommend this place and I give it an overall 👍👍👌✌️🖐. Thanks for letting me share!🙋🏼‍♀️

  • Brenda P. (Kaylin) rated it 1/5: Expensive AF, have to use card to pay (inconvenient! since u never know how much money you end up needing to wash and dry, therefore you always leave a blanace😒and i need my money with me NOT on a card) and on top of that u pay $0.85 for the card🤦🏻‍♀️ I visit a laundromat like once a year for one purpose only, so this is not the place for me. Never coming back here again, looking for an actual COIN-OP one. Oh and 70% of the machines are out of order or have some sort of issue🙄

Reviewers say that the staff is friendly and helpful, and that the laundromat is always clean and well-maintained. They also appreciate the wide range of services offered, including laundry and dry cleaning.

Ryan Thompsen rated it 4/5: There are lots of washers and dryers, with the washers being different sizes and "speeds" so pay attention to which unit you use (higher cost means a larger load size or faster speed).
4 stars because the washers take coins but the dryers use laundry cards. However, it's good because there's a change machine that worked with my $1 bills and on a $20 bill. They also have detergent (liquids, powders, and pods) and dryer sheets for sale. The male worker was nice and helpful when I was investigating the dryer.

  • Fred Calixtro rated it 5/5: Best costumer service!! The place is always clean, there is always someone there to help out clean. They do wash and fold for a dollar a pound which considering cost of soap, fabric sheets, and the cost of machines itself sometimes makes way more since. You do of your clothes they weigh them out in front of you and you pay when you pick them up, they normally can have your laundry done within 1-2 hours but if not rushing can pick them up next day. I honestly don't take my clothes anywhere else I've been coming here for 2 years now and unless someone comes cheaper with same or better service then I'm a customer til they leave
  • Nicole Newsom rated it 5/5: This place I recommend to any busy student or a person with life and have no capacity time to wash their clothes ..just drop it off and they will do it for you at a reasonable price…. and you picked it up later time when it's ready.
  • Nithin Chakravarthy rated it 4/5: Lots of washers and dryers.
Cost: washers:$1.50. Dryers:$0.25 per 7 minutes. $3 deposit. (Cash only)
    Large, neat folding area.
    Good amount of seats inside.
Has laundry supplies at a reasonable cost.
Machine accepts only $1 bills to load the card. Deposit will be returned when leaving.
    Ample parking.
    Open all 7 days.
Also has drop and pick up of laundry. $1 per lb. min 10lbs
  • allison perdue rated it 4/5: Lots of washers with many different size options. Dryers are hot. I like they do not use coins but you load a card and then get the difference back. No more lugging around quarters. Disappointed at how many machines were broken but plenty others to work with. Gentleman at the counter was very nice and quite helpful when i had a question. Location is close to places to eat so nice to be able to leave and return.

  • Audrey Ruth Bareham rated it 5/5: Beautiful facility, kids shows, yummy snacks, CLEAN BATHROOM, well lit. Qualities you don’t often find at the local laundromat. Oh and you don’t have to use quarters 😁 The attendant working immediately asked if I needed help. There’s front parking and additional in the rear. So glad I found this place! Not the cheapest in the area but definitely worth it. The BEST! This is going to be my new regular!
  • Jazemine Lopez rated it 5/5: I just finished my laundry and i was very impressed. This is the first time there and using a card for services. I stood in front of machine for a moment. The attendant must have noticed my need and quickly offered his assistance and i was on my way to wash. The machines are priced at a comperative rate with the consumer in mind. I did all my laundry for $35.00. Id go again and recommend this well kept place to anyone. Thank you Mr Attendant for your outstanding service. Keep it up and you'll own one some day. If not already. Dedicated people are hard to find!!
  • Nate Barnard rated it 5/5: Good quality washers and dryers, low price, clean, convenient
  • Sylvia Silva rated it 1/5: Went there on Monday at 1:45pm to have them do my laundry & the worker said that they reached their 200lb limit for today.

L. Shultz rated it 4/5: First trip to a laundromat in a long time. My washer leaked last time. This place was close by AND got good reviews. I crammed a lot of shirts and slacks into a front loading washer. I added my own laundry detergent. It cost $3. either by credit card or quarters. It ran for 30 minutes. They do have a bank of dryers there. But my dryer is still working, so I just bagged the clothes to dry at home.

Most relevant reviews:

  • Christina Paulson rated it 5/5: Attendants are good and helpful. I went on a Thursday afternoon. It was busy but not crazy busy, I had to wait for 4 minutes for the super large machine was all. No wait for other machines.

  • Samantha Carruth rated it 3/5: Been coming here for years. Recently new washing machines have been installed. Very nice but new machines don’t take credit cards and the change machine doesn’t work either. Very frustrating since I only had bills. I was told the credit card slots would be installed soon. A couple of months later, still no credit card slots and change machine still out of order. They will give change at the window but only after you put your laundry in the machine. They should have a sign up to explain this.
  • Leigh Anne Richman rated it 2/5: Stopped by to do laundry …it looks ok BUT detergent machine was broken and bathroom was blocked / out of order. Asked owner if could pay cash to get detergent. He said “go to store.” Also there are signs everywhere that say no folding in store just remove and go to car. Doesn’t feel warm or welcoming. Don’t recommend. Won’t return. :/
  • Tanya Freudenberger rated it 1/5: We've been using this same laundromat for maybe over 15 years. Never had one problem: staff polite and responsive, machines in working order, entire business always super clean. As soon as the new management took over, so many machines not working it's not welcoming to do our laundry there any longer. Last Monday when we were there, not only did two machines that were supposed to take a credit card accept the card, but also not coins so we had to move the clothes. One machine was working, but started gushing water out after it already started. It's still "clean" to some extent, but I don't see the former staff who were always present and on top of everything. It WAS convenient to use especially with the ample parking, but we'll find another location now and definitely warn people not to go here.

Shepherd rated it 5/5: I haven't been to many others, but I know it takes work to keep all the machines working, so I appreciate that they are. I rarely see one out of order here.

I ESPECIALLY appreciate the longer than normal business hours here and even though I usually come in day time, the later hours have been a lifesaver and make me prefer to give them my business over other places.

  • Tina Solano rated it 5/5: I love coming to this laundromat it is always very clean! The owners are very friendly and welcoming even sometimes I’m running a little behind and zotico I believe his name is well he always stays a little longer to let me finish drying my clothes and that I really do appreciate! I will never go anywhere else! Even other people their are so friendly and kind we all clean up after ourselves and I feel very comfortable whenever I need to run to the store while my clothes are washing without worrying about my belongings! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much for your friendly positive attitude and a great experience I look forward to coming back!

  • Nicholas Hightower rated it 4/5: Wonderful selection of washers, but sad there wasn't a way to use $20 bills for change in any way since that's what ATMs give as a main currency
  • j w rated it 3/5: I have been coming for a year now. Quite and clean yes. There are some things need to be fixed. The washers has like a funny smell so I used extra detergent. They need to be cleaned. The dryers are terrible they need to be clean and maintenance. They don't get hot. I also notice the dryer using your card charges extra money. The dryer charged me 5.00 for 6 min dry that should of been .25cent. Why are the dryers taking 5.00 off your card instead of .25cent? Other than that I always felt safe here and they have news and snacks while you work.
  • Brendan Ibach rated it 3/5: Keep an eye on your clothes . There are some shady people that come here that won’t hesitate to steal your clothes if you leave them unattended. Lucky for me I caught them in the act on both occasions

  • gyle cruz rated it 5/5: I was surfing in the internet for best laundry near me and saw this from google. Looking at MARCO POLO website pictures and descriptions I didn’t look no more and headed to MARCO POLO. I’m so amazed for the cleanliness and and organized. Renee the attendant is so wonderful. She assist me in getting my membership card and showed me how to operate the machine and what machine and dryer I needed. But the highlight doing laundry here is meeting a helpful stranger Renee and knowing how she landed to this job. It’s a blessing for her. She’s doing a great job and you can tell she care and proud of what she’s doing. I’m glad I came and will continue to come and do my laundry here. It’s one of a kind! The best ever clean laundry I ever went. Thank you MARCO POLO for keeping your laundry business clean and safe. God bless!
  • David Zamora rated it 5/5: Super clean inside, friendly and helpful staff. Prices aren't too insane and the machines are efficient. Easily can do your laundry in less an hours time. Various sizes of machines for any situation.
  • Jessica L. rated it 5/5: This place is immaculate! I'm so grateful to have found a wonderful laundry mat with professional, friendly service. It's worth the $2 to get a laundry card. The system allows you to reload it so you can use the card as much as you'd like. You can also choose the amount you want to put on the laundry card.
  • oNeigeo rated it 5/5: Renee helped me get a card and greeted me at the door when I tailgated behind someone to get in. She helped me get a membership card using the kiosks to the left of the entrance. Renee was helpful and showed me how to use the machines and how to use my card. She was amazing! The membership card is $5 but if you lose your card they have it register to your name so they can give you a new one with the amount you had on the card. I washed a king comforter in the largest machine. I also bought 1 load if detergent ($1.25), fabric softener (3.00), and bounce sheets ($1.25) It was super quick, I didn't time it but I want to say less than 15 mins. The time for your wash is displayed digitally on the washer once it starts. The wifi password is on the wall to the left of the entrance. This was perfect to hangout and wait for laundry while avoiding using data. When you are drying your clothes the machine will turn on for $1.25 for 10 mins. While the dryer is running, if you put your card in again and press start it will add another 10 mins. You can also open the dryer and rearrange and close it and press start again without losing time you paid for. It took about 30 mins for my king comforter to dry on low temperature. It seemed like there was a Christian station playing. I'm not Christian but I didn't mind.

Whitney Jones rated it 5/5: The lady that works during the day is super friendly and always cleaning! Making it one of the cleanest laundry mats I’ve been to. Tried to use the payrange app and for some reason or another it just didn’t work for me, maybe I did something wrong (first timer) but the lady helped me to report the issue via the app and refunded me the money I put into the machine AFTER paying through the app. All in all 👍🏽👍🏽 Would definitely recommend this spot.

  • Uber Driver rated it 5/5: Love this place
Washers are cleaned as often as she can get to them between customers.
They also have laundry service, which is great.
Dryers also dry very fast here, not like other places. I drive across down just to wash here

Lucy's Wash & Fold Laundromat is the perfect place for those who need to get their laundry done quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The prices are very reasonable, and the laundry is always done to a high standard. Highly recommended!

Tyler rated it 5/5: I've been coming to this laundromat for a few years now and the machines are very rarely ever out of order. On the off chance that they are, it is always a dryer and I've only seen this happen twice during the years I've visited.

There are a variety of washers from top load to varying sizes of front load and many dryers. It is rare you won't be able to find a machine to use.

Lucy's also has some nice large tables for easily folding clothes, vending machines for beverages/snacks, ATM, and coin exchange machine. This laundromat is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

  • Bob O'Hagan rated it 5/5: Friendly service. You can do your own laundry or pay to have them wash it for you. Dry cleaning will take longer since they send it out. Lucy also runs the Mexican restaurant next door, which is very good.
  • T S (Money) rated it 5/5: The staff are dope and Lucy's Mexican grill is fire. My girl and i have a laundry mat in our complex, but came here once because the washer was getting fixed, now my girl and i go every Sunday as our new routine. Laundry and Asada fries, my favorite day of the week.

    Update:

I just wanted to remind y'all that Lucy's is awesome

  • Rosario K. rated it 5/5: Great customer service, when Lucy is in, tho, prices are just accordingly with the area, machines are clean and works wonderfully, place is always very clean, I enjoy do laundry in this place 😀
  • Lady K rated it 1/5: Came in to do laundry at 8am. When I approached the owner about the lint in the dryer she told me no they clean it at night. How are you supposed to dry your clothes with the lint vents being full. They are locked and she will not unlock it . You must wear a mask in here. Do not go here she has a pit bull dog running around with no leash! Not only do you have to put extra quarters in to dry your clothes because the owner refuses to to clean the lint out of the dryers. She has a loose pit bull dog with no leash or collar running around. I was scared the dog would bite and left right away!!

  • Tyler Z (Tyzam1) rated it 1/5: This place used to be so good. There are 3 more out of order signs on washers and dryers each time I come back.

    The story today:
There's nobody in office so I have to use quarters. Fine, I'll use my cash (not a ton on hand as I usually use card. Reason #1 I picked this spot).
I am using two large washers. As I'm loading quarters, the first washer ERR. Won't accept any more money. I've already put $2.00 into it at that point with no clerk to assist.
Second washer I get $1.25 and it also ERR. I move to another washer and load up quarters in it before wasting my time moving clothes. It works fine so I move my first load to it.
The next washer I try for my other load lets me load $0.75 then ERR as well…. I don't have any more cash so I settle with just doing the one load tonight.
The washer that IS working gets stuck in a 'balancing' state – – – for a few minutes. Great. The door is locked and nobody is here to help. I was worried, but the washer eventually finishes with the load, but the clothes are not well cleaned. There is still visible debris and hair from a relatively clean (mostly sweat) load of laundry.

The coverage and amount of out of order machines needs to be addressed. This is not the first time I have been burned by having to use cash or swap machines because of issues. I will likely find somewhere else for next time.
