But more and more the dry cleaning side takes up most washers and 90% of dryers. On my last visit employee tells me the dryers we are about to use don't work. And they were the only ones empty. And she just walked off. We literally left with our clothes wet. And if you know most laundry Matt's only let you dry if you wash there.

Dryers are always taken by the staffs working there. It’s always dirty and bathrooms don’t work at all. If only I could remember the lady’s name who was working there before she used to keep them really clean but I notice ever since she left everything went out of control and the new people working there now seems very unprofessional. I loaded my card one day $40 then notice how a lot of laundry’s weren’t working and left. Till this day I still have my card with $40 in it. Very disappointed because I used to go there weekly.

This place is always packed unless you come later at night. However i do like that they have 80lb washers and you can get all your clothes done in one wash. They have a customer restroom as well. Last wash is at 830 and they close at 10.They also have a back entrance. They do have a restroom but you have to ask for it to be opened.

I'm giving you guys 4 stars. I'd give 5 if: (1) your 8:30pm cut off time was changed to a later time. (2) Your Fri-Sun hours were extended. (3) You guys maintenanced all your down units. It was lightly crowded and I still had to wait for washers to open up before I could begin.

Just cause I have face tattoos I'm judged in my opinion I think she's in the wrong.

The cleaning lady there as well as the other customers were all very nice and friendly. The facility was very clean. The equipment was all relatively new and in good order and worked well. The free Wi-Fi was definitely a nice touch, and the prices for the washers and dryers was actually a little bit less than many other laundromats I've been to, where the equipment isn't even as good.

Only thing I didn't like was that my son was getting a cart for me to put the laundry and he came crying to me because some lady maybe manager not sure told him to not play with them. He tells me mom I wasn't playing I was bringing it I got so mad the lady didn't even appear again to tell her something.

Karen V rated it 1/5: Horrible customer service. It was 10:02 and laundromat attendant basically kicked me out. She told me in Spanish, "SALTE." I have been coming to this location for about 1-2 years now. Myself and my family have been to their surrounding locations and have never came across an issue. She stated her Uber was here and they were going to charge her which was a complete lie it was her husband. I have no issue giving her money if she needs it for Uber but her approach was unnecessary. My clothes was not all dry, she was extremely rude about it saying she doesn't not get paid after 10. If this place is not paying her overtime then thats just illegal. I advised her to be friendlier next time and take into consideration not all the times shes going to come out on time. I spent a total of $40 or more weekly as so do my other family members. Note there is no backstory to this, I was folding my clothes and was approached by this attendant. I have helped this lady in the past translated to her in a couple situations where the police was called when she's had issues with people. Neighbors please save yourself the hassle of coming to this place. I ended up leaving at 10:12, please pay this lady her overtime.

I had a small concern in regards to the laundry carts there's a few which are a tad bit tall and tend to scratch the vents located in the back if not careful, but besides that I love this location.

I forgot one load one time and I was sad because all of the clothes was brand new and pretty pricey. I went back to the laundromat just to see if one of the guys put it away and they did it. I was so happy and thankful to them. I got to say they deserve 10 starts 5 isn't enough…
