It bothered me to the point I'll never come back. Besides that one dryer I used wouldn't let me put money in to dry as well as was very dirty. Won't be going back any time soon.

Dryers are often out of order or don't work well. Always crowded until after midnight. Rather sketchy customer base at times. The quarters game is turned off at 11pm.
Vladamir Dracula rated it 2/5: It's difficult to do your laundry here without seeing at least 3 cockroaches before you finish your whites, the staff is expertly trained to tell you its your fault when a machine malfunctions with your semi-washed clothes inside, the most polite experience I've had with an employee is when a woman approached me and told me there were free hygiene items being given out. The prices have jumped lately on their washers by an unreasonable amount, washers that were 4.25 a load have leaped to 5.00. Visit this place if you enjoy placing a few extra quarters in a dryer only to find your towels somehow still damp, and your shirts having splotches of bleach on them even though you didn't use any.

I come in today and a BOY around age of 23 years old is going around calling customers “retards” for spilling detergent and proceeded to tell me as I was trying to use a washer “umm I literally just sprayed those can’t you see that” NO. I will fight until this BOY looses his $7 an hour job. I work retail and I would/will never speak to customers like this! DO BETTER AT WHO YOUR HIRING!!!!!!!!!!

When I fired that we did put laundry in, they demanded to see it, and were still rude. Would not come back. The man was also very rude towards anyone who would ask him a question.

Prices on washers and dryers are great! Washing machines and dryers are clean. It's the only laundry facility that I've been to that doesn't have "out of order" signs on their washer or dryers. The beverages and snacks are over priced so I'd recommend you to bring your own snacks and drinks.

The employee is friendly and always busy maintaining facility or machines. By that I mean either cleaning bathrooms or inside machines, or vacuuming. All in all good place to come.

Rochelle Sittingdown rated it 3/5: Usually I have no problems, been using this laundromat for at least three years but today I tried to ask the attendent, that I assume is new as I haven't seen her work there before, if I could get some quarters since the machine kept spitting out my money and she said that I had to keep putting my money in until I received quarters even though I and another older woman told her we had tried already and had the nerve to roll her eyes at us like we were bothering her and told us very rudely that we just had to keep doing it and turned away.and continued her conversation with someone at the counter. When the older lady who is normally here, she never has an issue with helping customers and I can understand about having a bad day but to treat customers like that is unexcusable and very bad for companies.

It's open 24 hours so it very convenient for those who have to do laundry at weird hours due to work or whatever. They have free wifi for you to use while here as well as TVs to watch, plenty of seating and most important plenty of carts to use for your laundry. It is very clean and all the machines were working and not all run down like a lot of laundromats nowadays. There are also 3 Little Tykes play house/jungle gyms that are inside for kids to play on so they are occupied. (My kids loved them). It is a bit on the pricey side though for the washing and drying. The front load washers are $6.50, top load washers are $2.50 and it is $.25 for 10 minutes for the dryers. Good news is they have an ATM inside that you can use if you're short on cash and both of their bill changers can give quarters for $1, $5, $10, & $20 dollar bills. You can use that change to buy their soap and softeners if you forgot yours.
It is definitely a place I would return to in Wichita to do my laundry the next time I need to.

Very helpful and accommodating to my concerns and needs. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but thelank you once again. I recommend Spring Clean Laundry if you want friendly staff, clean environment, nice washers and very good dryers.

They provide a URL on the machines for easy download. Cost of washing is reasonable and to dry is still 25 cents per 10 mins.

It's never busy & open 24 hours. There always seems to be at least one staff member cleaning & vacuuming. I highly recommend this place.

I know when I walked in I had a look on my face like I was lost🤣🤣,and the lady working here picked up on that and helped me. Very helpful and kind. The facility is very clean. 3 different vending machines with different snacks and very inviting. Hoping to have my washer fixed but until then I'll be back for sure.

Vending machines for food and soaps, bathrooms, and public seating available. Multiple entrances as well. Wasn't very busy which was nice so machines were available. I do think they should implement a bedbug policy of some kind at some level. When we were there, we had a family come in as we were finishing our wash and they, I kid you not, brought in 20+ trash bags and lined them up across the entire back of the room taking all of the washers AND dryers. I will say I love the app, we used it for our visit, so no quarters involved=no headache. There was randomly a taco truck in the dark parking lot blaring music, so that was interesting and fun. I wished we would have gotten lunch too! Lol

I was impressed from the moment I walked in.. I walked in and not only did I see the biggest washing machines I've ever seen but then I looked over to my right and they had the most amazing massage chairs ever. So I'm already on cloud 9. Then I was greeted by the owner who offered to carry in my baskets… WAIT.. WHAT!!!! Yes, he
carried in my baskets! I'm sold, first impressions mean so much and they had me when I walked in that door y'all!

Let me pay the full price on the app like a normal person, quit taking advantage of your customers!

What a DUMB CONCEPT! I spent way to long going back and fourth between the kiosk and the machines.

Only thing was great was the woman on duty oh, and the app shows you how long you have left.

The system is difficult to use and when an attendant finally showed up to help she offered a free wash next time i came in, keep in mind they already had my money (no change given) and im not coming back considering im now headed to another laundromat so i can actually get my clothes dry.

I like the settings on dryers for only .25cents for so many minutes so I can choose how long it dries but it’s only for 6 minutes?!

At least set to 10 min. You know it’s going to take at least 20 min for even the smallest loads. And “HI” dryer setting doesn’t exactly get hot at all. No warning in time to add time. It notifies as it ends not a minute before like it says it will.
Front doors….really? Hard to open and once HALF open they slam back on your body or face. Handicap button doesn’t work.
I mean, when is a laundromat going to put an entrance foyer in for a change (with auto-sliding doors)? So when they open you are not blasts with tons of cold air in winter but still have doors that actually open when you try to go thru them. We pay plenty already to cover that expense.
TV? Why have them if we can’t watch them?

After only two times doing laundry one later at night around 7:30 pm I was folding my laundry and what felt like a fight around me happening after the man raised his voice I hightailed it out of here not feeling safe here. When I left a girl opened front door saying thank you for coming and I was perplexed. I moved here from Denver and looking for a quiet safe place to do laundry, this ain’t it! The owner it turned out was the one raising his voice, said he was only playing around. I will not be coming back!

I've used your drop off service twice now and my clothes are so clean and folded beautifully. I really appreciate her and all of the other great employees there. John Mccormick rated it 5/5: The process takes 1 hr. 26 minutes to wash and 20 minutes to dry. The huge washers are 6.00 dollars and the dryers are.50 cent for 20 minutes and they are piping hot and get your clothes dry ! I will be back! 👍🏽🔥👀!!!

They have ALWAYS been on time, they ALWAYS have our clothes neatly folded and sorted. They have NEVER ruined any of our clothes. It is so awesome that we can depend on them to pick up our laundry and have it washed and folded, exactly like they say. I highly recommend them!
