Also, because they send 3 or 4 people to clean my smaller home, they are done in 2 hours or less which is very convenient for me. The only thing they could do better is to offer a senior citizen discount!

We have been using them for 3 years and everything is always spotless. Now, we have a 15 mo toddler who makes messes everywhere, and nothing is missed! I also do a lot of heavy cooking and my kitchen is degreased and absolutely stunning. On a specific day, our 12 tier shoe rack was disheveled and falling apart and the team – literally- pulled it all apart and put it back together. They went above and beyond without me even requesting it! Very very happy! Highly recommended.

True and False at the same time. I had to tell the team specifically what to clean (mirrors, tables, handrails etc.). I noticed later that my towel racks and paper dispenser were not cleaned because I still had the towels on the rack. My pictures on the walls were not wiped down. The cutlery cabinet was cleaned from the outside only to find out that they were still dusty inside. I had a small table on wheels. The table was not moved to vacuum underneath. Granted it was in the afternoon and the team was probably exhausted, but I was paying a lot for this cleaning and it just seemed that the team was not particularly exited to be there. There was a huge language barrier, as only the team leader spoke English.
I was really disappointed with the service. The only silver lining was the fact that The Maids was able to help me out in a time crunch.
I was looking to schedule a cleaning at least once a month. For this, I will be looking at other cleaning services.

Some of the cleaning was done well but after finding errors twice and seeing he was all packed up and ready to leave, I let him go. The bathroom upstairs floor was not completely cleaned.The surfaces he cleaned such as the TV and mirror in my bedroom and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen all left streaks and needed to be redone. The floor downstairs in the kitchen, dining room and living room had to be cleaned again.
Luis said he wiped down all of the wood trim with Murphys wood oil which I supplied but there were areas not touched. I'm upset two people were not sent out and that there was a significant language barrier with no advance notice. He offered to clean the fans but i know he didnt clean the fan in my bedroom as thats where i work from home. I can't give a great review and am disappointed. I do not recommend this service if you are listing your house for sale.

When I returned to town a week later to check out my condo , the cleaning was very poor quality. There was dirt in drawers and shelves, stains on the floor, white residue and grime in the cooktop. I called and informed the company and they said I would have to pay for a clean if I needed a better job. They would discount 50% on my next clean. I was very disappointed with their customer service and will not be using their service again.

Cleaner was on time and brought her own supplies. She cleaned according to their checklist which included bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. After the cleaning is completed, I noticed specks of dust on some surface areas. I called their customer support and they offered to send someone back to touch up. I was hesitant at first but decided to give it another try since I understand that everyone makes mistakes (plus my cleaning was done at night so it might be hard to see dust on lighter surfaces?). Cleaner came back the next day apologetic and immediately recleaned the problematic areas. Would definitely use their services again since their cleaning is satisfaction guaranteed!

Amanda Moses rated it 2/5: I’ve used Errund a couple of times and have been less than impressed. I always book the recommended time and the cleaner finishes with an hour or more to spare. My bathroom is never complete (which is 90% of the reason I schedule a cleaner…) and they do very little dusting and inefficient vacuuming. They frequently reschedule after confirming an appointment and today they first wanted to move my 2pm appointment to the next day or day after next. Then they asked to come at 11:45…and then showed up at 1pm. The satisfaction guarantee is a dumb policy. Why would I want someone to come back who did a sloppy job in the first place??

The individual was easily found on social media flaunting drugs, guns, etc. I cancelled the cleaning and contacted customer service to explain that this is not the type of “professional” we wanted in our home. I was told that I would be charged none the less and that they do not screen their contractors. Horrible customer service.
Save yourself a headache and use Handy or another service instead!

Carpets had NOT been vacuumed, not one surface in the house had been dusted, one of the bathrooms was not even touched, the floors were mopped but still had spots that looked filthy/untouched. The kitchen appliances were not touched. Basically, the cleaners cleaned 1.5 bathrooms, wiped kitchen countertops & quickly ran swiffer mop over bare floors. We paid for 6 hours of cleaning. Received 2 cleaners for 2 hours & they did a terrible job. I contacted Errund to let them know. They asked for photos so I sent several. They offered to send the same cleaners back to fix later or 1/2 hour credit for a future cleaning. No apology was ever made. Nothing was done to make things right. I tried to work with them but they just made up excuses (e.g., "we dont fix scratched stove tops – it's not scratched, it is dirty because the cleaners didn't clean it…) or they would ask if our daughters nursery was part of the bedrooms asked to clean… umm, yes, the nursery is one of the bedrooms that was supposed to be dusted and vacuumed.
I love leaving positive reviews & providing gratuity to service professionals, especially around the holidays.. but sadly, I believe we were taken advantage of and that nobody with Errund cares, or cared to try to make it right.
Strongly discourage anyone on here to use this company. If you need cleaning service, we have used Two Maids and a Mop our of Plymouth before. They are very good & more reasonably priced. They weren't available on short notice which is why we went through Errund.

This year we hesitated to give him the contact as he moved from Plymouth to Woodbury. He started bargaining at $1300 for snow cleaning. He took 300 dollars in advance for cleaning snow for us. This year he showed up once till now. Terrible service, no response from his end. Will not recommend him to anyone.I am planning on making a police complaint for the money he stole from us

NOTE: if you look at the negative reviews dealing with staffing, for the most part, they are correct in terms of having to wait to get started and then to find a regular cleaner. When you begin with Two Bettys, a very popular cleaning service with very loyal customers, they will tell you there's a wait of X amount of weeks. When they began with us, we had a few different cleaners, sometimes at different days of the week, until we settled on a regular cleaner (all of whom did a great job). Finally, after a few months (and great communication, always keeping me abreast of issues), they found us a regular cleaner in Tony, with whom we appreciate working. All of the cleaners do a very thorough job, put things back, follow specific instructions if you have them, and leave the place spotless with a note telling you of the day's focus, issues, etc. Yes, in this time of post-pandemic, if you want a cleaning company that immediately assigns you someone at the snap of a finger, good luck finding them–when you do, I imagine they will probably get to your house on a steam-powered unicorn. But if you want a phenomenal company that exists in reality and is dealing with the same staffing issues as… I don't know, the whole planet? and that not only does a great job but pays its staff fairly and treats them with respect, then get on Two Bettys' waiting list now. You'll be glad you did.
Lindsay Turner rated it 5/5: We reached out to Two Bettys in the beginning of 2022, and got off their waitlist and into a regular cleaning routine in March 2022. We love supporting a local business that treats employees and customers in line with our values, and we've been impressed with the quality of work that cleaners have done. What prompted me to leave a review today was how Two Bettys responded to a mistake on their end. Thanksgiving holiday caused some scheduling changes, and we had a substitute cleaner today. Because Two Bettys management didn't communicate well with the substitute cleaner ahead of time, they sent someone with a dog phobia to our dog-having household. We scrambled to stash the dog at a family member's house for the morning, and sent a quick email to Two Bettys client services to let them know what the situation was, and how it left us feeling surprised, upset, and frustrated. Within a few hours we received a response that Two Bettys management made the mistake of not communicating pet preferences ahead of time, won't charge us for today's clean (to compensate us for our time finding a solve), will pay the substitute cleaner, has put a note in our file not to send anyone who isn't 100% cool with dogs in the future, and is reaching out to the sub cleaner to see if there's anything more they need. This is a pitch-perfect response to me that leaves me feeling heard, valued, and confident that they're doing what they need to do to prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future. If you also want a cleaning company that gets your house cleaned, treats cleaners and customers well, and is accountable to mistakes — look no further.
