We've been really impressed with their service, which has been much more consistent and thorough then our past cleaner. On the rare occasion something was missed (maybe twice in a year, both at the beginning as they were getting to know our place), they have always offered to send a cleaner back to fix it or offered a partial refund. Cleaners have been great with our dog, and communication is easy. Though they are pricier than other companies, it seems like they do pay their cleaners better and offer a more consistent service than others, so for us that makes it worth it. We love coming home to SUCH a clean home!

From the start, they communicate professionally and completely (thanks for the early email reminder each month and the follow up text reminders, including eta!). People who have come to clean our house have always been very respectful and leave our house sparkling clean. Eli has been coming consistently the last several times and is a pleasure to work with. I’m disappointed in our “deep clean,” but far more upset with the owner’s response to my concerns. We booked a deep clean for our mostly clean and well-organized house, just to get some additional help with the spots that don’t get as much attention (grout, corners, etc).
I came home to a floor that didn’t look to be mopped, with corners of dirt in several rooms and massive dust bunnies behind furniture. Furniture was not vacuumed, and overall, no real sense of “deep” clean.

I called the owner to discuss my concerns, and he told me that my house was “far too dirty” and “covered in smoke and soot.” Even after sending photos of the unclean corners and piled-up dust, he claimed my standards were much too high (what?). While we had some candle soot on a few windowsills, our house was not “entirely covered” – and the window edgings weren’t even cleaned. Several employees were at the house, but never told my husband – who was at home – there were issues or that they weren’t able to complete the work. I had to call in order to learn this.

When I became upset with his treatment (because someone from a cleaning company saying your house is filthy is tough to hear), he proceeded to tell me he didn’t feel “safe” sending his employees back. The owner turned my own mental health around on me, saying if he knew I had OCD, they wouldn’t have come to clean the house. And – that he had never, ever had a customer complain before me in 7 years. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone gaslight me this much.

The only issue I have with Molly Maid is that it is much more difficult to book a one-time cleaning. I'd love to be able to book a series of cleanings but it appears as though the cleaning schedule is limited. My preference would be once every three months but for a standard general house cleaning this does not appear to be an option. Expanding the number of appointment options and timing of those appointments might serve you well as you begin to book out pre-scheduled cleanings.

They were here just over 3 hours and everything from the floors to the walls and baseboards was clean. I’m not sure my house has been this clean. Jose and his team were so polite and courteous. The price shocked me a bit but with the last minute and how many people came it’s quite alright. I couldn’t be more please with Jose and his team at Sea Clean. I do hope to be able to arrange consistent cleaning with them as they were superb.

When i hired him today 2nd time, he instead send 2 of his workers, who confirmed with me that it will take 2 hours. Jose then tells me that this time he will not charge me $140 and instead it has to be $220 (This is for a 500 sq ft condo with hardwood except for a small rug) . I understand prices change but he should have told me the new price before the cleaning started and not after I left the building. I agreed to pay his new price but no cleaning was performed.

When I called sharing the pictures with him, he wanted me to pay $100 extra and wanted to charge me to come back just to clean the couch and a small rug. He also wanted more for individual appliance cleaning, all this while being rude and threating to take me to collections with a recurring $50 month fee that his collections agency would come after me for.

She was very friendly and very efficient. I love that the company uses green products and does their best to have their products be as unscented as possible, a big deal for me, with asthma. I also love that since the main area was clean, the awesome cleaner was able to do some basic "checklist things" and did everything efficiently and all with a smile. K. Koleto rated it 1/5: I needed cleaning for two small bathrooms and a modest kitchen, and they quoted me that it would take 8.5 hours. This is without doing oven or fridge, even though they called it a “deep clean.” We had only been living here a couple months, and been keeping up on cleaning ourselves, in addition to hiring other professionals. (We’d been trying out a couple other services.)
They ended up charging us the full 8.5 hour cost for these three and a half normal-to-small sized rooms. (I say half because they also did floors in the open plan LR/DR.) There is absolutely no reason they should have taken that long. I complained about it, but the company basically just said, “You agreed to it!” I had not realized that I was agreeing to a 8.5 hour minimum; I was under the impression they’d adjust the price once they saw my home was not “condition 4” as they assumed and once they saw the actual needs. Instead the cleaners announced when they arrived that they were promised an 8.5 hour job and that they were going to stretch it out and make it take that long. I have no idea how she spent four hours cleaning that kitchen, or two hours in the bathroom. I can scrub that bathroom top to bottom myself in 45 minutes. This is one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve had in Seattle. Never again.

Tetyana was quick to respond, and scheduling was easy. The day of the deep clean, the team of two arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a thorough job. The gas stove, oven and bathrooms were especially spotless! This is a professionally run service and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We wanted a really good deep cleaning before the furniture got moved in and to get all of the dust from painting and some minor repairs, so we hired Move Out Seattle. The office was great sharing information as to what to expect from the cleaning, and it was also great that they work with no toxic chemicals and use HEPA filters, which would really help with the dust and allergies. As the first time person using a cleaning service, I had a bevy of questions and they were so patient with me. The end result was in expectations being exceeded, trust gained, and a happy customer. I moved back into my house after renting it out for 5 years and it was filthy. I am not exaggerating. There was dirt stuck in baseboards, in the wood in the hardwood floors, and bubble gum on my walls. I kid you not. It was bad. Move Out Seattle went out of their way to make this house sparkle again. I underestimated how dirty it was, and so I did get charged more, and that was fair. And it GLEAMED after. They CARE. They do a thorough and complete job instead of rushing through to get it done (it was filthy, as I said earlier). I cannot tell you how incredibly appreciative I am that they spent extra time to achieve a perfect job. I got WAY more than my monies worth.
