The first time they came out was for a deep clean and then an upkeep clean. The deep clean was great! They cleaned places I hadn't gotten to in years, baseboards, cabinets, window frames. I clean my stove top weekly and it has never been as spotless as it is now! They are on time, very professional and easy to work with. I've been very happy with how clean my house is! I've got them coming bi -weekly now and I'm loving it!

We have 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, dining room, hallway, and 2 bathrooms that are cleaned by them and it's +$200 every time they are out.

We only have them come once a month because the house isn't messy, we just don't want to mop etc.

Again. The people are awesome and do a great job, it's just definitely on the higher end of what I would expect to pay.

If you call in sick they tell you to wear a mask and come in anyway. I personally know several people who work for this company who have been treated so unfairly just for having to miss work do to unforeseen circumstances. You can’t treat people like this. They have lives and families. Clearly this company does value the work life balance of the people they need in order to remain in business. The management obviously doesn’t know how to build good team morale. You are replaceable and they let you know that.

She wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning the house prior and would come home to a clean house. They worked with me and were really flexible without knowing when our baby would be here. We set a tentative date but of course our little girl came early and they were able to fit us in first thing in the morning on the day we were coming home and did an unbelievable job. My family members are thinking about having their houses cleaned by Molly Maids and my wife and I are thinking about maybe getting a routine cleaning every couple of months because they did such an amazing job.

Ana A rated it 1/5: I’ve used this company for almost 5 years. The quality of work is par as I can do much better job, but I keep them around because it’s nice to get a break. I’ve never been late in paying and tip generously every time despite good or bad service. Sometimes it’s really bad, but it’s not worth my time to complain so I just clean it myself afterward. Most of the cleaners are good people and professional. There has been few incidents but only one worth mentioning here. I returned home noticing that one of my potted plant’s soil looks disturbed. It’s an old and expensive cactus. Knowing it should not look like that, I checked the cameras and found that the cleaner dropped my cactus from 4 feet distance TWICE. After the second time it’s dropped, the second cleaner came to help the dropper and shoved my cactus back into its pot. Nothing was reported to me, I’m sure they think I’d never find out. Check was grabbed from table, as well as the generous tip I left. I emailed the company reporting the incident and Willingham; the owner himself, responded to me. He said sorry but there’s nothing he can do about it. No compensation was offered or discount on next cleaning. The cactus is worth over $100 if you manage to find one, but it’s irreplaceable to me. I then reply to his first email stating that this kind of behavior is unacceptable. He never responded back, the next scheduled visit is “no call no show”, the following scheduled visit is the same. So not only the owner refused to take responsibility of damage, he also being very childish by cancelling my service indefinitely without notice. I have to get the house ready every time cleaners come. He wasted my time by playing his game. This company should be avoided at all costs. If he’s truly insured and bonded, he should be able to replace my dead cactus. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you must hire maids.

They have frequently alerted me to issues, and even make suggestions for improvement. If you have a special request, Dede is always willing to accommodate you where possible Keeping them throughout the pandemic has been the best decision as routine is important when everything is WFH. Their work helps me stay focused on my job knowing that they will make the home presentable again in short order. I will give an extra shout out to Brandi and Team 8 who typify the service we get from Scrubby Dutch.

When I called to ask the timing of the appointment, Renee told me that there was no booking made and that the booking had been made by the owner. When I tried to book an appointment, she hung up on me as it was 5 PM. Renee was incredibly unprofessional and it was disappointing experience.
They did end up coming the next day but I couldn't really tell someone had been in. I think they did a very superficial job. When I emailed them about the unsatisfactory experience, they never emailed me back.
Ashley Bauer rated it 1/5: We hired them to clean our house before we moved in. They estimated a 4 hour clean but only stayed 1 hour. I wasn’t home and they took the entire tip I left – $80 (based on a 4 hour clean not one hour!). I could hardly tell they had been there and some things I asked for like wiping down shelves and windowsills were not done. Also we’re told over the phone they could clean the non self cleaning portion of the oven and they didn’t do that. It was very upsetting because our move in date was set – so we couldn’t get the time back to deep clean the place ourselves or find another company before all of our items were moved in the home.
