When I told him I’d look around to see if someone else could do it quicker he said my business is so important to them that he’s give me a ten percent discount so I agreed to the later date. They sent a very professional list of what will be done and when exactly they were going to be at the address. On the given date I was at the address for two hours and when no one showed I tried to reach them. Voice mail said their office was closed. They called me back and asked if no one came to clean. I said no, and the guy said he’d reach the cleaner and get back to me. Half an hour later I got an email and text informing me that my job was canceled. Never s word of explanation or apology even though I wrote them back asking for one. I had to book a rush job from another service because this was two days before moving. Extremely unprofessional! Never will try them again. I would not give them a single star even!

    My house is only 1500 ft.² it took the cleaner five hours to clean I don’t know what other than the floors and the counters and leave all these areas a mess. The customer service was sub par at best and they still wanted to overcharge me and only discount $100 for them not completing the service after acknowledging their cleaner was two hours late and did not complete the job. I was not comfortable letting any of their cleaners back into my home because the original cleaner they sent sat in front of my home for 45 minutes then tried to come back into my home after 8 PM at night to take a pictures of his work after I expressed to their customer service manager Erica that my one year-old daughter goes to bed at 8 PM and the cleaning needed to be done far before then. I gave this company a one star because I cannot give them zero stars please beware when booking this company

I got the Gold Plus Move Out Cleaning for a rental unit. After over an hour of the cleaner being there, I brought her a bottle of water, and realized that she brought her kid in a car seat and she hadn't even started. I tried not to make a big deal of it assuming she'd still get the work done, and went back to work. A couple of hours later they call me trying to charge me more, saying she needed more time to finish, and I refused saying she hadn't even started for over an hour. They gave me "courtesy" time for her to finish. Then, I got a text saying the job was done. I looked out of the window and the cleaner was gone. Not sure how long she stayed or when she left, but I went over and the place was still a mess. The windows, baseboards, floors, ceiling fans, and stovetop hadn't even been touched. Floors weren't swept or mopped. These were the things I specifically asked the salesperson for and why I got that "upgraded" package. This was a Friday night, so I waited until the weekday to call to complain, and the lady said I needed to send an email with pictures. I did, and Erica (the manager) responded saying that I missed the 48hr window in their fine print, and tried to justify the lack of work done. Complete waste of time and money. I'm surprised no one has sued them for deceptive trade practices for their bait and switch scam tactics. Their bad reviews are the accurate ones. Save yourself the headache and AVOID them.

Several things were my fault and I recognize that but accusation from the company on why the work was not completed is very disappointing and is not helpful. We were also scheduled 2 maids and while I understand things happen, it would have been nice to be informed of the situation along with the plan for a second maid to arrive. I feel over all this this company while has good intention is very hostile towards you if you don't give a perfect review. All in all I will be completing the work myself.

It's nice to know the products being used are clean/safe and she spent 8.5 hours here making sure she didn't miss anything. I'm a harsh critic, too, and we have tried 5-6 others in the past and I ended up just cleaning myself because I was so unhappy with the results. While I was SO appreciative of her dedication, I ended up having to leave to run errands because she was here so late… I feel like I can't even complain about that because she did such a thorough job, but I would ideally love for them to finish up before 5pm in the future if possible so I can have more flexibility to leave and cook dinner for my family. It also didn't seem as though she had packed a lunch, so I tried to find food for her. While I didn't mind, I just wasn't sure what the expectation was there. I do wish with the monthly maintenance cleans you could pick and choose what you want. For example, I would love to have them wipe down the kitchen cabinets instead of changing sheets. We have signed up for monthly cleans and look forward to continuing to work with this company in the future!

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk ( a two man job) I am not sure how he managed it but that was so not expected and I had told him just to do what he could to clean around it. The other thing that is a big deal to me is they did not waste my time. I knew when they were coming, the called way ahead if they were running behind and always showed up when they told me they would. This Company was above 5 star service. I contacted a couple of other cleaning services but Lazy Days had the best prices and they let my mom customize what areas she wants to have cleaned.     We wish you the best of luck in finding a company that can meet your needs” sent from someone name Elizabeth. No real explanation. If it was the boxes, I have plans to remove them. But to just blantly tell me about unfortunate circumstances? I didn’t give a date or time, so how do you know you can’t do the service? The email correspondence was just fine. I’m fine if you don’t want my money, I’ll give it to someone else, it’s the lack of courtesy and professionalism for me. I read the reviews prior to contacting them. I wondered why there were no recent reviews, this experience tells me why.

I contracted Beezz to do a final clean on a big church project in McKinney TX.
J D met with me on cleaning the parking lot and also cleaning the church portion of the project prior to the church dedication Sunday.
The power wash crew was a no show and the parking lot did not get cleaned.
The inside crew left a bigger mess than when they started. Totally unacceptable.
We ended up putting a crew of volunteers together and worked into the morning cleaning and buffing floors to be ready for the event.
Beezz apologized for dropping the ball but unfortunately the damage was done.
Very embarrassed the next day with the parking lot dirty and unfortunately we are remembered by the last thing we do or don't do.
Maybe this will help them fix there problems but can't recommend them now.
