Communication is very easy and they responded right away when I have questions or concerns. The cleaning ladies Octavia and Maria were excellent! They're so thorough with cleaning and very polite. I work from home and they kept checking on me to see if it's too loud especially when vacuuming the floor. So sweet of them to do that! We had used other cleaners in the past but wanted to really feel comfortable and confident with the deep clean needed for turning over our rental. I booked the deepest clean option available and received a quote for the work based on level of cleaning and square footage. The home was completely empty for cleaning so there was no carpet, furniture, or trash to tend to. Some areas were already generally clean after maintenance was performed and the wood floors were refinished they did not need to be cleaned. Based on the cleaning quotes, there is no way to remove items from the list, only add so we were hoping the overall cleaning time might be reduced in the end. The cleaning crew came when they were scheduled but were out within 2.5 hours but we were charged for the full 3 hours of coverage. After returning to review the work we were astonished at what we found. Entire areas of the home were left untouched. Pet hair and coffee stains were visible from afar. Most cabinets had splatters. All windows were dusty along with kitchen area. Bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned. Most of the checklist items were not complete. Touch up services were offered but there was not confidence cleaning would be provided to the level as expected. We ended up needing to go back and completed most of the cleaning ourselves. I don't believe all cleaners work to these standards but it was almost shameful to be provided the level of service we were given. Beware, you may not be given the appropriate team for the services and high prices.

Was told it was two of the threes' first day and they were being trained, but never saw they actually being trained. The bathroom was covered in hair, the toilet wasn't clean, counters were dirty, floors were dirty, services we paid extra for weren't done. The "walk through at the end of every clean" never happened. This business is an absolute joke. Customer service is atrocious. Like other reviewers, "Kat" yelled at my wife on the phone and went on about "needing to pay her employees" and refused to give a refund.

Our crew is timely, thorough and extremely easy to work with. They are respectful of our space, belongings and our pet, which is extremely important to us.

As with any high touch service, communication is keep. HCCA is responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Any time we had questions or an issue with the service, HCCA made sure our concerns were cared for. We've made adjustments to our cleaning schedule, day of week, specifically what gets done, and not once have I experienced anything less than stellar support, response and flexibility.

I would highly recommended this company (specifically the team that services SE Aurora, CO) to family and friends!

They have worked with us to to achieve a regular weekday and time. Any problems that existed were generally worked out to everyone's satisfaction. The ladies work hard to do a complete job and we appreciate their efforts. I love to come home when the fairies have visited!!

If you take pride in Your work you will go extremely far in this company.I have never had a better work life balance then here at CCS. They are accommodating for times I wanted to work and location to make sure when I was in the field that I didn't have to go to far. I love CCS and I'm happy and proud to work here.

Doriana Fontanella rated it 5/5: I have hired Felipe to clean my carpets, mattresses, and chairs. The two chairs belonged to my late father and have sentimental value more than economic value. He did an incredible job on both. I just wish that my father was here to see and enjoy them.
Felipe is also a great human being.

He arrived early for our appointment, did a walk through, and gave me a fair estimate for carpet cleaning. He took the time to ensure that my carpet was fully cleaned, addressing pet stains, and finally applying a protectant to guard against future stains. Would highly recommend Felipe for your cleaning needs. I will be using him again in the future.
