There was an emergency going on in my life and I needed a deep cleaning in my home. Over the phone they said that they would deep clean and and do things such as clean the baseboards, mop the kitchen and downstairs, clean the front window of the front door, clean the oven top will off I paid for that deep cleaning too. For a very simple things they did not do well! They did not even mop downstairs!!! For a deep cleaning!!! For the amount of money I paid I am so displeased and will never return my service here again. I could do a better job myself in the amount of time two people were here unattended. I will say Ginger was very nice to speak to and willing to work with me however, when i considered to let them come back and re-clean Julie was very rude to me on the phone. I did not appreciate her customer service and wish that it was Ginger that I could continue speaking to. I have scheduled to receive my money back. I paid for cash, the service was pretty expensive, and Julie gave me a bunch of reasons why they cannot pay me back one business day after. Not a big deal but I expect a business to run better than that. this service is not worth the amount of money paid. I know what a true cleaning is and this isn't it. I highly do NOT recommend.

The owners and all the staff we have met have been courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and definitely say to anyone looking start with a deep clean so you can see how they do everything, then move on to the standard cleaning, even if it’s only monthly which we use them for the house is always so much cleaner.

Donielle Brown rated it 1/5: I hired Maid Perfect after finding them at the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show. They seemed like a great company with good reviews so I wanted to give them a try. I explained I had a back injury and need help with deep cleaning windows and window sills, baseboards, showers and other difficult areas and wanted a company we could hire on a regular basis. They were scheduled to come out on a Monday, but stated I would receive a call on the Friday before to give me an estimated time of arrival for Monday. I never received a call from them. Monday afternoon I called, left a voicemail. No return call. I did however get a text a couple hours later at 2:50pm saying “the girls will be there in 10 minutes” 30 minutes later, they arrive. I was told there would be 3 girls at $80 an hour. They were in my home for 3 hours, doing who knows what. They have a sheet they leave with you showing what areas they clean and expect payment immediately. With them being in my home after 6pm and needing to rush to get my son to a ball game, I didn’t have time to check all the work they stated was cleaned that day. I ended up paying $315 to have the worst cleaning I had ever seen from a cleaning company. I called them the next morning explaining how awful they did. He said he would send a new crew to fix the missed areas the very next day. I thought I would come home to these items actually being cleaned. I was wrong! They did a poor job of cleaning window sills, still didn’t clean the master shower or our main hall bathroom except the toilet seat. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service they provided, my teenagers clean better than they do! My house even smells awful after they’ve been in to “clean”

I expected little more information without me having to ask. If you interview for a position and get hired. You expect to have that job four days later? Great customer service but communication like most of these businesses now days. Need to be worked on. They should've called said hey we found someone else for that job. Your bosses once in a grey hair checked on me. No motivation from management. They tell you we care thats false. Dont expect encouragement. You will not see it. My coworker was suppose to get an evaluation in March still waiting on that and its almost September. Don't expect any pace cards in 7 months never got one who would care anyhow. I dont recommend Ciocca. Until they decided to invest in there employees.

During the height of covid in May 2020, I complained to my manager and HR about unsafe covid working conditions facing the field cleaning staff at one of their businesses that they clean in downtown Fort Wayne. As a result, I was promptly told to clock out and leave during the middle of my shift because "I knew the rules". We were expected to eat lunch in a basement of one of the buildings they were cleaning crowded around a small table; no proper ventilation in this basement. Upon voicing my concerns I was asked to clock out and leave. When I went to turn in my smock and ID badge at their corporate office on Secretary Drive, I noticed their office staff behind plexiglass and a 2 person maximum rule in the lobby. IN other words, they protected their office staff from covid risks but let their field cleaning staff face incredible risks for covid transmission. I filed for unemployment and this company appealed my claim and won, however, luckily I did not have to repay anything as I had a waiver approved. Long story short, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS. RUN DON'T WALK TO A BUSINESS WITH MORALS AND HIGHER STANDARDS.

Then they lied to me telling me it was the day before and said nobody answered. My wife was home all day and nobody knocked or left a card like the receptionist said normally happens if nobody answers. Look somewhere else for this service.

I had to slam on my brakes with three of my kids in the car. Older blonde women as the driver. From the reviews looks like the driving has been an issue before.

Seems like they're very short handed, since the other employee that worked at the same job site left 4 hours before he was supposed to get out. When I got home, I got a call saying the job site would not be completed due to all their employees leaving. I was told to report the next day. I was then "let go" through email the next day.

Pros: leave whenever you want.
Cons: waste of time

Yes it is true they are spread thin but i believe that is cause the want good quality workers and well lets just say at times that is hard to find. if a problem did occur the on call supervisor always answered and and one helped talk me through the process of fixing it or came and took care of it himself bottom line i never had to wait more than 25 hours for a problem to be fixed. i would recommend this company to anyone that has an interest in the custodial or sanitation industry.

Supervisor showed up late almost every day of my training and then left me for hours to go deal with someone else. Then when I started on my own they had the gall to criticize the job I was doing. No proper training. Read the reviews here before taking the job and thought they couldn't be true but it was. Wouldn't recommend this company.
