I wasn't expecting much but 2 days later I can confidently say they did a fantastic job! It was a warm day which helped with the drying process; mostly dry 7 hours in and fully dry at 12 hours.
I'll definitely be referring them to other pet owners and with the reasonable pricing, I'll be utilizing their services 2x a year so I'm never disgusted again!

They arrived at 2:00 and called my Mother at about 4:15 and said they were about done. (Wow that was fast!) Well I went and saw what was done and was pretty disappointed. The floors were still in bad shape, stairwell was not mopped, dusting just ok, windows were not cleaned, metal blinds were dusted but several were bent. Overall it was disappointing for $325. Not sure we got the "Deep Cleaning" as advertised or paid for. The ladies were very nice but not very thorough IMO. UPDATE!!! Thank you Jose and Michelle for turning this into a 5 Star 🌟 review. Amazing job of standing by your product.

Employees were very friendly than the owner himself, owner made it extremely uncomfortable for my family to experience and observe his poor behavior. I recommend a business that values their employees. NOTE TO GOOGLE: My wife requested our identity remain confidential.

Received a call on the day of the scheduled appointment, during the arrival window, stating the owner took a “leave of absence”, and offered to reschedule me 4 weeks out. This after I moved conference calls and took appropriate measure to be available when their crew arrived. Ridiculous.

They dehumanized their workers, including myself, and made us feel lesser. Most of us just needed a job to survive, and he made our life’s a living hell, I don’t believe in karma, but this was well-deserved.

Gloria is the customer service rep and Yolanda takes care of the accounting and both are exceptional at their jobs. I also have to mention Pedro the manager, We had new suite added and had to adjust our current contract. Pedro came over and did the walk through and the estimate. He is very fair and his prices are extremely reasonable. I know he cares about his staff. He has reached out to me to see how things were going. It has been one year now that I was charged and did not receive service. Because they claim that the service was provided I could not receive a refund. I then asked to be removed from their subscription only to review my bank account and find that they have charged me again for a service that I have not received again. No answer at the office number after multiple calls. Left a message no response. Sent an email to notify of the charge. What a shameful business. If they could run it correctly it would be an asset of a business.

The previous carpet cleaning company we used 3 weeks prior made a huge mess of the carpet at our business, blamed it on the carpet being old, and then refused to make it better! That was unacceptable to me, so I contacted QFC. Not only is Dan a complete professional, but he is very responsive and a man of integrity. Dan and Ryan are a great team! They have many years of experience and were able to get high traffic stains out of our carpet that someone else couldn't. And they also back their work with a guarantee. Sold! I knew I would be hiring them again before they even left! I HIGHLY recommend Quality Floor Care!
