Before cleaning, Zach and Andrew spent time locating any areas with stains using an infrared type light. Then, what you want treated (ALL of it!), is up to you. That's because their odor/ stain removal is above and beyond the regular carpet cleaning. I already knew that, and it's why I chose this company. Like anything right now, it's a bit pricey. However, this company has a good reputation, and I prefer to have clean carpets to lay down on to play games or watch movies with my family. Zach and Andrew were friendly and focused on doing a thorough job. I would recommend Chem-Dry, especially if you're needing the odor/ stain removal. My house looks and smells much better!

This was the worst carpet cleaning I've ever had. Not one stain came up. It actually doesn't look like they even cleaned the carpet. It was wet afterwards so I'm guessing they did. Of course he did try to upcharge me when he got here saying he could "pretreat" the spots for this much extra. I didn't do that, as shouldn't this be a part of carpet cleaning already? But I would assume not much effort was made as afterwards I saw debris in my daughters carpet that wasn't even vacuumed up. The last company I used really did an excellent job so I need to figure out who came last time. Safe yourself some money and try another place. Again, I didn't expect everything to come up, but NOT ONE STAIN. When you find stuff in the carpet then you know they didn't even vacuum well. Just not much effort was made.Also, it should be mentioned upon booking that they are not going to pretreat stains. I've had my carpets many times through the years and not one company charged more for treating spots. This should be disclosed at booking that they charge more for any spots. Learn from my bad.

Price is much more expensive than others and quality of their job is the worst, they just came to do a rushed work without seeing differences on our carpet. And when I asked to go over the stain again, he wanted to charge additional service fee on dry spots that were not touched.

I totally recommend to look for any other company to clean your rugs and air vents.

I cannot speak to the quality of their regular cleaning service, but I was extremely disappointed in the top to bottom service I received. Many of the things that were discussed on the phone and even on our walk through once they arrived were not done. My stairs were not vacuumed, light switches not wiped down, my upper kitchen cabinets were not wiped down but the bottom ones were. No baseboard were not done, kitchen window sills were not cleaned out at all (some small cobwebs were there), cupboards in the bathrooms were not wiped down either, etc. My house was generally clean, but no way would I call it a deep clean. Owners were very nice, but it just wasn't the quality job I was expecting from the price I paid. I was not able to walk around and inspect everything, so when they said they were done I trusted they had finished what we had agreed on, but was very disappointed in how many things had not been touched. They asked me several times to give them a 5 star review because they'd get as bonus for a 5 star review, but I told them I'd have to inspect their work first. Glad I didn't right then when they asked me to. So I would not use them again or recommend them to my friends or neighbors.

Adriana, Christina, and their team responded, came out right away, and gave an estimate for the bathroom remodel. Out of 3 estimates they had the best price and we liked them best. They worked with our insurance company and met their requests perfectly. They did a great job on the demo and new install. Cleaned up very thoroughly and made all aspects of the job to our liking.
Their crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure that my wife and I were happy with all the choices we made on the remodel. If I liked something and my wife didn't, they continued to find more patterns until we both were happy and satisfied. The end results was amazing and we are very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. I give them a 5 star rating.

We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom. I called my Insurance company Branch and they provided me with Service Master, and ServPro = none of these companies could even come out for 2 weeks to look at the house.
I called ProTech at 2:00 PM and within half an hour I got a call back from one of their team members and a follow-up call from Rudy – he said we will be coming to your house at 4:00 PM. Rudy has so much knowledge in construction, lots of experience working with insurance companies, and has an amazing team working with him. He also assures all subcontractors have the highest standards. We had a flooring company and counter company who came out and the work was very clean.
I would recommend ProTech to any of my family and friends. Love to work with them. Amazing family values and amazing ethics in the industry.

They called in like 5 to 10 minutes later with a estimate. After agreeing over the phone they had a truck out by 3pm that same day. The guy that came was professional and didn't leave a mess.

The tech tried to clean the tile in our kitchen but called me stating he wasnt able to clean the rest of the tile. Not sure why exactly he was unable to do that. Once he left, I came home and somehow our grout, where he had tried to clean, ended up dirtier than before. We were about to list the house for sale in 2 days. So I ordered a steam cleaner off of amazon and cleaned it myself. All it took was $30 and a little bit of elbow grease to clean it right up. So really, I'm not sure why he couldn't do it…
