I’m writing this review because I think it’s very expensive and I wanna let other people know that is not worth it.

The woman that called me was so rude, I couldn't believe it. She was not apologetic for their mistake, basically told me to f off. Like RIP customer service. Crazy how people treat others with no shame.

She called 911, and the firefighters came 15 min after, but most of the house got burned, and the roof fell. SERVPRO of Southwest Irving came within 30 min, and it didn't matter; it was almost 11 pm. They assured me they would secure the space until their workers came the next day. They had to wait until 3 am after the firefighter's inspection to board up the garage, and in the morning, they were there by 9 am. They were comprehensive and very empathic.

A tenant moved out and trashed the property, leaving us with a house full of junk, a fridge and pantry full of rotten and spoiled food, dirty dishes, trash everywhere, and the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. It was so disgusting! The team at Servpro jumped in quickly and spend three hard days mucking out the house, and when they left, the place was spotless. At one point, they had to call in their hazmat specialist to remediate a particular area, and it was included in the price. It took an overflowing construction dumpster to clear out the house, that's how much junk these tenants left us with.
The Servpro staff were friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and stayed until the job was complete.
They were not the cheapest place we called, but by far they have the best and most complete service. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

This is a very terrible cleaning company to work for, I can not express enough how terrible this company is. If you wanted to speak to someone in corporate about the way you have been treated they give you the run around and you will never be able to speak to corporate because when you call a corporate number that number routes backs to Kaizon Solutions. A real Joke! My advice to you don't do it you will regret it, better yet look into it for yourself.. Get someone name there at (Kaison Solutions) and then try to reach corporate for a question and watch the number route back to Kaison Solutions. Very, very
unprofessional and even though the name changed still same results. Don`t be the next victim to this company. 7/23/22

This company should be embarrassed to A: employ people like that and B: to be begging for business without the courtesy to be polite.

Jasmine Jackson rated it 1/5: DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!! I called this company and scheduled a carpet cleaning of only two rooms and I spoke with Mario. The night before they were supposed to come I got a phone call stating they had to push the time back from 9 AM to 11 AM because they were only working with one worker. 11:20 AM came the next morning and I did not get a phone call neither did they show up on time. I called and spoke to Mario again and he stated he was running behind from other jobs and he would be there at my house by 11:45. I told him as long as he is there by noon it would be ok. 11:50 came and he still was not there so I called to inquire about the ETA and he basically told me I can choose someone else because I started telling him he was unprofessional. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
