I'm not sure who I spoke to, but after him mumbling to tell me that he's a "specialist" and knows what kind of cleaning my carpet needs without having seen it, he hung up on me. I spent most of the call trying to understand what he was saying. He was rude for absolutely no reason.

I had to get gloves, turn the bin over onto the driveway and spend 45 minutes putting it all back into bags and put it into the trash bin. I did call the office in Cordova about it and was told someone would call. No one did.

The first session was good except they did not touch the kitchen, living room, dining room, or bonus room floors. I called and was told that they would be sure to get it the next deep clean. They still did not do it then. Or dust the plantation shutters or vacuum the corners of the bedrooms. They cover up lack of cleaning with fancy towel and toilet paper folding and other gestures.
The worst part is I called to inform them and thought they would honor their guarantee that they come back out the next day to clean it right. I called three days in a row and was told each time someone would call me back. The system is impossible. You can only reach a call service and never anyone directly in charge. I emailed the “manager” of the Memphis franchise and she responded that she would discount my next cleaning. I have no faith in this company since the floors were not cleaned at all for two “deep cleanings” and they clearly do not honor their guarantees or call back when they say they will. I am now trying to get a partial refund from them for the services they did not do which is difficult since you can’t actually reach someone with the authority to do that. I will never use them again after such poor cleaning and customer service and I’ve told all my friends as well.

Not to mention they used inappropriate language around our son. We were told that we would be credited a clean and were still charged. I can not get a hold of anyone at the local office. The next clean was just as lackluster, and then the team left the trash on the porch. I still have not been able to talk to a human, but when I did send an email to cancel my service that was completed with in hours. Highly do not recommend this company.

When things don't go as desired, at least in my location, don't expect to be treated honestly and/or fairly. For example: I informed him that the temps hired weren't very happy and complaining and that they'd be contacting him because I'd suggested for them to do so. He insisted that I tell him what they we're complaining about. After finally telling him, he refused to listen to anything else I had to say and hung up on me. This is not a company I'd recommend anyone work for here in Dayton, OH. Always understaffed and the pay is less than crumbs, especially for compared to the tasks expected to be performed, and you're not allowed to go over manager's head (within the company) for any reason. The turn over rate is extremely high, mostly due to the pay. This is pretty much only a job you'll want to take for the sake of having one until you can find something better.

The turn over rate is extremely high, mostly due to the pay. This is pretty much only a job you'll want to take for the sake of having one until you can find something better.

Eduardo Hernandez rated it 1/5: This company is not professional i was initially hired as a custodial manager after orientation my employment was terminated for no valid reason. Sounds like it was a racial reason i tryed my best to help out but all i got was a position termination.
I do not suggest this company to anybody in the Chicago area, outsiders like this company do not respect other races from diffrent countrys.

Throughout the project, they were in frequent contact, checked in on the progress in person almost every day, and were always quick with replies by phone or text – even on weekends! Every crew member who came to our home was friendly and worked hard. I recommend ServPro of Midtown for any restoration work – can't say enough good things about these guys!

M S rated it 5/5: I don’t live in Memphis and know barely anyone in this area, but am here indefinitely to help care for my father in his last days. The basement in dad’s old house flooded with 6 feet of sewer water. Once that was gone, there was a lot left to clean out. Allen and his team did an absolutely amazing job in removing all the ruined junk. They’re friendly, professional, extremely competent, and Allen made sure to get the job done in one day so we could continue to provide dad with home health care. It’s been a challenging time for my family, but Allen and his team took a huge burden off our shoulders.

They have a variety of items from consumer to commercial levels. I'm so glad this amazing company opened its third store in Memphis, TN! If you are near Atlanta, GA, or Nashville, TN, you will enjoy their great products as well. Strongly recommended!!!

I loved having Janilink local because they carried so many good products at a cheap price for my carpet & Tile cleaning company. This saved us from higher shipping costs online and a variety of products to try out. Unfortunately since the change they no longer offer these products.😕
